Life Coaching is a vast field which includes coaching for various areas of life, the awareness of which seems to grow by each passing day. A part of the life coaching process includes changing mindsets of people at large that fall prey to challenges that hinder their holistic development and reduce their morale. Thus, Social Media Platforms help Life Coaches gain popularity by spreading relevant life coaching content in the form of Videos, Visuals, and Articles using these platforms. Life Coaching content is shared mostly in the video format, primarily through YouTube. The purpose of this study is to understand how life coaching functions over the social media platforms- YouTube, FaceBook and Instagram and how it impacts the adults in a cultural framework of India. Results reveal that Life Coaching has a vast scope for growth among the audience of a developing nation like India, and is currently considered equivalent to have impacting the clients through social media platforms in comparison to the offline sessions.

This examination investigates why the Governors of the United States of America take part in the International Criminal Court to protect basic liberties (ICC). The International Criminal Court (ICC), a subsidiary of various worldwide associations, employs critical positions and opportunities. Considering how forcefully nations ensure their autonomy, it is shocking that the International Criminal Court (ICC) was established and operationalized in a brief timeframe. (As indicated by this hypothesis, a country's dependence organization, which is contained different nations that decide the upsides of a country as far as assets, is a causal factor and the customary justification for a nation's passage to worldwide associations. This examination presents an assortment of perspectives on the upsides of accomplishing the necessities through business ties, defensive organizations, and acknowledged support in global associations. Utilizing an occasion history investigation of the month-to-month information from 1998 to 2004, we find that reliance networks significantly affect a state's choice to sign and support the International Criminal Court. State responsibility is influenced by certain kinds of sanction costs; regardless, numerous customary state responsibility thoughts have gotten minimal exploratory help.

In response to anticipated shortages of ventilators caused by the COVID-19 pandemic mechanical ventilation may be a life-saver within the event of recent ICUs. This paper provides a plan of the origin of recent mechanical ventilators. In the reviewed literature, a simple, easy-to-use, and easy-to-build design of low-cost portable ventilators is proposed during this project. The proposed ventilator prototype here is assumed to possess better working performance than already available around. This ventilator consists of a blood oxygen sensor and a sensitive pressure monitoring system all at a very low cost. The ventilator we here design and develop using Arduino encompasses all the needs to develop a reliable yet affordable whilst matching all the conditions and marks of an explicit mechanical ventilator along with its property of portability. This ventilator will help in a very very situation like COVID-19 when the total world facing difficulties related to ventilators and thereby can also use in other critical situations or mass casualties.

The purpose of the present research work is to formulate and evaluate vanishing herbal cream. Herbal cream offers several advantages over other synthetic creams. The majority of vanishing creams prepared from synthetic origin (for e.g., acyclovir, triamcinolone, calcipotriene, triethanolamine, etc) gives extra fairness to face, but has several side effects such as itching, burning sensation and many other allergic reactions. Herbal creams do not have such side effects and it gives natural fairness to skin. Methods carried out for the preparation of herbal creams are very simple. Firstly, oil phase was prepared which was a mixture of stearic acid (17%), potassium hydroxide (0.5%), sodium carbonate (0.5%) melted at 70?. Secondly, aqueous phase was prepared which was a mixture of alcoholic extract of crude drugs, including Chamomile, A. indica, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Aloe was commercially available as extracts and are used either for cosmetic purpose or for medicinal use. Glycerine (6%), perfume (0.5%), water (71%) heated at 71?. Then aqueous phase was added in oil phase at 70? with continuous stirring. Once, the procedure was completed it was allowed to cool at room temperature with continuous stirring. Perfume was added at last just before the product was transferred to suitable container. The above prepared herbal cream was evaluated and physical parameters such as pH, homogeneity by touch and visual, appearance, wash ability, consistency, patch test, irritancy test, accelerated stability studies were determined. Further studies are needed to investigate this formulation for its performance.

A form of magnetic resonance spectroscopy, Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR), or Electron Spin Resonance (ESR), uses microwave radiation to probe unpaired electrons, such as radicals, radical cations and triplets in the presence of an externally induced static magnetic field. There are significant similarities between EPR and NMR in terms of their physical characteristics (NMR). Electron spin characteristics are directly measured in EPR, as opposed to nuclear spins, in NMR, the most noticeable distinction. As long as you have unpaired electron spins, EPR spectroscopy may be used in a number of ways, from examining extremely reactive radical intermediates to finding out how paramagnetic metal clusters interact with bioenzymes. EPR may also be employed in the semiconductor sector to analyse materials containing conducting electrons. Biological applications of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy include radicals and transition metal ion complexes having one or more unpaired electrons. Understanding the fundamental phenomena of spectroscopy, such as electronic Zeeman interaction, resonance, anisotropy, saturation, hyperfine interaction and zero-field interactions is covered in this chapter. Spectral powder pattern from randomly oriented samples is discussed, and a simulation method based on unit-sphere walking is presented. Spin counting or quantitative EPR is also discussed in connection to the concept of effective spins, which are physiologically important.

The unit which administers and manages the requisition and distribution of the blood is named as a blood bank. The main objectives of the blood banks are providing blood to the patients with minimal blood transfusion error. The blood is very important medical supplies so it should be managed well. As the blood bank management consists of a number of manual steps, therefore it will become difficult for the blood banks to provide a high level of accuracy, reliability, automation in blood storage and transfusion process. The system is installed in rack of blood bank, and the GSM Module for sending request of blood to the donors and blood banks all these are interfaced with Node MCU. Second segment consists of wi-fi module for data transfer to the server and third segment is displaying the status of available blood stock. All the real time status relates to the available blood stock of the blood bank is are displayed on web page, so that the blood seeker can get the blood from their nearest blood bank.

Since from the first civilisation, the humankind has come a long way in terms of advancement, progress, discoveries, innovations, and development. The civilisation took its complete transformation but as we are progressing forward, our thoughts, perceptions, actions and thinking are drowning in the ocean of these manmade beliefs where the terms such as contradiction, curiosity, query, and liberation is the sign of revolt for the so-called human society. Further, it is of no denial that human beings today have completely lost their touch with nature due to their consistent tampering and their super conscious hyper-individualistic mentality. This very attitude and mentality of humankind today has made them the most violent creatures of this entire ecosystem where each of them is fighting to establish their supreme power by shedding the blood of very core of the nature. Moreover, by default in any way these so-called humankind gets questioned or trafficked with the revolutionaries than this noble, non-violence and peaceful barrier called religion, tradition, rituals and customs is used as their defence. These are the most powerful weapon that has been used for manipulating million of minds overseas for committing another so-called peaceful massacre shedding the blood of another million for the sake of self-authority, power, and dominance.
