The story of the progress and evolution of human has been an unending episode. From being the hunter-gatherer in the pre-historic times to the modern techno-savvy man, this journey has been remarkably significant. Human beings have travelled a long way to mark themselves as the most prominent species on this earth. This entire process of human advancement has been documented since ancient times and can be well understood by going through the pages of literary texts. The literary treasures hold in themselves the mesmerizing accounts of the development of human civilization and culture. They help us to walk back in time and develop better understanding and appreciation of the past. It is enthralling to witness how the great civilizations like that of the Harappa and the Mesopotamia flourished but got eroded due to natural calamities and disasters. With the changes in the human society, literature too has evolved. It is very true to say that literature acts as the mirror to the society. The novels, poems and literary texts belonging to a particular period gives one a clear picture of the culture, society, norms and beliefs of that period. The authors, poets and literature experts pour their heart out to artistically portray the customs, culture, rituals and society of the era to which they belong. We also find the glimpses of the societies through the literature of a particular period. A society is not only about the individuals living together, instead it is an amalgamation of the material objects, culture, beliefs, traditions as well as the resources available. Innumerable human societies have been formed and wiped out on this earth since time immemorial. Natural factors like floods, droughts, pandemic and other natural calamities had played a major role in the extinction and loss of many such human settings and dynasties. In the present world of growing globalization and mass media, the world wars and other disasters have made the human life vulnerable. Literature today mostly focusses on the individualities of human beings. This current covid pandemic has created a vacuum in the lives of people. It feels as if people have forgotten the eagerness and jest to strike conversations and communicate with one another. Literature too has suffered from an immense lack of motivation and creativity. It has developed a situation of creative blockage in the present era. It seems as if the past few years of covid crisis and lockdown has shunted our personalities and made us morose and dull. It has put forward a haunting shadow like that of a vampire over the entire humanity. It appears as though the covid vampire algae is going to endanger the human race sucking its blood and peace.

Concrete, is one of the key construction materials having good compressive &, flexural strengths and durable properties among others. With comparative low cost made from some of the most widely available elements, it has found wide usage. It is mouldable, adaptable and relatively fire resistant. The fact that it is an engineered material which satisfy almost any reasonable set of performance specifications, more than any other material currently available has made it immensely popular construction material. In fact, every year more than 1 m3 of concrete is produced per person worldwide. As our project title suggests, the objective of our project is to find out the strength parameters, in specific, the compressive and flexural strengths.

Abstract Context: To increase the duration Lansoprazole spends in the stomach, a continuous release mechanism was developed. Objective: The influence of varied concentrations of different polymers on the creation of floating microspheres using the ionotropic gelation process. Result: Microspheres were found to be spherical in form, with a mean diameter of 456.8m, according to morphological analysis. The production of Lansoprazole loaded Microspheres was achieved through the use of appropriate experimental conditions, with the F6 batch being identified as the Optimized formulation, with a high entrapment efficiency of 86.3 percent (w/w) and a high percent cumulative drug release of 92.24 percent 24th hr, indicating that Lansoprazole loaded Microspheres have the potential for prolonged drug release. After three months of testing at 4 + 1oC and room temperature, the formulations demonstrate that they degrade faster at high temperatures. The Microsphere's optimal storage temperature, according to the findings, is a cool place.

Chennai faces water woes almost every year, either in the form of floods or drought. It heavily depends on the monsoon for water yet it does not have a proper system of water management. What system of water supply we currently have is thanks to the British. The city was the first major settlement of the English East India Company in 1639. But the question always remains as to why exactly this spot was chosen to construct their Fort especially when it lacks a basic amenity like good drinking water. In spite of the drawbacks the British had to work out methods to face the perennial problem of water. This paper is an attempt to understand the problem related to the supply of water and the first few attempts made by the English to come up with feasible solutions.

When a self-forming encapsulated lipid bi-layer was hydrated, liposomes or lipid vesicles were discovered; liposome drug delivery systems have played a significant role in the creation of useful medications to improve therapies. Liposome formulations have recently been optimized to reduce toxicity while enhancing target site accumulation. The suppression of rapid liposome clearance by regulating particle size, charge, and surface hydration is one of several new liposome manufacturing methods based on lipid drug interaction and liposome disposition mechanism. Targeting tissue with or without the expression of target recognition molecules on the lipid membrane is the most common therapeutic application of liposomal drug delivery. Physical, chemical, and biological factors are used to characterize the liposomes. Liposome size is another important metric that aids in the identification of the liposome, which is normally accomplished by sequential extrusion at low pressure through a polycarbonate membrane (PCM). Antiviral, antifungal, antimicrobial, vaccines, anti-tubercular medicines, and gene treatments can all benefit from this route of drug delivery since it improves safety and efficacy. Liposomes are being used in immunology, dermatology, vaccine adjuvant, eye diseases, brain targeting, infectious disease, and tumor therapy, among other fields. The specific binding properties of a drug-carrying liposome to a target cell such as a tumor cell and specific molecules in the body (antibodies, proteins, peptides, and so on); stealth liposomes, which are especially being used as carriers for hydrophilic (water soluble) anticancer drugs like doxorubicin and mitoxantrone; and bisphos-phonate-liposome mediated macrophage depletion are some of the Researchers working in the field of liposomal medication delivery will benefit from this review.
