Now a-days Transportation is very important for passenger as well as for goods from one place to another. Economic level depends on capacity and the level of transport. This paper presents an implementation of an efficient and cost effective solution for railway application. In this paper it consists of GSM module, GPS module and Ultra sonic sensor. In this paper motor driver is used to control the motor. The GPS and GSM module help us to send crack detection to nearest railway station. Now-a-days we use high cost LVDT having less accuracy to measure the crack. But also we use less ultrasonic sensor for above process. The importance of this paper is that, it is applicable in the detection during both day and night.

As a major cloud computing application, cloud storage offers scalable, flexible and high-quality data storage and processing services. More and more data owners choose to outsource data files to the cloud. Because cloud storage servers are not completely reliable, data owners need reliable tools to verify that their files are outsourced to remote servers in the cloud. To solve this crucial problem, a Remote Data Possession Verification (RDPV) protocol was introduced. But many existing systems have vulnerabilities in the efficiency or dynamics of the data. In this article, we provide a new efficient RDPV protocol based on the homomorphic hash function. The new system is surely safe against counterfeiting attacks, replacing attack and copy attacks based on a typical security model. To support data dynamics, an operations log table (ORT) is introduced to track the operations of the file block. We also provide a new and optimized implementation for ORT that makes the ORT access costs almost constant. In addition, we perform a comprehensive performance analysis that shows that our system has advantages in terms of computing and communication costs. The implementation of the prototype and the experiments show that the scheme is feasible for real applications.

Abstract: An Inflammasome is a multimolecular complex, composed of a NOD-like protein (NLR), the adaptor apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase recruitment domain (ASC), and caspase-1 associated with various stages of tumor development. It also has significant impacts on tumor immunity and immunotherapy. Inflammasome are protein complexes that are formed within a cell and has important innate immune pathway critical for the production of active IL-1? and interleukin 18, as well as the induction of pyroptosis. Research output revealed that, inflammasomes play a vital role in infectious and autoimmune diseases and their role in tumor progression remains elusive. Recent studies demonstrated that, inflammasomes promote tumor progression in skin and breast cancer. These results indicated that inflammasomes can promote and suppress tumor development depending on different types of tumors, specific inflammasomes involved, and downstream effector molecules. There are numerous studies on the involvement of toll-like receptors (TLRs) or interferon (IFN) pathways in tumor development. The complicated role of inflammasomes paved the way for new opportunities and challenges to manipulate Inflammasome pathways in the treatment of cancer.

Latent heat storage is especially suited to the storage of energy to prolong the food preservation time and also use the excessive stored energy to improve the freezer cooling cycle by its release at appropriate time. The principle of latent heat storage using phase change materials (PCMs) can be incorporated into a thermal storage system suitable for use in deep freezers. The objective of this work is to prolong compressor off time, to prolong the food preservation time and to save energy by storing thermal energy during low demand and release of this Energy during peak loads with potential by adding a few centimeter-thick slabs to the outer surface of the evaporator. In this work deep freezer with a storage capacity of 80lit is fabricated with a PCM integrated evaporator. The eutectic salt solutions NaCl+H2O and Al (NO3)3+H2O used as PCMs. By conducting all the test, it was observed that the compressor off time is 6hrs more compared to system without PCM, food preservation time is prolonged from 7 to 15hrs and annual energy savings as Rs. 3,203 with NaCl+H2O and Rs. 3,006 with Al (NO3)3+H2O.

ABSTRACT: Tumor Protein 53 or Protein 53 (P53) is the single most frequently altered gene in human cancers, with mutations being present in approximately 50% of all invasive tumors. However, in some of the most difficult-to-treat cancers such as high-grade serous ovarian cancers, triple-negative breast cancers, esophageal cancers, Small cell lungs cancers and squamous cell lung cancers, p53 is mutated in at least 80% of samples. Clearly, therefore, mutant p53 protein is an important candidate target against which new anticancer treatments could be developed. Although traditionally regarded as undruggable, several compounds such as p53 reactivation and induction of massive apoptosis-1 (PRIMA-1), a methylated derivative and structural analogue of PRIMA-1, i.e. APR-246, 2-sulfonylpyrimidines (PK11007), pyrazoles such as PK7088, zinc metallochaperone-1 (ZMC1), a third generation thiosemicarbazone developed by Critical Outcome Technologies Inc. (COTI-2) as well as specific peptides have recently been reported to reactive mutant p53 protein by converting it to a form exhibiting wild-type properties. Consistent with the reactivation of mutant p53, these compounds have been shown to exhibit anticancer activity in preclinical models expressing mutant p53.

India uses electromechanical electricity meters but considering their disadvantages such as power theft, incorrect meter reading, billing, and reluctance of consumers towards paying electricity bills on time. Therefore, such systems are replaced by more sophisticated and accurate digital and electronic meters. This paper proposes a new methodology to implement a controller based global system for mobile communication [GSM] network to incorporate the facility of prepaid metering system and remote load control. That features a smart card secure solution for a novel prepaid electricity system. It aims to reduce the power bill defaulter using smart card technology. LCD display is used to display the amount of energy consumed. The user can recharge the meter as per his requirements by sending an SMS to the server. The user needs to make an initial recharge to deal with the issues of unpaid bills and human error in billing which eventually ensures justified revenue collection.

The present paper deals with monitoring of Noise Pollution at various places of Jabalpur city during Navratri festival. Noise pollution is considered as environmental stressor which now becomes a problem of all over the word especially in developing countries like India. During this festival Garba dance (one of the most popular folk dances in India) is organized by local public at various places of the city. During the present study the noise levels were measured with the help of sound level meter at three different locations during Navratri festival. It was clear from our study that the noise levels are extremely high and are found to be above the prescribed limits of CPCB even in the silent zones. The main sources of noise pollution are loud speakers, powerful sound systems, orchestra, drums etc. Major effects of noise pollution include interference with communication, sleeplessness, and reduced efficiency. Noise pollution is considered as environmental stressor which now becomes a problem of all over the word especially in developing countries like India. Jabalpur city (Union Territory) is second biggest city of Madhya Pradesh having population of 10.55 lacs and selected in first round of smart city mission under the government of India.

The climate change is one of the most important factors affecting the quality oflife and the activity of the increasingly population. The current means of meteorologicalparameters data collection are indeed rather limited and make use of somevery expensive weather stations, leading to a lack of comprehensively monitoringdue to cost constraints and inconveniences. In this paper we have proposed anddeveloped a low cost hardware module based on microcontroller, which measuresthe meteorological data, including air temperature, atmospheric pressure, relativehumidity, dew point temperature, wind speed and wind direction. The idea behind this program is to monitor, condition mapping, weather forecastingand further to warn the people from its isastrous effects. It will be highly usefulin landing the aircraft, navigational and the ship borne effects, tornado, tsunami, cloud bursts and in healthcare alerts

Nowadays ATM theft has been increased a lot, this includes recording the pin number by using camera while entering it.This System is used to prevent ATM shoulder peaking attacks in pin entry access systems using novel methods. Common PIN-entry schemes are vulnerable to observation attacks. To enhance the resistance to observation attacks, some observation attacks resistant PIN-entry schemes for mobile devices based on audios and/or haptics have been proposed. However, none of existing observation attacks resistant PIN-entry schemes can achieve both good security and high usability. Herein, we propose a new observation attacks resistant PIN-entry scheme, Loc-HapPIN, for touchscreen devices providing localized haptic feedback. By using the technology of localized haptic feedback, the usability and the resistance to observation attacks are improved. Furthermore, the user can choose the efficiency-security setting suitable for him. One Time Password system is available to prevent shoulder surfing attacks that sends OTP to any registered mobile GSM device. We are going to enhance resistance to observation attacks, the proposed system uses a haptic feedback system.

Panchayati Raj system is a basic step of Indian democratic decentralization from central government to rural government. Panchayati Raj system is the only source which provides full democracy, development, political awareness, protection of rights, democratic decision-making process, self-dependent, and political power, to the village people. Panchayati Raj system is a real beneficiary which provides all governmental policies and development function too villager. In India, the local self-government has been existing since long. The origin of Panchayat Raj Institution in India started during the British period and Lord Ripon was the initiator of this system in 1882. The father of Indian nation Gandhiji considered the village Panchayat as an important tool for ruler development and initiated democracy at the grass-root level. Their term Gram Swaraj (village self-governance) now have become the base pillar of Panchayati Raj system in India. The main objective of this paper is to highlight the challenges of Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj system in the current scenario. This Research paper is based on secondary data the secondary data is collected from Research papers, Magazines, Books, Journals, Articles, J&K Panchayati Raj websites, District Panchayat websites, and J&K New Papers etc.
