 Abstract

As the entire world is running towards the buzz word is digitalization. The shining country like India is also moving forward towards digitalization. This paper investigates about the saving and Payments of individuals, and foresight of future spending and saving among Indians. The research survey used as a platform to foster innovation and competition, expands markets, close gaps in financial inclusion, boost government revenue collection and improves public expenditure efficiency. The survey collected information of the indicators constructing the latent variables. The results indicate that digitalization is influenced by social-economic standing. Digitalization also positively affects the savings and spending of individuals. Moreover, the savings and Payments of individuals contribute to the future savings and spending foresight. India today is witnessing an interesting change within the corporate sector. E-banking is viewed as bringing technology-based banking services for 24x7 to its clients. The changing global situation is encouraging banking sector to adopt this latest technology. This research paper focuses on artificial intelligence (AI) in banking and financial services in Hyderabad with an emphasis on client or consumer responses and the implementation of AI methodology in the banks. In order to better track, anticipate, and react to customer behavior, banks and other financial institutions can monitor the financial transaction data produced by the widespread use of digital payments and banking. The data is used to identify the information utilized in banking and financial services. For the purpose of this research study, primary data in the form of questionnaire is gathered from existing customers of banks located in Hyderabad region and secondary data is gathered from popular journals, books and articles related to Artificial Intelligence in banking sector. According to the study's findings, private banks and other financial institutions use a variety of artificial intelligence (AI) services to better serve their clients and ensure that they are happy with their financial services, as some clients are not happy with banking services. The findings also indicated that clients can expect more dedication from bank and financial services personnel by providing creative planning for the advancement of AI practices in the workplace followed by providing insights to the future growth of AI in banking sector.

 Abstract

Consumer's awareness about green products is important in give information to the green consumer purchasing behaviour. The study brings out green products awareness among the consumers in Adilabad district. The main objective of the study is to know about the consumer awareness of green products. The data was collected from 123 respondents. Secondary data was collected from the available literature sources. The core idea of green marketing is to create awareness among people on the environmental issues and how consumer would be helping the environment if they switch over green products. The green marketing aims to provide more information to people and also gives consumers more choices to switch over the green life style. I create awareness among the people about environmental products because it does not harm people's health and environment. It can be used to define a product which does not eat up resources or degrades the environment and has the ability to ensure the safeguarding of the environment.

 Abstract

In India Mutual Fund Industry started with the setting up of UTI in 1964. Public Sector Banks and Financial Institutions began to establish Mutual Funds in 1987. The Private Sector and Foreign Institutions were allowed to set up Mutual Funds in 1993. Today, there are over 29 Mutual Funds and over 300 Schemes with total assets of approximately Rs. 10,000 Crores. This fast growing industry is regulated by the SEBI.The performance and The aim of the research is to known the benefits of Mutual Funds in kotak Mahindra securities is to conduct a Market study & find the fund preference and awareness of full schemes of AMC & dividend option opted. This Study has been conducted within specific and limited time period. The Project has been conducted in limited geographical area in Hyderabad.In collection of data from the investors, personal bias may be present.There is comprehensive knowledge and understanding of kotak Mahindra Mutual Funds amongst all individuals instrumental in selling the Mutual Fund schemes to investors including employees of intermediaries, individual agents and financial planners.The Mutual Fund industry in kotak Mahindra securities has to take the more difficult task's but long-term sustainable route of gathering assets from individual investors by providing them value added, financial planning services and ensuring that the Mutal funds in kotak Mahindra securities are an integral part of their overall portfolio.

 Abstract

This study investigates stress management among IT professionals, analyzingdemographic data, stressors, coping mechanisms, and improvement suggestions. Results show a predominantly male workforce, aged 25-34, experiencing an average stress level of 7.5 out of 10. Key stressors include tight deadlines, resource shortages, and high workloads.By addressing these objectives, organizations aim to cultivate a resilient workforce capable of navigating the challenges of the IT industry while promoting a positive and sustainable work culture. Coping strategies involve regular breaks and seeking support from colleagues. Notably, 40% of respondents work remotely. Suggestions for improvement include better communication, increased management support, and flexible work hours. These findings provide insights for organizations to implement targeted interventions and enhance the overall well-being of IT employees.

The empowerment of women is one of the central issues in the process of development of countries all over the world. Poverty is one of the major reasons of women's disempowerment. Women's economic empowerment a strategy aimed at enabling women in decision-making, increments in income and asset ownership. The main aim of the study is to examine the impact of microfinance on women's economic empowerment. Microfinancing has significant positive effect on women economic empowerment by improving women's independent income, increasing asset possession level, and improved monthly savings amount. Microfinance has a positive impact on women's entrepreneurship development and business exposure. Self Help Group is one of the driving forces on the chain of socio-economic development.
