Injection molding is manufacturing process method where the parts are produced by injecting the molten material into the mold. This molding technique, which plays a significant role in the field of plastic processing, is appropriate for the mass manufacture of goods with complex geometries. The component Bulb Holder, which is utilized in homes and other electric devices like lamps and other lighting, is designed and analyzed in this work. This dissertation uses a two-plate injection mould with four cavities because they are more efficient than single cavity injection mould. Due to the small wall thickness of the component ABS material is selected and analysis is done with help of Solidworks 2021, to check the Fill time, cooling time, volumetric shrinkage which helps to analyze before going for production.

Quality management systems are being operated in some sectors in India. But it is rare to meet this system in construction industry. There are many hindrances that make it difficult to apply the system effectively due to the nature of construction and therefore no objective way to measure the effectiveness of this system exist in construction industry. Objective of this study is to evaluate the critical factors that affect the quality management system on quality improvement and performance in construction projects. It also aims to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management system (QMS) in construction projects. Finally, it proposes an implementation framework for quality management in construction projects. Data Will be collected and analysed using statistical techniques with the help of appropriate software. The factors included are project background aspects, general quality aspects and standard code representing aspects. All the above factors will be subjected to descriptive analysis, and regression analysis. The critical factors obtained through the above said analysis will be validated with the critical factors obtained by the various previous researchers. Regression equations have been proposed to identify the strongest predictor among the independent variable which have cause and effect relationship on dependent variable. The study brings out the underlying critical factors which are responsible for the implementation of quality management in construction projects. Also, suitable recommendations and suggestions for effective quality management system for construction projects will be presented.

Abstract: An organization's human resources are necessary to carry out various commercial tasks. The organization cannot exist or function successfully without the help of human resources. In general, the construction sector frequently has challenges in fulfilling project completion schedules and budgets due to a lack of trained labour and staff to complete the intended job. This level of complexity may be controlled and such difficulties can be dealt with effectively using human resource management approaches to avoid labour shortages. The efficient utilization of human resources is critical to any organization's success. In India, human resources are the most important contributory force for any firm. As a result, human resource management (HRM), or the management of human resources, must become increasingly important in India. A detailed survey was conducted to identify HRM-related issues within the construction company, and the results were analyzed with a particular focus on the human resource practices that are commonly followed in the south Indian construction industry, the availability of skilled labour, and the formal or informal methods or forms commonly used for human resource management. In this work the issues affecting human resource management and its effect in the functioning of the organization has been studied and analyzed using Relative Importance Index (RII) Method. The data is entered using MS Excel and the analysis is done using MS Excel. Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet developed by Microsoft for Windows, Android and IOS. It features calculation or computation capabilities, graphing tools, pivot tables.

Datacenters play a critical role as key cloud infrastructure providers such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft, in the increasingly popular cloud computing. Datacenters provide utility computing to software providers, who then deliver application services to end consumers via the Internet. The latter has long been known as "Software as a Service (SaaS)," while the former has recently been dubbed "Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)," with the software service provider being known as a cloud service provider.

Micro and Small business Enterprises (MSEs) play important role of industrialization, innovation and vibrant growth in both developing and developed countries. This study focuses on Micro and Small businesses in Nakuru City Town. The study was guided by the following objectives; to examine the effect of government regulations and policies, accessibility of credit financing, market competition and location on profitability of MSEs in Kenya. The study adopted mix research design. The target population was 1486 MSEs businesses operating in Nakuru city Town. A sample of 296 MSEs-20% of the target population- was selected using multi stage sampling that involved stratifying the MSEs according to their business activities then selecting the respondents using simple random sampling method. A structured interview guide and questionnaire with both closed and open ended questions were used to collect data. Piloting and content validity test were used to assess the validity whereas Cronbachs alpha coefficient was used to assess the internal consistency and reliability of the data collection instruments. The data was analyzed using quantitative methods the percentages, mean and standard deviation whistle inferential statistics Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, simple regression model and multiple regression analysis were used to analysis the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. Where applicable ANOVA analysis tested the extent to which the independent variable was able to explain dependent variable. In support to analysis SSPS version 21 was used to analyze the data. The study concluded government regulation, credit financing, competition and location affects profitability of MSEs in Kenya to great extent. The study recommended the central and county governments need to reduce legal requirements and regulations governing SMEs as well as set some funds apart in order to support them. Its further recommend financial institutions should also have credit financing products which can fit MSEs. The county and central governments should also provide infrastructure, security and provide clean and accessible markets where these traders can conduct their businesses.

Abstract: Blended Teaching is a teaching model that is characterized by merging the two forms of teaching, that is, two formats: face-to-face teaching and online teaching. Therefore, this article addresses questions about: the Implementation of Blended Learning for meaningful learning for all Basic Education students, in addition, it proposes an analysis of educational legislation, the positives and negatives to implement this teaching in schools. The first phase of the methodology was a bibliographical survey on the theme of hybrid teaching, and from this study it was possible to conclude that the Brazilian Educational Legislations already bring in their articles, paragraphs and items the regulation of Blended Teaching. With this result, it is expected to contribute to basic education schools, so that they can implement hybrid teaching as an instrument in the quality of education, thus generating innovation in pedagogical practices for more meaningful learning for Basic Education students.
