The management education has played on important role in the social uplift and overall development of the society. It is the responsibility of Management Institutes and business schools to provide qualitative, relevant, current, and updated knowledge to the students in the competitive world. Unfortunately the business schools face several challenges in terms of imparting quality education. Today, in the age of globalization external environmental forces and stakeholders continuously put pressure on the business schools to adapt the changes happening in the business world. It is difficult for organizations to survive the rapid trend of globalization and technological changes in the competitive world. Importance of management education has increased in many folds; hence it is a need of Business executives to update their skills due to sudden changes in the external environment. In order to meet the challenges in higher education, the business schools need to maintain their standard of excellence by paying attention to performance measurement. In order to maintain the quality education, business schools to remain in close contact with the industry. It is also important that the Education Institutions need to strive to achieve balance between the education cost and the quality. According to Economic survey India is going to youngest nation in the world which creates largest workforce with potential to meet the growing requirement of the Industry.

In colloquial terms, Petro-retailing business is the selling of petroleum products. Petro-retailing is the heart of the oil & gas industry as it is through this platform through which the highest revenue generating petroleum products (mid-distillates) are directly sold to the customers. After the 1991 economic reforms in India, the Petro retail Sector is open to private players which were earlier a monopoly of the PSUs. With the private players coming in, the market is witnessing a lot of forces of marketing and competition in operation. So, Gone are the days when Fuel Retail Outlets (ROs) were just a place where costumers went for Fuel Refilling. Every Oil Marketing company (OMC) is now coming out with different strategies in order to attract new customers as well as retain its existing customers. With this Perspective, the author is trying to understand what Non-fuel retailing (NFR) services the youth of India expects from the OMCs and to identify the level of preference given by the Generation Y & Z to the services present or should be present in a RO. With this study the author tries to identify the top 5 services that should be present in any RO.

Railway has become a major transportation means for distribution of goods and people. Advanced technologies is one of the major factors accelerating the development of Indian economy and ensuring the engine of economic growth allowing for a high added value and economic development the railway transport sector invests in advanced technologies to ensure safety, environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, competitiveness, and a high level of customer-oriented service quality. The abstract briefly provides advanced technologies concepts and usage areas and significance, provides the advanced technologies features to the Indian railways. In Vadodara railway station (Gujarat, India), Indian Railways is the largest rail network in Asia with approximately 8,000 railway stations, 108,700 km rail kms, and 11,000 trains running daily and over $26 billion in revenues. It is responsible for rail transport in India. In financial year 2015-16, Indian Railways carried over 8 billion passengers and over 1.1 billion tons of freight. Indian Railways is one of the largest employer in the world and had approximately 1.33 million employees on its rolls.

In this paper the removal of Chromium heavy metal is carried out with the help of bioadsorption technique.Palm peel powder was used as a low cost adsorbent which is used to remove Cr (VI). The adsorbent was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, and XRD. The removal percentage of the Heavy metal ion is determined by Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy. The Removal of Heavy metal is employed through batch adsorption studies. The effect of contact time, initial concentration, pH, have been investigated. The removal rate of Heavy metal is increasing with increasing pH. The maximum Removal of heavy metal is obtained at pH 5 and 100 min of agitation. The results confirm that palm peel powder is the efficient bio sorbent for the removal of heavy metal chromium.

Micro-dc grid is a novel power system focused on the development of renewable resources. Two-wire transmitting power mode is generally accepted in a micro-dc grid, which is usually not suitable for the requirements of the input voltage levels of different power converters and loads. A half-bridge voltage balancer was introduced in a micro-dc grid, which can convert a two-wire mode into a three-wire mode in a micro-dc grid via a neutral line. However, the shoot-through problem existing in bridge-type converters degrades the reliability of the voltage balancer. In this paper, a dual-buck half-bridge voltage balancer and a control strategy like Fuzzy is proposed, which can avoid the shoot-through problem. The small-signal model of the voltage balancer is derived for designing the control parameters and the current relationships of the inductors; the capacitors and the unbalanced loads are analyzed particularly. Finally, a prototype, which can deal with 2-kW unbalance ability, is built to verify that the proposed voltage balancer may have a good ability of balancing the voltage by building a neutral line.

Human Cancer is one among the most unsafe and disastrous illnesses which is for the most crucial part brought about by hereditary or insecurity of various sub-atomic modifications. Among many types of human disease, skin tumour or cancer is the most widely recognized one. To recognize skin tumour at an early stage we will think and break down it through different methods named as segmentation and feature extraction in those stages. Here, we center on basically threatening melanoma skin disease, (because of the high grouping of Melanoma we offer our skin, in the dermis layer of the skin) location. In this, We utilized our ABCD rule govern dermoscopy innovation for harmful melanoma skin malignancy location and then rectify. In this framework distinctive parts for melanoma skin injury i.e, to begin with, the Image Acquisition Technique, pre-processing, segmentation is being characterized a component for skin Feature Selection decides sore, grouping strategies. In the Feature extraction by advanced picture preparing technique inhibits, Asymmetry recognition, Border Detection, Colour, and Diameter detection and furthermore we will be using in LBP. For extracting the texture based features. Here we proposed the Backward Propagation Neural Network method .

Automation of farm activities can transform agricultural domain from being manual and static to intelligent and dynamic leading to higher production with lesser human supervision. This project proposes an automated irrigation system which monitors and maintains the desired soil moisture , humidity and temperature levels via automatic watering and pesticides spraying. Microcontroller on arduino uno platform is used to implement the control unit. Information from the sensors is regularly updated on a webpage using modem through which people can analyse the production and yield of crop using IOT. Also, the sensor readings are transmitted to a Thing speak channel to generate graphs for analysis.

Women constitute about one half of the global population. She plays the role of a mother, sister and daughter. She gives birth to human being while facing many problems, hardships and difficulties. She is the biggest blessing of God to humanity. She is an embodiment of creation concern and well-being. But ironically women have been exploited by man which goes on happening. In the present study, data was collected by random sampling from 55 rural women from village Danewala in district Fazilka of Punjab. Self-constructed close ended and multiple-choice questionnaire was made by the investigator as a tool for collecting the data. Rural women were interviewed by the investigator to get their response to the questions in the questionnaire. Frequency, percentages and graphical representations were used as the statistical techniques for analysis of data collected. Data was analyzed and interpreted with the help of question-wise tabular representation. The study concludes that even if women know about their rights and policies and programmes, still they do not feel equal in the family and society and are afraid of their husbands. They are heard by the police but when the opposite party is politically strong, they feel repressed. Even they do not feel that 33% reservation is helpful in decision making.

The additive manufacturing (AM) also widely known as three-dimensional (3D) printing, becomes a manufacturing revolution and has accelerated the advancement in the field of bio fabrication. However, the latest evolution in AM now opens the door of patient-specific healthcare solutions. The challenging task of customizing production of prosthetics, implants, drug delivery devices, medical instruments, not possible without AM. In what follows, we briefly review the application of additive manufacturing techniques used for the production of prosthetics devices.
