 Abstract

Folklore generally refresh to the body of material, in a variety of forms, that expresses the traditions of a particular culture .There is no clear cut definition of the term �Folklore� mainly because academics of different disciplines study the same material from completely separate perspective .Scholars of literature focus primarily on structures, narrative style, of a culture . Thus the founder of French folkloristic study, Arnold van Gennaep, believed folklore was the key to understanding the creative force within small groups of societies. Both paradigms raise the questions of whether folklore can be viewed as a common phenomenon and therefore broken into broad categories, or as specific cultural artifacts of a given society. The first Folklore Fellows� Summer School was held according to plan at the Turku Christian Institute under the auspices of Turku University during July 29, and August 14, 1991. This was the globalism of folklore research, Never before had so many nations from all over the world met each other on such a relatively small course. This document stresses the inherent value and importance of folklore in the cultures of the world. Advanced scholars and institutions take part in what becomes a forum for gathering available experience for the formulation of basic principles for modern folklore work in the global sense, i.e. without regional, national or other limitations.

 Abstract

Gandhian ideals like Ahinsa(non-violence), Satyagraha (insistence of truth) and non-violent ways of struggle like boycott of English things and life style have had a tremendous impact on the political movements of the world. Even the life of Mahatma Gandhi was quite impressive, his saint-like austerity, limited needs that have instilled a new sense of pride and purpose for Indians and foreigners. The paper attempts to trace Gandhian influence on Indian Writing in English. Gandhi and his philosophy was unavoidable and inescapable for the Indian and foreign writers, philosophers and scholars. The paper is a sincere attempt to know Gandhi�s influence on Indian literature in English. Mahatma Gandhi bears the permanent stamp on Indian life and literature. His ideology or �ism� is his principles of his life. In few words I would now try to focus on the principles which Gandhi has followed in his life. These are Satya (Truth), Ahinsa (Non-violence), Vishvashanti (World peace), Asahakar (Non-cooperation). Weaving these principles in his life he practically implemented in his life. These words might seem very simple to pronounce, but are equally hard to keep or follow. There are number of literary works that are influenced by the Gandhian life and Gandhian philosophy. The present paper briefly discusses some of the important novels that reflect Gandhian life and philosophy.

The analysis of the demand for such items seems well removed from the reliance on mathematical models that characterizes much of the work in operations research and management science (OR/MS). In marketing, human factors play a large role, marketing expenditures affect demand and cost simultaneously and information to support truly symmetric decision is rarely available. Further the effects of most Green marketing actions are typically delayed, nonlinear, stochastic and difficult to measure. Yet, the OR/MS developments in green marketing have been profound and substantial. Through this paper our aim here to discuss a significant literature, and sketching a broad range of applications of OR/MS in Green marketing.

They try to express themselves creatively in a more adult-like way. Their creativity is influenced by their individual differences, physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. In most high schools, classes that stress creativity, such as art, music, writing, and drama are electives and many may not be required. For many adolescents, high school is their last opportunity to take these creative classes. teens become more self-aware and self-conscious. This focus often causes them to conform to their peers, which stifles their creativity and makes their thoughts less flexible. Flexibility refers to the ability to consider various alternatives at the same time.  Abstract

A simple woman who is caught in the cunning tricks of hypocrite flatterers and cleverly seduced and betrayed by them resulting into the ruin of life or a traditional woman who has to face several barriers and restrictions of the social life, an uncrossed threshold which ever being crossed, brings defame and wicked name to woman or the ideological treatment of male dominated society to woman regarding them frail and inferior and a woman�s struggle to come out of all these adverse situations of life with success or failure, though all these may be the prominent aspect of the novel, but have become now one of the most ordinary aspects of the research study. So this present paper aims to study the psychological change in the womanhood between pre and post independence, the transformation of traditional emotional psychology of pre-independence into progressive reasonable understanding of post independence in the womanhood, wherein the women have tried to get released from set up emotional psychology that makes them unable to do right judgements in life resulting into their endless sufferings and struggle and they are now developing the psychology of reasonable understanding that enables them to do right judgement for their life and thus tackle the problems successfully.

 Abstract

The current fossil fuel reserves are not sufficient to meet the increasing demand and very soon will become exhausted. Pollution, global warming, and inflated oil prices have led the quest for renewable energy sources. Algal biofuels represent a potential source of renewable energy. Algae, as the third-generation feedstock, are suitable for biodiesel and bioethanol production due to their quick growth, excellent biomass yield, and high lipid and carbohydrate contents. With their huge potential, algae are expected to surpass the first- and second-generation feedstocks. Only a few thousand algal species have been investigated as possible biofuel sources, and none of them was ideal. This review summarizes the current status of algal biofuels, important steps of algal biofuel production, and the major commercial production challenges. My Research Topic is Exploration of Indigenous Biodiesel Potential Microalgae from the Wetlands of Muzaffarpur District in the North Bihar.
