The awareness of nutrition playing an important role for sportspersons and athletes. Many factors can impact the performance of a sports person during competition which may be related to different domains. The most commonly encountered nutritional related problem among sports person is their failure to consume sufficient total of food energy. Food is composed of six basic substances: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and water. Each one of these has specific function in providing nourishment for the body. For the sportsman, it is of critical importance to recognise what each does to his body under the physical, mental and emotional strains of competition. The duration and the intensity of the exercise involved in a given sports will determine the principal source of energy used in meeting the work demands of that particular sports. The certain nutrition and dietary approaches to enhance the sports performance and also nutrition is essential for an athletes good performance. The athlete's diet should be high in carbohydrates, moderate in proteins and low in fat. Adolescents taking part in sports have high demands of nutrients due to additional needs of increased physical activity besides growth, development and wellness. The health and nutritional status may be compromised in this population due to lack of proper nutritional counseling. Also misinformation about healthy and nutritious foods by the media targeting school going children can be quite hazardous. The purpose of this review paper is to represent the nutritional needs of adolescents and athletes participating in different games and also to empower and teach adolescents and athletes to know about the importance of nutrition during participation in games and sports.1

Gravitational Waves are a new form of energy that is too sensitive to measure. The study of Gravitational Waves paves a unique way to approach the new era of universal science. It is quite interesting to note that experimental proof of the early theory of Einstein is successfully proven after many years. The paper tells about the concepts of Gravitational Waves, propagation of Gravitational Waves, its effect on objects on Earth and various factors that affect the measurements along with their method of approach to detect Gravitational Waves. Detecting Gravitational Waves is a tedious process and it requires a very highly sensitive experimental setup to carry out the detection as well as on considering the current trend of technology it is observed that detection faces massive limitations. Detection of Gravitational Waves opens up a new way for understanding supermassive binary systems such as neutron stars and black holes and also for studying on Early universe history.

The issue of human act has been a perennial issue. Since man is a social animal who is by nature destined to dwell in group if not gregarious; it is very expedient, therefore to have man's actions scrutinised and guarded as to facilitate relationship with fellowmen. However, in constructing a moral system necessarily engendered the need to decide on important questions as regards the condition for right and wrong actions; which is to be counted morally and the relevance of the rules to the assessment of actions. In so doing, the tendency is possibly to divide teleological theories into egoistic and utilitarian theories depending on the account of the consequences that is taken. Hence, the researcher primarily focuses on exploring the egoism and utilitarianism as theories and then deciphering what could have informed the formation of such principles. The result finding been that every single person popularly and assiduously desires and seeks for pleasure. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher employed simply the methodological approach of philosophical inquiry.

The present work deals with the study of the oxidation product obtained by the oxidation of organic compounds such as phenol, catechol, quinol, resorcinol and ?- naphthol with TAC in various molar ratios in presence of dioxan as solvent. Elements were estimated instrumentally whereas chromium present. In the complexed oxidation products was determined volumetrically. The possible formulations for the oxidation products were composed on the basis of their empirical formulae and I.R. spectra.
