Copper, Nickel, Manganese, Cobalt and Iron complexes of Mixed ligands (L: Diketimines & 1,10-Phenanthraline) have been prepared and characterized by IR, UV-Vis and Cyclic voltammetry. Planar compound have numerous application in biological system such as antioxidant, antiviral and antimutagenic activities. Current research works have been published on Diketimines moiety with metal to explain the factors that are key in their biological character. It is also expected that the ability of Diimines and planar compound to chelate with metals is very important factor for their biological activities. Therefore, we here tried to explore the interaction of these mixed metal complexes with herring sperm DNA using spectral and electrochemical methods. Complexes 1-3 exhibits hypochromism with red shift and octahedral complexes shows hyperchromism with blue shift. All these metal complexes observed binding constants fall in the range of 0.85 x 105 M-1- 2.1 x 103 M-1 and electronic spectra conclude that, complexes 1-3 and 4-5 bind with DNA through intercalation and groove binding respectively. Electrochemical studies expose that the metal complexes (1-3) prefer to bind with DNA in M(II) form. The stong positive potential shift in complexes, 1-3 may be attributed to the intercalation binding and the slight positive potential shift in the complexes, 4 & 5 may be due to groove binding. CD spectral studies also suggest that the complexes, 1-3 and 4-5 bind with DNA through intercalation and groove binding respectively.

The proposed work will try to study elaborately based on the word order of the Bodo language. Word order of a language means the linear sequence occurrences of words in a sentence. Most of the Tibeto-Burman languages are SOV word order. Like the other Tibeto- Burman languages, Bodo also contribute normal order of words in an unmarked sentence is S (Subject), O (Object) and V (Verb) in respect of the syntactic features. A lot of works have been done in various fields of Bodo language but a very few work has done in word order of Bodo. So, this particular research based work would try to study in inside deep into word order with analyzing its constituents in the word order of Bodo which has noun phrase as well as verb phrase by highlighting the uses and occurrences. Again, it is good to mention here that the paper would also observe and analyses the adjectival phrase either it follows or precedes the noun of Bodo. It is hoped that the paper would contribute a tiny resources to the field of linguistics and literature for upcoming scholars and the society as well as for the globe.

For diagnosis and treatment of disease, it'll usually take a long period of time until unless it is diagnosed at the initial stage. With genomic data(DNA sequences), the disease can be detected very soon, even prior to the symptom are shown. To read or map the DNA sequence any method or technology is needed. Among Sanger sequencing, capillary electrophoresis, Next Generation Sequencing, DNA microarray technology (DNA chip), most used and robust application is explained. And using FANSe3 algorithm, reports are generated and produced reports are analyzed using Power BI. This will help to detect the disease at very possible initial phase.

This study has been done due to the overwhelming presence of cold meena or synthetic enamel on imitation jewelry at a fraction of the cost of actual enamel. Real enamel, pursued in India for over six hundred years is done on gold and silver and imitation on any metal. The reasons for the dismal state of actual enamel and the popularity of synthetic enamel are basically loss of patronage to real enamel and the pocket friendly and easy-to-do nature of synthetic enamel. This ancient art form requires a distinct identity to avoid confusing it with imitation enamel much like the Bureau of Indian Standards hallmark for gold jewelry which ensures protection for both consumer and gold. The research revealed that real, and synthetic enamel serve different markets, while the overlapping use of the two is a threat to real enamel.

As technology evolves, so does the demand for employing sophisticated mobile robots. Nevertheless, researchers confront two major obstacles when building automated mobile robots: energy efficiency and path planning. In this paper, an efficient and effective Fuzzy based mobile robot system is presented wherein works has been done on effective CH selection and relaying technique. The main objective of the proposed work is to reduce energy consumption of nodes while finding route for transmitting data to sink node. To achieve this objective, the proposed model utilizes Fuzzy Logic System (FLS) for selecting the appropriate and optimum cluster Heads. Three important factors i.e. Distance, connections and residual energy of a particular node are considered which serve as input to Fuzzy system. The fuzzy system analyzes these factors and generates a single output that determines the probability of node to become CH in the network. In addition to this, the suggested work employs a CH chaining-based relaying approach to lessen network complexity and increase network speed. The efficacy of the proposed approach is examined and validated by comparing it with traditional models in MATLAB software. The results were obtained in terms of Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) and Lifetime for scenarios with varied packet size, BS speed, node speed, and network size. Results obtained simulated that proposed fuzzy model is showing more promising and effective results for all parameters.

: Chromatography, even though commonly a separation approach, is normally hired in chemical analysis in which excessive-overall performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a very flexible technique in which analytes are separated by means of passage thru a column full of micrometre-sized particles. Now an afternoon reversed-section chromatography is the maximum typically used separation method in HPLC. The motives for this consist of the simplicity, versatility, and scope of the reversed-segment method as it is capable to handle compounds of a numerous polarity and molecular mass. Reversed segment chromatography has observed each analytical and preparative packages inside the region of biochemical separation and purification. Molecules that own some degree of hydrophobic character, which include proteins, peptides and nucleic acids, may be separated by means of reversed segment chromatography with outstanding recuperation and determination. This review covers the significance of RP- HPLC in analytical approach development and their strategies in conjunction with short know-how of crucial chromatographic parameters want to be optimized for an green technique development.
