Climatological issue has always been a foremost apprehension for any country especially in housing technologies. Bangladesh is among the most populous countries in the world with average 1115.62 people packed into every square kilometer. More than two million people in Dhaka either live in slums or are without any proper shelter. People always try to migrate to Dhaka for various reasons. Urban migration is mainly due to better employment opportunities - especially in the ready-made garments sector - and educational opportunities. More than 1/4th people leave for the cities because of natural disasters, river erosion and recurrent flooding. In a developing country like Bangladesh housing inadequacies and backlog have been increasing mainly due to the increase in population. Families who pay more than 30 percent of their income for housing may have difficulty affording necessities such as food, clothing, transportation and medical care. So, it is important to make low cost dwelling place for them. Low cost housing means housing at low cost but suitable to the environment for all sections of the population. Model houses were constructed at the selected locations to demonstrate disaster resilient structure to the local community with an aim that new design or at least some features would be replicated. Different treatment schemes for increasing the durability of materials were employed to study their effectiveness. The prime objective is to reduce cost and make housing an eco-friendly one. As natural calamities like flood and cyclone are common phenomena. This low cost housing should be durable and should have good living conditions for the dwellers.

This research undertakes a rigorous examination of the capital structure employed by Indian pharmaceutical companies, unraveling the intricate financial architectures that underpin their operations. Capital structure, a fundamental component of financial management, plays a pivotal role in shaping a company's financial health and strategic decision-making. This study focuses on assessing the capital structure choices of Indian pharmaceutical firms, delving into the factors influencing these decisions and their implications on corporate performance. The research employs a multi-faceted approach, combining quantitative analysis of financial statements, industry benchmarks, and qualitative insights from key industry stakeholders. Initial emphasis is placed on understanding the prevailing capital structure norms within the pharmaceutical sector, considering the unique dynamics of the industry, regulatory frameworks, and market conditions. A critical analysis of the determinants of capital structure decisions ensues, exploring the impact of factors such as company size, profitability, growth prospects, and risk profiles. Additionally, the study investigates the role of external financing sources, including debt and equity, and their relative weights in the capital structure mix. Comparative analyses against global pharmaceutical industry standards and best practices provide a broader context for evaluation. Furthermore, the research assesses the implications of capital structure choices on financial performance, risk management, and shareholder value. Specific attention is given to the trade-off between debt and equity financing, examining how these choices align with the strategic goals of the companies under consideration.

The process of raising the standard of living and economic security of rural residents is known as rural development. 68.84% of people, as per the 2011 Census, reside in villages. The rural sector's sluggishness would be a significant barrier to the economy's overall development. Over the years, India's rural development has seen a number of changes in terms of its emphasis, methodologies, strategies, and projects. As a result, it now has a new viewpoint and dimension. The integration of cross-functional sectors into rural economic growth produces crucial policies for the transformation needed to offer the rural sector sustainable development. The objective of the study is to understand the role, importance, issues and Government initiatives of rural development in India.

Aquaculture sector is expanding very fast and has great potential for food security and nutritional support. However Aquaculture as it is poses a major threat to our environment as it generates hazardous consequences for the environment, including chemical and biological pollution and disease outbreaks. Impact of aquaculture on the ecosystem will not only affect fish, but also cause pollution of open waters and make it unsafe for human consumption, for recreational use, and for other wildlife, it has a devastating effect on the environment. Working towards better understanding of environmental and socio-economic issues related to aquaculture this work aims to critically engage the discourse on aquaculture and sustainability, in particular relevance to feed for fed-aquaculture.

Asthi kshaya is one of the degenerative disorders described by Ayurveda, where there is Kshaya of Asthi dhatu. There is a reduction in bone density in osteoporosis, which contributes to fragility and fracture. Asthi kshaya can also be compared to Osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is the most prevalent disease involving the elderly. Vata vriddhi triggers Asthi kshaya because of a mutual bond held by both Ashrayashrayi bhava. Though the treatment mentioned for Asthi kshaya in classics is Tikta Rasa drugs and usage of swayoni dravyas. As this disorder arises during Jara avastha, drugs having properties like Rasayana, Balya, Vatashaamaka and Vedana shamaka, Thikta rasa Shatavari was used. To study the efficacy of Shatavari the present study was undertaken on 30 patients of post-menopausal osteoporosis. Thirty patients who were diagnosed to be osteoporotic was taken into a single group, and Shatavari Churna 6 gm was given twice a day in divided dose for months along with Go-ksheera as anupana. Follow-up was done every 15 days during the course of the treatment and one month after the trial period. The treatment was more effective in the subjective parameters Asthivedana, Katishoola, Shrama, Keshapatan and Sandhishool. The treatment was moderately effective in objective parameters like bone markers of bone formation i.e. Serum calcium, serum alkaline phosphatase. The drug may act as anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunity booster and anti-aging. It can be used as a cost-effective quick treatment on an O.P.D basis with no side reactions and better outcomes. More studies with larger samples, a comparative study, a pharmaceutical and an observational study would be useful in order to authenticate the results reported in this study.

Cultural pluralism describes a condition in which minority groups participate fully in all areas of the dominant society, while maintaining their unique cultural identities. In a culturally pluralist society, different groups are tolerant of each other and coexist without major conflict, while minority groups are encouraged to retain their ancestral customs. In the real world, cultural pluralism can succeed only if the traditions and practices of the minority groups are accepted by the majority society. In some cases, this acceptance must be protected by legislation, such as civil rights laws. In addition, the minority cultures may be required to alter or even drop some of their customs which are incompatible with such laws or values of the majority culture. Today, the United States is considered a cultural melting pot in which indigenous and immigrant cultures live together while keeping their individual traditions alive. Many U.S. cities have areas like Chicagos Little Italy or San Franciscos Chinatown. In addition, many Native American tribes maintain separate governments and communities in which they practice and hand down their traditions, religions, and histories to future generations. Not isolated to the United States, cultural pluralism thrives worldwide. In India, while Hindus and Hindi-speaking people are the majority, millions of people of other ethnicities and religions live there as well. And in the Middle Eastern city of Bethlehem, Christians, Muslims, and Jews struggle to live peacefully together despite the fighting around them.
