 Abstract

Agriculture has been an important enterprise in India since ancient times. Even today 60 to 65 percent of the population in the country is dependent on agriculture for its livelihood. In the present scenario, not only in India but also in many countries of the world, agriculture is an important one, because man will get food from agriculture. The contribution of agricultural sectors to the Indian economy was highest in the decades after independence, but with the development of industrialization and service sectors in India, the contribution of agriculture and allied sectors decreased. In order to increase agricultural productivity and maintain the growth rate in India, by removing the basic problems of the farmers, they have to be encouraged and trained to do agriculture with modern technology, so that they can be made more empowered and prosperous.

 Abstract

The Internet of Things is actually a current technology which is used to various fields; it means taking all the things in the world and connecting them to the Internet. There is a significant risk of exposure to billions of connected devices, identity theft and data theft, device manipulation, data tampering, server / network manipulation and later application platforms. Security is the main concern in the adoption of the Internet of Things technology, with the concern that rapid growth may be necessary without taking into accounts the profound security challenges and regulatory changes. Therefore, this document addresses several security objectives, their challenges, and optimization of existing security functions. Therefore, this research addresses several security objectives, their challenges, and optimization of existing security functions. This paper also delineates security challenges at different architectural levels, attacks and trust elements and optimization of basic security functions in terms of data storage, energy efficiency, flexibility, computation time, and associated costs.

 Abstract

Background: Infertility in females is a complex global health problem. It has multiple socio-cultural consequences which are usually associated with thyroid and prolactin hormone disorders. Hence it has become a clinical challenge to endocrinologist and gynaecologist. Method: Out 300, 150 primary infertile and group A and 150 secondary infertile group B women were studied. Blood examination included complete haemogram ESR, hormonal assay. Radiologically USG perineum and abdomen; chest-x-ray was studied. Results: Prolactin hormone levels 0-20 ng/ml was highest in secondary infertility (group-B) 98 (65.3%), 21-100 ng/ml was highest in group-A, >100 ng/ml was observed only in group-B i.e. 4 (2.6%), Regular Menses were highest in group-A 47 (31.3%), Oligomenorrhea was also highest in group-A 70 (46.6%), while Amenorrhea was highest in group-B 32 (21.3%), Menorragia was highest in group-A 12 (8%), Duration of marriage period was highest in group-B (secondary infertile). Conclusion: Hyper prolactenemia with thyroid dysfunction are the major contributor of hormonal factors in primary and secondary infertility of women. Hence estimation of prolactin and TSH levels might be considered as essential assessment of patients with fertility disorders.
