 Abstract

This research paper provides an in-depth analysis of fiscal and monetary policies in India, with a focus on the prevailing economic conditions. Against the backdrop of global economic uncertainties and domestic challenges, this paper examines the roles, objectives, and effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policies in promoting economic stability, growth, and development in India. Simultaneously, the evaluation of monetary policy under the purview of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is examined. The RBI's monetary policy framework, guided by the objective of maintaining inflation within a target range while supporting growth, is analyzed in depth. The adoption of inflation targeting, coupled with forward-looking communication strategies, has enhanced the effectiveness and credibility of monetary policy. However, challenges such as volatile global financial conditions and transmission mechanisms pose significant hurdles to the efficacy of monetary policy transmission in India. Furthermore, it evaluates the policy response to emerging challenges and offers insights into the future trajectory of fiscal and monetary policies in India.

 Abstract

The idea of visual education is not new. It appears that over long centuries outstanding teachers have tried to devise ways to make concepts clearer to their pupils through the use of various devices. It is said that 2500 years ago the Greek mathematician Pythagoras drew geometric figures in the sand when making his demonstrations. History suggests that the basic condition which strongly encourages study and experimentation in visual aids was one which was the danger of what William James called it "Empty Verbalism" concepts; to have meaning for the learners must be grounded in his personal experience. Many students of Educational method are convinced that the most serious problem of all formal teaching from Kindergarten through college is the avoidance of meaningless verbalisation. The avoidance of excessive verbalism was a basic consideration in the pedagogical theories of Johann Amos Comenius (1592-1670). Comenius was greatly disturbed by the prevailing methods and materials of instruction in use in his day. He was convinced that improvement in Teaching and learning would necessitate more emphasis on sense experience, in order that the formal teaching would be grounded in the experience of children and would thus be meaningful to them. This conviction led him to prepare one of the most famous text book ever written for children, ORBIS PICTUS (meaning the world in pictures). This book contained numerous pictures of scenes from everyday life of the times accompanied by textual material for children to read. In his book Comenius gave the following directions to the teachers and parents who were to use the materials with children.

 Abstract

According to WHO globalization can be defined as the enlarged interconnectedness and interdependence of peoples and countries. It can be generally understood to include two inter-related elements: the opening of international borders to increasingly fast flows of goods, services, finance, people and ideas; and the changes in institutions and policies at national and international levels that make possible or promote such stream. The term globalisation has come to mean the way in which the world economy is run and occupied by multi-national corporate and the international organizations/institutions they tend to control 'Globalization' was the zeitgeist of the 1990s and onwards. In the social sciences, it gave rise to the claim that deepening interconnectedness was fundamentally transforming the nature of human society, and was replacing the sovereign state with a multi-layered, multilateral system of global governance. The impact globalization influence on technical progress especially in information technology, worldwide communication and global transportation.  Abstract

An indigenous fermented rice beverage locally known as ''Anthom'' is prepared from Oryza sativa var. glutinosa, either from black or white variety by the Thadou- Kuki tribes of Manipur. The Thadou- Kuki tribe is known for their rich traditional knowledges. They prepared and consumed different types of homemade fermented foods and beverages since time immemorial. Through trial-and-error methods, the knowledge of these fermentation technology is handed down from generation to generation, by words of mouth, and still remains alive as an oral tradition. So far, no written record is available on the technique of this fermented rice preparation technology. Due to modernization and advances in technology, the age-old traditional knowledge has been seriously neglected and the younger generation shows little interest and concern for this is depleting. This knowledge of fermentation technology is now at risk of dying out. The present paper documents the technique of ''Anthom'' preparation. The ethnomedicinal uses in the treatment of urinary tract infections, menstrual problems, post-partum weaknesses and pains, inadequate breast milk of lactating mothers, and kidney stones. It is also consumed after extreme fatigue and exhaustion not only by those who laboured under arduous conditions in the jhum fields of the hills and forests but also by women after child birth and those afflicted by serious sickness and weakness. ''Anthom'' is offered as a welcome drink to every guest by every household in the olden days. It forms an intrinsic part of the traditional diet and their cultural life style. The detail findings will be discussed in this paper.

 Abstract

Balochistan is the biggest province of Pakistan. It is sandwiched between Afghanistan on the north and Iran on the west. Geostrategically, geopolitically and geoeconomically it is the most important place of Pakistan. It is well endowed by nature and very rich in natural resources. But unfortunately the development of Balochistan is least among the four provinces of Pakistan. The Balochistan have faced the five phases of insurgency from 1948 to till now. In the wave of insurgency many people have been killed and abducted by Pakistani security forces. Baloch freedom fighters are completely against the state and its machinery. Pakistan maintains control by disappearing, torturing and murdering the peoples and their leaders. The root causes of movement are that Balochistan is lacking for basic facilities like education hospitals etc. The Pakistan government started many new policies against Balochi freedom fighters, they marginalised the Baloch in his own territory. The Government of Pakistan have never fulfilled the requirement of Baloch in politics, military etc. The Gwadar deep port and China Pakistan economic corridor (CPEC) is also the cause of movement in Balochistan. Baloch leaders feels that one day Balochistan will be Colony of China. So the separatist organisations like Balochistan Republican Party, Balochistan Liberation front etc. fight for the independence of Greater Balochistan

This paper focuses on defining stress, its causes and effects, general stress management techniques, and the specific role of meditation in stress management. Stress can arise from numerous sources, categorized as work stress and personal stress. When faced with a distressing situation, the human body initiates a physical response. The nervous system becomes highly active, releasing hormones that prepare individuals to either fight or flee. This response affects both the body and mind, making stress management crucial.

 Abstract

The study aimed to investigate mobbing of teachers, its causes and consequences. The study used a descriptive analytical methodology. The research sample consisted of 200 schools in the city of Prayagraj (India). A self-administrative questionnaire was distributed and a qualitative study was carried out. The results indicated that mobbing of teachers exists in all schools regardless of whether they are governmental or private ones. The study also concluded that mobbing of teachers affects the physical, mental, psychological, emotional and professional well-being of teachers.

Raspberry PI is having different communication ports like HDMI port, Ethernet port, USB port, display serial interface, Bluetooth and Bluetooth low energy port. This paper provides survey on combination of Raspberry pi and IOT applications in diverse fields like home automation and health domain and we focus on till now what are the applications developed and what are the challenges faced in security of information transmitted through IOT technology especially in health management applications. The Raspberry Pi is a series of small single-board computers developed in the United Kingdom by the Raspberry Pi Foundation to promote the teaching of basic computer science in schools and in developing countries. We also discuss some of the best projects that have come up so far with the combination of raspberry pi and IOT Technology. The IoT has a much attention from Industry ,research scholars, scientists and government all over the world for its special features in changing modern day living. Primary hypothesis is to have smart sensor dealing directly to deliver a class of applications without any external or human participation. Collection of physical objects that are designed with built in wireless or wired connectivity, so they can be monitored, controlled and linked over the Internet via a mobile app or software that uses with another platform. The recent development of Internet and smartpnone and machine-to-machine M2M technologies can be considered first phase of the IoT. In the coming years IoT is expected to be one of the main hub between various technologies by connecting smart physical objects together and allow different applications in support of smart decision making. The security of IoT is becoming important and will take great effects on the industry & health domain.
