The Psychological Trauma of Women in Kolkata, During Pandemic: A Cross-sectional Study Subinita Paul The University of Kalyani, West Bengal, India ORCID iD: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6696-031X subinitap@gmail.com ABSTRACT: Various research studies demonstrate that women are twice as liable to foster PTSD, experience a more extended term of posttraumatic manifestations and show greater sensitivity to upgrades that help them to remember the injury. In spite of the fact that women are at more serious danger for unfortunate results following horrendous accidents, many regularly wonder whether or not to look for psychological wellness treatment. Survivors frequently stand by years to get help, while others never get treatment. Untreated posttraumatic indications have huge emotional wellness implications, yet can likewise prompt unfavourably impacts on actual wellbeing. Female survivors might experience actual manifestations including cerebral pains, gastro-gastrointestinal issues and sexual dysfunction. In this scenario this research studies the psychological scars on women, created mainly during the second phase of COVID-19 pandemic in a metro city like Kolkata, where most of the women are supposed to maintain two-fold of responsibilities, in the place of employment as well as in families. The survey was through online questionnaire to 132 respondents, following all the ethical considerations and anonymity. The result was further analysed using psychometric assessment tool, Depression and Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21). The development and well being of banks in an economy is very crucial. Banks are the main suppliers of money and credit to the individuals, businesses, industries etc. The central bank of any country is responsible for credit control and proper flow of currency in the country but they are able to implement most of their policies through the banking channels. Banks are responsible for advancing loans for various developmental works in different sectors of the economy. Banks are the backbone of any country and their proper functioning reflects in the sound health of the economy. But banks have been facing the problem of stressed assets, more specifically, the Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) . According to Economic Times, in the financial year 2019, globally India ranked 5th in case of countries having the highest NPAs. In the past, there were various committees formed in order to tackle the range of problems faced by banks such as p. Selvam committee, Khanna committee, James Raj Committee etc. Due to the collective efforts of RBI and other agencies, in the recent years, banks have been able to reduce the growing NPAs to a substantial level. This paper focusses on the performance of State Bank of India (SBI) , a major public sector bank of the country,in dealing with the NPAs . In this paper, an effort has been made to analyse the size of NPA , reasons and the different ways banks and Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) are working on, to reduce NPAs.

Labour is the vital component amongst the four factors of production in economy. Being a labor-intensive country, the dominance of labourers is seen everywhere in Indian economy. Most of the labourers in India are belong to unorganised sector. More than half of the total population of the country is from unorganised sector which contributes a significant portion towards the National Income. Unorganised workers have always been oppressed in many terms. Despite of the significant contribution made by these workers in the growth and development of Indian economy, they are still neglected and many of them have been suffering unfairness in terms of their needs and wants, human rights, social security, and other important social aspects. Through this paper the researchers want to discuss various issues of unorganised labourers in Kamrup (Metro) district.

One of the main farming industries where the process of automating plants based on illnesses may be carried out is the agricultural industry. It's important to maintain track of healthy and diseased plant leaves in such an agricultural setting so that they may be further separated to produce exponential crop yields and returns. Utilizing picture categorization techniques, a variety of cutting-edge technologies have been combined for this goal, including machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence. To accurately identify the presence of illness in plant leaves, deep learning-based models' working theories have been continually improving. We suggest using Convolutional Neural Network, ResNet-50, Efficient-B2, and VGG-16 for this purpose in order to identify and confirm the existence of plant illnesses in the relevant leaves. Gathering a dataset of 87k plant photos from the Kaggle library is how the paper is put into action. This library runs on 38 different categories and includes photographs of both healthy and sick plants. However, 250 photos from each class are used in the final implementation.

Absurdism is a philosophical theory that is based on the belief that human life has no meaning, no existence of life, and this feeling of the situation of human being leads toward alienation, frustration, loneliness, and futility in life. Absurdism is a philosophical movement that came out after the devastation of World War II. During this war, a lot of bloodshed and killed people and their fellow beings created a terrible situation in the lives of human beings. This situation pursuit to think about their existence, the existence of these internal changes began to seem absurd and the plight of the individual futile. So, the present paper focused on the theory of absurdism, its meaning, and its existence in human life. Moreover, it also discussed the pre-absurdism movement which existed before the absurdism movement. However, this paper is an endeavor to shed light on a philosophical theory of absurdism.

Phytoremediation is the process of removing soil contaminants by suitable plants. It is a very cheap and economical way to decontaminate soil and water by simple process of absorption. The present work has been designed to choose a suitable plant which can efficiently absorb heavy metals without being affected. The Phyto-remedial property of mustard and maize was compared for lead contaminated soil. Results confirmed Mustard to be more suitable for lead uptake as compared with Maize. Fresh and dry weight of plants gradually decreased with increase in concentration of lead in the soil. Duration of the observation was from August to October 2022. Concentration of lead varied from 5 mg kg-1 to 20 mg kg-1. After treatment, the amount of lead absorbed in Mustard and Maize was estimated by the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry method.
