As the entire world is running towards the buzz word is digitalization. The shining country like India is also moving forward towards digitalization. This paper investigates about the saving and Payments of individuals, and foresight of future spending and saving among Indians. The research survey used as a platform to foster innovation and competition, expands markets, close gaps in financial inclusion, boost government revenue collection and improves public expenditure efficiency. The survey collected information of the indicators constructing the latent variables. The results indicate that digitalization is influenced by social-economic standing. Digitalization also positively affects the savings and spending of individuals. Moreover, the savings and Payments of individuals contribute to the future savings and spending foresight. This research suggests policymaker to determine whether digitalization is really a tool for increasing in the Indian economy.

India today is witnessing an interesting change within the corporate sector. Indian companies are gaining worldwide recognition and are embracing sustainability, going beyond compliance to gain shared value and good reputation in the international business community. Green finance refers to the financial arrangements that are specific to the use for projects that are environmentally sustainable or projects that adopt the aspects of climate change. Financial instruments such as green bonds; carbon market instruments and financial institutions like green banks and green funds constitute together as green finance. It requires appropriate incentive structure for amplified allocation of funds towards adopting and setting up of green projects. The success of introducing innovative financing mechanisms and instruments requires necessary conditions to prevail in the economy. E-banking is viewed as bringing technology-based banking services for 24x7 to its clients. The changing global situation is encouraging banking sector to adopt this latest technology.
