In India, nearly 90% of the refrigeration systems viz., domestic refrigerators, deep freezer units, food storage devices use R134a as the common working fluid. The Global Warming Potential (GWP) of R134a is high of the order of 1300. Usage of R134a refrigerant causes continuous depletion of ozone layer and global warming effect. The Chloro fluoro carbon (CFC) substances not only damages the ozone layer of atmosphere, but also bring green house effect to earth and badly affect telluric environment and human health. The Montreal and Kyoto Protocol suggested minimizing the usage of green house gases along with hydroflurocarbons (HFCs) to use as refrigerants in refrigeration system. R134a is not miscible with the lubricant oil of the compressor unit. Some of the European countries have banned the usage of R134a as refrigerant in refrigerators. The focus of this investigation is to try out and establish a suitable alternative to the conventional R134a. The proposed eco-friendly refrigerant in this work is R152a which has an advantage of zero Ozone Depleting Potential (ODP) and a significant reduced GWP value of 140 only. In this investigation three types of studies were carried out. The most commonly used commercial refrigerant R134a and the proven alternative R152a were blended and the new hybrid refrigerant was prepared and the corresponding performance of the system was investigated. The experimental results and analysis clearly indicate that there is a possibility of retrofitting the blend of R152a and R134a without any system modification. nanoadditive such as Al2O3 were blended with R152a refrigerant at 0.05% v, 0.1 % v and 0.15%v concentration were investigated. The compressor suction pressure, discharge pressure, vapour pressure, compressor input power, volumetric cooling capacity and coefficient of performance (COP) were computed and analysed. An experimental test rig is designed and fabricated indigenously in the lab to carry out these investigations. Nano refrigerant was found to work safely and with system improvement.

In a normal human body a balance environment is present. It is because of healthy immune system present in the body. Immune system is a complex network of cells and proteins which have ability to defend the infection acquired in body. As a result a healthy body has the ability to defeat the invading micro-organism. The invasion of microorganism is recognized with the help of developed antigens in body. In order to defend these foreign substances, antigens stimulates the production of antibodies. Monoclonal antibodies have approved applications in different types of critical and acute illness. It act as a promising treatment in the critical illness like cancer of any organ. Nowadays they are also used in treatment of infectious disorders like bacterial, viral and fungal infection. Antibodies can be prepared by different methods but large scale production of antibodies is done with the help of Hybridoma technology. In hybridoma technology clones of antibodies are prepared. Antigen firstly fused with B lymphocyte cell and then an hybrid cell is prepared in collaboration with myeloma cell to produce a defense mechanism in the form of antibodies. The main focus of writing this review is to access knowledge about what antibodies are and how they are developed for treatment of critical disorders in current scenario.

Ophthalmic drug delivery is one of the most widely used drug delivery systems for the delivery drug to eye section. In situ gels are a type of formulations in which drug is ingested in solution form and while coming in contact with body fluids or temperature, it gets converted to gel form in order to produce a sustained release formulation. The objective of present work is to develop in situ gel of ofloxacin which is an antibiotic for bacterial infections.it is a type of broad spectrum antibiotic. It has a low molecular weight of 361.368gm/mol. It is one of the most suitable candidates for ophthalmic drug delivery. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that is used to treat bacterial infections; it stops the multiplication of bacteria by inhibiting the reproduction and repair of their genetic material (DNA).Marketed eye drop solution is cleared very rapidly from the corneal region whereas, in-situ gelling systems, it was observed that clearing time is slow and retention of drug is for longer period at the corneal surface for a longer duration Ofloxacin can be targeted in treatment of the bacterial infection and also reduce dosing frequency, increase bioavailability of Ofloxacin that will result in better patient compliance with minimum side effects.

Abstract INTRODUCTION Nursing is the largest, the most diverse, and one of the most respected of all the health care professions. Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life. Nurses are an invaluable liaison between physicians and their patients, spending more time with patients than any other healthcare team member. Nursing encompasses autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, families, groups and communities, sick or well and in all settings. OBJECTIVES 1. The aim of the study is to assess the knowledge and attitude regarding nursing profession among GNM first year student nurses. 2. To find the association between the knowledge and with their socio-demographic characteristics. MATERIALS AND METHODS The current study was designed to assess the knowledge and attitude of Nursing profession. A quantitative research approach with descriptive survey design was selected for the study. The non-probability convenient sampling technique was used to select 60 students from selected hospital of Vrindavan, Mathura. A valid and reliable structured questionnaire to assess the knowledge were used to collect data in 2 weeks. A self-designed questionnaire was developed to assess the attitudes. Human beings can communicate with one another via natural language channels including words and writing, or through body language (gestures) like hand gestures, head gesticulations, facial expressions, lip motion, and so forth. Learning to read and write in normal language is essential but knowing sign language is equally essential. Individuals who are partially deaf rely on sign language as their primary mode of communication. People who have hearing impairments have difficulty communicating with those who do not have hearing issues if they do not have access to a translator [1]. This is why the deaf community will benefit greatly from a technology that understands sign language especially hand gestures. Even though mobile technology is rapidly evolving and becoming incredible, there has been little technological advancement and development for artificial intelligence voice-based smart devices that can assist deaf people in understanding and responding to their body language. When combined with learning algorithms, ubiquitous sensing may be used to integrate all of the body language information. As with spoken language, body language has a variety of libraries and each communication is distinct [1]. With my technology, each user can program their device to detect and comprehend their hand gestures, allowing it to recognize and interpret those signals into a voice. It provides users with full command over their sign language library as well as their spoken communication, making it helpful for anybody who has difficulty hearing or speaking. Studies to investigate ways of bridging this breakdown in communication for the deaf have been in progress, with more to come. There are now available stand-alone tools and apps that may aid in the interaction among people who are profoundly deaf [2]. This is why this research aims to develop artificial intelligence (AI) voice-based smart devices that would make use of current technology to demonstrate how it can assist individuals with hearing difficulties. All of the items used in this project are commercially available especially, hearing components, microcontrollers, LCD module, Audio amplifier, wiring, and open-source code libraries.

Abstract The readymade apparel industry is growing day by day. Domestic demand for readymade garments has also been growing rapidly. Now days, buying readymade apparel is more economical than stitching material. Buyers prefer more readymade apparel to purchasing material. Because for stitching that material, tailors take too much time and money. So, it is time-consuming as well as it incurs too much cost. On the other hand, customers can easily buy the ready-to-wear apparel as per their wish from readymade garment shops. Where they also have their own tailoring and alteration set up. It means that most of the customers get all the facilities under one roof, which prevents them from walking into tailoring shops. So, this research is carried out to find out the impact of the readymade garment industry on custom tailors.

In this study, the antibacterial potency of herbal ointments formulated with methanolic extract of Cassia alata was evaluated. The preliminary in vitro antibacterial activity of the methanolic extracts of sun-dried leaves of Cassia alata was determined against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa using the Agar cup plate method. The antibacterial activity of the extract was predominantly against Gram-positive organisms. Herbal ointments were prepared by incorporating the methanolic extract of Cassia alata (10 % w/w) into aqueous cream, emulsifying ointment and simple ointment bases and evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial efficacy. The formulation containing Cassia alata extract in aqueous cream showed comparatively better antibacterial activity than the other formulations in the following order: aqueous cream > emulsifying ointment > simple ointment > crude extract. The herbal ointment also compared favourably with a commercial brand of Gentamicin ointment. This study shows that Cassia alata has antibacterial activity and also has high potential as antibacterial agent when formulated as ointment for topical use and could therefore explain the successes claimed in the folk use of the plant in the treatment of common skin conditions.
