This paper exhibits a new model for video salient object discovery called spatiotemporal constrained optimization model, which endeavors spatial and transient signs just as a nearby imperative to accomplish a worldwide saliencyoptimization. For a vigorous movement estimation of salient objects, Here enhancing a novel way to deal with model the movement signs from visual network field, the saliency_map of the earlier video outline and the movement history of progress location, which can recognize the moving salient objects from differing changing foundation regions. Besides, a viable objectness measure is proposed with natural geometrical elucidation to separate some solid object and foundation areas, which gave as the premise to characterize the forefront potential, foundation potential and the imperative to help saliency proliferation. These possibilities and the requirement are planned into the projected SCOM structure to create an ideal saliency map for each casing in a video and furthermore it demonstrates the sort of activity in the video outlines. The proposed model is broadly assessed on the generally utilized testing benchmark datasets.

In the beginning of creation, there was no system of teaching or learning nor were there any books to read. How could men acquire knowledge? It is true that God had endowed man with a conscience to discriminate between right and wrong, good and bad, virtue and vice, but in that case man will decide things as dedicated by his own conscience influenced by the environment. Hence, the verdict will vary from man to man. Without a universal code of conduct issued by our Central unerring authority, no society can function smoothly. That is why the Supreme Creator, Preserver and Destroyer of the world gave man a complete code of conduct in the beginning of the creation in the form of Vedas. Through Vedas, God has advised the human being how to live, conduct and behave in this world. Maharishi Patanjali in Yoga Darshan (1.26) writes

The coordination complexes of Co (II) and Ni (II) were prepared from bidentate Schiff base. The Schiff base ligand was synthesized by the condensation of thiosemicarbazide and pyrazine-2-carbaldehyde in an alkaline medium. The ligand and its complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility measurements, solubility, infrared and ESR.The metal-ligand found to be 1 :2 in all the metal complexes. The magnetic susceptibility revealed that all the complexes are paramagnetic in nature. The infrared spectra suggested that the Schiff base behaves as bidentate ligand and coordinate with nitrogen and sulphur atoms. The molar conductivity data of the complexes in DMF indicate they are non-electrolytes. On the basis of magnetic susceptibility and electronic spectral study, geometry of complexes was proposed to be octahedral.

This paper's goal is to review the maintenance management literature and identify any gaps that might exist from the perspectives of scholars and practitioners. Also discussed is a new paradigm change in maintenance. There is virtually little literature on maintenance management classification at this time. The study offers a classification into numerous domains and sub sections after reviewing a significant number of works in the field. The study concludes that crucial challenges in maintenance management include different optimization models, upkeep methods, scheduling, and information systems, among others. Gaps within each category have been noted. In order to help academics identify gaps in the literature and appropriately focus their research efforts, a variety of developing trends in the subject of maintenance management are subsequently recognized. Researchers, maintenance specialists, and those interested in maintenance will find the study valuable in understanding the significance of maintenance management.

Fate is a prominent actor in Hardy's novel. It is, as Cazamian has said, an invisible third party in his novel. Like the Greek drama, the novels of Hardy are pervaded with a profound sense of fate. As E.M. Forster puts it, "the fate above us, not the fate working through us - that is what is eminent and memorable in Wessex novels". No doubt Hardy's scheme of tragedy admits of a large space of fate. Hardy's mind was darkened by the doctrine of necessitarianism and the philosophy of Determinism which denied free-will to the individual and which asserts that man is a mere play thing in the hand of some Blind Force. The Greek and Shakespeare call this force fate or destiny but Hardy calls it chance or circumstance or immanent will. 'Far from the Madding Crowd' is a powerful tragic expression by Hardy in which he portrays beautifully the role of chance and fate played in the lives of characters that ultimately leads to the suffering and even death of some characters. This role of chance and fate is so prominent in Hardy's fictional works that some critics call Hardy a pessimist novelist. Hardy's philosophy of life is marked with a strong note of fatalism. In Hardy's novels Destiny is character. Man is a helpless creature in the hands of Destiny or Fate. The keen eyes of fate are always looking intently on his activities with a view to intervening as and when it so likes. Man is not free to choose the type of life he wants to live. Obstacles and hindrances swarm on his path of life.
