The automotive industry is facing new and pressing challenges. Globalization, individualization, digitalization and increasing competition are changing the face of the industry as we know it. In addition, increasing safety requirements and voluntary environmental commitments by the automotive industry will also contribute to the changes ahead. Size is no longer a guarantee of success. Only those companies that find new ways to create values will prosper in the future. The purpose of this paper is to present a short overview of the automotive industry today and highlight challenges facing the industry.

The main objective of this study was to assess household water demand and willingness to pay (WTP) for improved water services in Abobo Woreda of Gambella Region. The specific objectives of the research were to estimate mean WTP and establish factors that influence per capita water consumption and WTP for improved water service. The survey data were collected from 260 households using both purposive and cluster sampling methods, in the month of April 2019, mainly in four villages, namely; Tegny, Village 14, Village 17 and Chebukier. The study used the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) to estimate WTP using a double-bounded dichotomous choice elicitation format. In assessing the determinants of WTP and water consumption, the study employed both the probit model and double-log regression model, respectively. Results from the study showed that about 67% of households in the study areas were willing to pay the initial bid offered for an improvement in their water services. Generally, about 93% of the sampled households were willing to pay something for the improvement in water services. The study further showed that the estimated mean WTP for a 20 liter of water was 0.40 Cents. On household water demand, results showed that the mean daily per capita water consumption was 26.18 liters. Results from the probit model showed that gender, household size, household income, distance and owning a backyard garden positively and significantly affect WTP. Moreover, age, household daily water used, household averting behavior, current water quality, and the initial bid offered negatively and significantly affected WTP for improved water. On the other hand, results from the double-log regression model showed that gender and years of using source were positive factors influencing household water consumption. In addition, distance, household size, and education level were negative determinants of household water consumption. The implications of the study are that factors such as age, income, level of education, gender, distance, and household size should be considered when setting domestic water tariffs and designing strategies on demand management.

Organic farming offers an alternative to more widespread, high-input farming practices that use synthetic fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides. It is based on the idea that the soil is a living system so these synthetic products are largely excluded from organic farms. In organic agriculture, the use of pesticides is restricted, while residues in conventional fruits and vegetables constitute the main source of human pesticide exposure. Organic dairy products, and perhaps also meats, have a higher content of omega-3 fatty acids compared to conventional products. However, these differences are likely of marginal nutritional significance. Overall, this review emphasizes several documented and likely human health benefits associated with organic food production, and the application of such production methods is likely to be beneficial within conventional agriculture, e.g., in integrated pests. This review summarises existing evidence on the impact of organic food on human health. It compares organic vs. conventional food production with respect to parameters important to human health and discusses the potential impact of organic management practices. This paper discusses the various methods and solutions related to the farmers and gives them knowledge about organic farming and organic food. Some kind of training and awareness should be held for the farmers to know about the details of organic farming and food.

Cassia Siamea Lam is well known Ayurvedic medicinal tree. Cassia Siamea Lam is a genus of family Fabaceae and sub-family Caesalpinioideae which is selected for investigation. In this study, we determined the fatty acid composition and elements analysis of Cassia Siamea Lam seed oil. The oil was extracted from Cassia Siamea Lam seed using a Soxhlet extractor with n-hexane as solvent. The fatty acid composition was analyzed by using the GC-FID technique and elements were analyzed by the ICP-MS instrument. Unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids are very important for pharmacological investigation. Linoleic and gamma linoleic acids are important unsaturated fatty acids that can be used in the synthesis of tissue hormones. Elements Pb, Cu, As, and Sn levels in this oil were measured. Although this oil contains lead and copper, it does not contain As or Sn. Cu is required in the body to prevent anemia, heart diseases and nervous disorders is found in this oil. A very small amount of Pb is present in this oil, which is not harmful to our bodies. Fatty acids and Elements of Cassia Siamea Lam seed oil suggest that it may find application in both cosmetic and pharmaceutical natural product formulations.

ABSTRACT: Agriculture plays an important role in Indian economy. Besides contributing a substantial part of the country s domestic production, it is the largest source of employment and major contributor to the national income. Nearly 80% of the population lives in villages whose predominant occupation is agriculture. Indian agriculture is characterized by increasing number of operational holdings while farm size reduced due to fragmentation.

Recent scientific and patent literature came to the conclusion that there was a growing interest in innovative dosage forms that could be kept in the stomach for an extended period of time with some predictability. In order to address physiological variations such as short stomach residence times and unpredictable gastric emptying times employing gastro retentive drug delivery systems, numerous technological initiatives have been made in the research and development of rate regulated oral drug delivery systems. The therapeutic efficiency of many orally delivered medications is increased by the extended stomach retention period provided by gastroretentive controlled drug delivery devices. In the current inquiry, we looked at the cutting-edge techniques and polymers utilised to create efficient gastroretentive drug delivery systems. This paper discusses several floating dosage form strategies as well as recent and current innovations in floating drug delivery systems for gastro retention that are particular to the stomach.

Congestion is a complex issue that frequently happens in major cities. Not only do arterial routes experience congestion, but so do toll roads. The current toll gate system mandates electronic payment transactions on toll highways. An RFID-based FASTag serves as the medium. Using this technology, the driver must stop at the automatic toll gate to tap the electronic toll card. However, the comparatively long reading time frequently causes more traffic congestion. This study aims to develop a DSRC-based system to lessen traffic congestion. We simulate the use of automatic toll gates using Anylogic Software. Using this software, a few simulation situations were analysed, which helped shorten the line at the toll booths

The present study investigates that Type A Behaviour pattern among Men with Coronary Heart Disease(CHD) and Men without Coronary Heart Disease(CHD). The level of Type A behaviour pattern would be high in men with CHD than Men without CHD. The current study has an aim to examine a sample consisting of 60 individual subjects. That includes Men with CHD and Men without CHD belonging to Akola district in Maharashtra. The two group 30 Men with CHD and 30 Men without (CHD) with an age range between 30 to 50 years. The tool that I will be using for this study is Type A/B Behavioural Pattern Scale(ABBPS) and it is developed by UpinderDhar and Manisha Jain.Result: We analyse the data by descriptive statistical method for this we used Mean,SD and t-test of Men with and Men without CHD. The Mean of Men with CHD was 54 and Mean of Men without CHD was 49.1 and t-value was 7.61. Both level (.01 and .00) are significant. There was a significant difference regarding Type A behaviour pattern between Men with CHD and Men without CHD.In this study we discover that men with CHD face more stress related issues that increases blood pressure and impacts the heart. This study also shows how the type A behaviour pattern is related to our heart.

The soil is the most important constituent to fulfillment of all the basic needs of human beings as well as plant. Soil is an important component of our agriculture .Soil take most crucial position in global cultivation of wheat, rice ,mustard , vegetables and fruits etc. The soil is occupied by Indian agriculture and reason of physical, chemical condition of whatever land is inevitable for proper implementation of the other management practices. Thus the physico-chemical study of territory is very significant because both physical and chemical properties which bear upon the soil productivity. This, physico-chemical study of soil is based on various parameters like pH, electrical conductivity, texture, moisture, temperature, soil organic matter, available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
