The present study aimed to express the worse effect of non-nutritional sweetener aspartame on streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic male Wistar rats. Aspartame was non-nutritional and low-calorie sugars which are nearly 200 times sweeter than table sugar sucrose. In this experiment we categorized four groups as control (C), Aspartame (ASP) (50mg/kg b.wt daily), Diabetic (D) (STZ single dose 45mg/kg b.wt) Diabetic+Aspartame (D+ASP) (STZ single dose 45mg/kg b.wt +ASP 50mg/kg b.wt daily). The blood serum concentration levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TGs), very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL),low-density lipoprotein (LDL) increased, and high-density lipoproteins (HDL) are decreased both in diabetic and aspartame administered rats. In this study, the serum levels of the above markers, which were highly increased in diabetes (D)and aspartame (ASP) consumed rats group when compared to control group rats. Therefore, Aspartame metabolites show negative effects on blood circulation, leading to stress-related disorders and dyslipidemia.

Preparation of electoral rolls and periodically revising the electoral rolls is the main function of the Election Commission. The Election Commission conducts elections to the Parliament, state legislatures, to the offices of President and Vice-President. The Election Commission is empowered to cancel the poll if any irregularities like rigging, proxy voting, pouring of ink into the ballot boxes, replacement of ballot boxes have taken place during the time of election and counting of the votes and order repoll. It is also the responsibility of the Election Commission to hold by-elections whenever there arises a vacancy in the Lok Sabha or Legislative Assembly either because of the resignation of sitting M.Ps or M.L.As or because of the death of M.P or M.L.A. One of the important functions of the Election Commission is to recognize political parties as National or Regional political parties and to allot them election symbols. The Election Commission should be empowered to deregister a Political Party if it involves in serious malpractices during the time of elections. The Election Commission should be empowered to advice the Presiding Officers of both Parliament and state legislature for disqualification of the members of either House of Parliament or State legislature.

This paper tries to introduce about Fee Waiver Scheme and it's objective and criteria and challenges of 21st century society. Our era is often said to be a time of rapid technological change, but the social changes occurring in this country and elsewhere are equally dramatic. Society often has sufficient experience and knowledge to make better-informed decisions, but it is not always prepared to use this wisdom from the social and behavioral sciences. As we approach the first quarter of the 21st century, schools, universities and society at large are asking fundamental questions about education. We are in a paradigm-shifting age where technological, demographic, social, environmental, economic and political shifts are forcing us to redefine what our educational structure should be.So in the pursuit of uplifting socially and economically backward sections, the Government of India has come up with various plans. To pull the marginalized sections of the society from the current predicament, the Government of India has announced:Education loan subsidies, Fee Waivers,Scholarship Schemes. To avail the benefits under the Government schemes, students will have to meet the eligibility criterion. The Government of India has introduced some changes as an effort to increase the number of beneficiaries under the scheme and eligibility criteria. Due to several historical reasons, the children belonging to SC and ST category find it difficult to reach to the corridors of the institutions of higher and technical education. It shall be the endeavour of the Government to see that no eligible SC/ST students are deprived of higher education for want of resources. The beneficiaries under the scheme shall be entitled to receive full waiver of the fees supposed to have been paid by them in the institutions where they have sought admissions.

Introduction: The treatment of mental disorder depends on the cause or diagnosis. The first line treatment for many disorders is antipsychotic drugs. There are growing evidence that behavior therapy, family therapy, group therapy can be effective in managing symptoms. When other treatments for psychosis are ineffective, one such treatment which is beneficial is electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is utilized to relieve symptoms of psychosis. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching program on knowledge of nursing students regarding ECT in College of Nursing, CMC & Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab. Methods: Quasi experimental two group pretest and posttest design was considered to be appropriate, Purposive sampling technique was used by inclusion/ exclusion criteria to select the subjects for the sample. The total sample size for study was 60 nursing students this includes B.Sc (N) interns and GNM 3rd year. The data collection procedure was carried out in the month of February with the help of a systematically prepared structured questionnaire. Pretest was taken first from both control and experimental group. The time given for pretest was and posttest was 20-30 minutes. Posttest of control group was taken on 3rd day after pretest and on the next day structured teaching was given to the experimental group with the help of lesson plan and AV aids. The time spent in the structured teaching was 30-40 minutes. The control group was not exposed to structured teaching. The posttest of the experimental group was conducted on 4th day after structured teaching. Results: According to age in control group majority of nursing students were in the age group of 19-21years (53.3%) followed by 22-24years (43.3%) and in age group > 24 years (3.3%) respectively. In the experimental group majority of nursing students were in the age group of 19-21years (63.3%) followed by 22-24years (33.3%) and in age group > 24 years (3.3%) respectively. According to type of course in both the control and experimental groups B.Sc (N) interns (50%) and GNM 3rd year (50%) nursing students were there respectively. According to religion majority of nursing students in control and experimental group were Christian (40% and 66.6%) followed by hindu and sikh (30% and 16.6%) respectively. According to source of information in control and group, majority of nursing students were having information from TV/ Internet, (63.3%) followed by from Parents/ Relatives/ Friends (26.6%) and Journal/ Magazine/ Newspaper (10%) respectively. In the experimental group majority of nursing students were having information from TV/ Internet, (60%) followed by from Parents/ Relatives/ Friends (23.3%) and Journal/ Magazine/ Newspaper (16.6%) respectively. In India, nearly 90% of the refrigeration systems viz., domestic refrigerators, deep freezer units, food storage devices use R134a as the common working fluid. The Global Warming Potential (GWP) of R134a is high of the order of 1300. Usage of R134a refrigerant causes continuous depletion of ozone layer and global warming effect. The Chloro fluoro carbon (CFC) substances not only damages the ozone layer of atmosphere, but also bring green house effect to earth and badly affect telluric environment and human health. The Montreal and Kyoto Protocol suggested minimizing the usage of green house gases along with hydroflurocarbons (HFCs) to use as refrigerants in refrigeration system. R134a is not miscible with the lubricant oil of the compressor unit. Some of the European countries have banned the usage of R134a as refrigerant in refrigerators. The focus of this investigation is to try out and establish a suitable alternative to the conventional R134a. The proposed eco-friendly refrigerant in this work is R152a which has an advantage of zero Ozone Depleting Potential (ODP) and a significant reduced GWP value of 140 only. In this investigation three types of studies were carried out. The most commonly used commercial refrigerant R134a and the proven alternative R152a were blended and the new hybrid refrigerant was prepared and the corresponding performance of the system was investigated. The experimental results and analysis clearly indicate that there is a possibility of retrofitting the blend of R152a and R134a without any system modification. nanoadditive such as Al2O3 were blended with R152a refrigerant at 0.05% v, 0.1 % v and 0.15%v concentration were investigated. The compressor suction pressure, discharge pressure, vapour pressure, compressor input power, volumetric cooling capacity and coefficient of performance (COP) were computed and analysed. An experimental test rig is designed and fabricated indigenously in the lab to carry out these investigations. Nano refrigerant was found to work safely and with system improvement.

In a normal human body a balance environment is present. It is because of healthy immune system present in the body. Immune system is a complex network of cells and proteins which have ability to defend the infection acquired in body. As a result a healthy body has the ability to defeat the invading micro-organism. The invasion of microorganism is recognized with the help of developed antigens in body. In order to defend these foreign substances, antigens stimulates the production of antibodies. Monoclonal antibodies have approved applications in different types of critical and acute illness. It act as a promising treatment in the critical illness like cancer of any organ. Nowadays they are also used in treatment of infectious disorders like bacterial, viral and fungal infection. Antibodies can be prepared by different methods but large scale production of antibodies is done with the help of Hybridoma technology. In hybridoma technology clones of antibodies are prepared. Antigen firstly fused with B lymphocyte cell and then an hybrid cell is prepared in collaboration with myeloma cell to produce a defense mechanism in the form of antibodies. The main focus of writing this review is to access knowledge about what antibodies are and how they are developed for treatment of critical disorders in current scenario.

Ophthalmic drug delivery is one of the most widely used drug delivery systems for the delivery drug to eye section. In situ gels are a type of formulations in which drug is ingested in solution form and while coming in contact with body fluids or temperature, it gets converted to gel form in order to produce a sustained release formulation. The objective of present work is to develop in situ gel of ofloxacin which is an antibiotic for bacterial infections.it is a type of broad spectrum antibiotic. It has a low molecular weight of 361.368gm/mol. It is one of the most suitable candidates for ophthalmic drug delivery. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that is used to treat bacterial infections; it stops the multiplication of bacteria by inhibiting the reproduction and repair of their genetic material (DNA).Marketed eye drop solution is cleared very rapidly from the corneal region whereas, in-situ gelling systems, it was observed that clearing time is slow and retention of drug is for longer period at the corneal surface for a longer duration Ofloxacin can be targeted in treatment of the bacterial infection and also reduce dosing frequency, increase bioavailability of Ofloxacin that will result in better patient compliance with minimum side effects.
