The adolescents are confused as they go through some of the dreadful experiences. One of the most prominent struggles of the adolescents is to get independence from their parents while indeed they need parental guidance. All these can lead to behavioural problems. Adolescents today face numerous problems and get into troubles. They deal with friends and families who are under great pressure of neglect, poverty, parental separation or peer group pressure, and are also disturbed on issues such as religion, societal norms or values. Life for many adolescents is a painful tug of war filled with advices and conflicting demands from parents, teachers, friends and family. Why all these problems ?

The Polavaram dam is a big multi-purposes dam, located next to Polavaram town, on the Godavari River, in the West Godavari District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh. The government has to lay more focus on shifting of colonies and other rehabilitation and resettlement works as it wants to complete the project within a year. The progress of rehabilitation and resettlement process has been slow for the mega project. According to a report, only 3,922 project disturbed families (PDF) have been rehabilitated so far against the total of 98,818 families. Similarly, around 9,000 project affected people were only rehabilitated so far against total 1,92,259 persons (Hindu News Paper 2018). Displacement and Rehabilitation its negative consequences so far have been addressed inadequately and Resettlement & Rehabilitation policies have been unable to avoid the impoverishment of the displaced population and restore the previous level of well-being (Cernea and Mathur 2008). An effective Resettlement & Rehabilitation programme has to approach resettlement as the management of risk and focus on livelihood reconstruction. So displacement implies an unequal redistribution of costs and benefits. While such adverse social impacts are generally unavoidable, there is great need to minimise such adverse effects and for providing alternative sites for displacement through provision of housing, infrastructure related to education, road, drinking water, electricity, hospital, etc. and also extending suitable remunerative economic rehabilitation support, thus enabling the adversely affected people to regain at least their former levels of living standards. This requires careful planning and implementation of the displacement and rehabilitation management plan with inbuilt monitoring system, both by the project managers as well as the affected lot. The Study lays an emphasis on extent of Displacement and Rehabilitation measures taken at Polavaram Project area. This study further throws a light upon the Issues and Constraints regarding to Displacement and Rehabilitation at polavaram Project area.

The rapid expansion of information-sharing opportunities for efficient communication by establishing patient portals will help nurses and doctors by making it easier to access electronic health records. W wearable smart devices allow physicians to maximize treatment with the use of advanced technologies. The primary purpose of this paper is to build a portable AI smart device that doctors can use to access real-time health updates. Efficient access to a patient portal has proven greatly helpful for patient treatment. Advancing from the portal records to a wearable smart device will make it even beneficial in making health care decisions faster and administering treatment on time [1]. This is why this paper is proposing a smart device that utilizes AI technology to improve how healthcare is delivered by analyzing electronic health records in real-time. A patient's electronic health record (EHR) is a representation of the paper medical records in a digital version. Wearable devices provide close monitoring of all facets of human activity and physiology. Such measurements involve the most often assessed signs such as blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate, posture, and physical activity using tools like electrocardiogram (ECG), ballistocardiogram (BCG), and other sensors [1]. Wearable video or photo applications could be able to provide detailed clinical evidence. Eyeglasses, shoes, earrings, gloves, clothing, and watches can all be equipped with wearable smart devices.

To ensure that the selected features reasonably cover all the types of data that can be extracted at the network level, we propose a Feature Classification Schema for network features that is also intended to impose the first centralized standard in the research community regarding the various types and names of the network features. In this paper we study various tuning parameters that play a significant role in the performance of each feature. It is widely known that a poor tuning step will lead to poor detection performance, as opposed to a reasonable tuning that will significantly boost the attack detection chances. We explain our proposed feature evaluation technique. The technique uses a combination of statistical and fuzzy logic methodologies to assess the performance of a feature against a particular type of attack.

Creativity is the ability which is most valued in all societies. Synectics model of teaching is one such approach which seems to have the genuine potentiality for enhancing creativity of the learners as it provides them the scope to participate in various metaphorical activities - the key to creative thinking ability through which they can be given opportunity to think critically and divergently. Synectics brings out creativity of the students. It is a very sophisticated technique for stimulating creativity. Gordon and his associates successfully employed it in finding solutions to a number of intractable technical problems. The present study reveals and observed that experimental group performance in respect of Test of Story Construction, Test of Poetic diction and Test of vocabulary test is significantly higher than control group performance.

Innovation of Robots is now considered as a biggest technological revolution which has given a new challenges to law framers to deal with it. Presently these robots are replacing the human labor forces and also performing several activities efficiently with due care and intelligence. However, Human being is considered as most intelligent creature on the earth having the logical and reasonable mindset and further this human being has created an artificial human being by deploying the intelligence in it. Since the Human Interactions are increasing with these sophisticated robots, different new legal issues are emerging and one of them is to determine the liability of these artificial intelligence entity. Humans, the godfather of Robots have programmed these robots for their own purpose and while performing the activities, if Robots commit any criminal wrong, the question arises who will be liable for such wrong- Whether it is Programmer, User or Robot itself?. We dont have any proper legal response relating to this legal problem. This article categorically deals with only Criminal liability of Robots and also prescribes certain reasonable mechanism by which Criminal liability of these artificial intelligence entities can be determined.
