This research paper investigates the investment behaviour of people towards mutual funds and the stock market. The study examines the factors that influence individuals' investment decisions, such as risk tolerance, investment goals, knowledge and awareness of financial products, and demographic characteristics. Using a survey methodology, data was collected from a sample of individuals who have invested in mutual funds and the stock market. The study analyzes the differences in investment behaviour between the two types of investments and assesses the factors that affect the preference for one over the other.

The wireless sensors network is playing a prominent role in real world communications. The limit of remote systems frequently depends on improving suspicions and are given as far as coarse system parameters, such as the quantity of hubs. The capacity reduction may lead to many drawbacks in the devices to communicate. The consequences of this paper improve such explanatory outcomes on arrange limit in a few different ways. The core of our system lays the idea of transmission fields, which demonstrates the nearness of dynamic transmissions and reception close to coverage area in the system. Keeping away from a diagram-based model of the system, it opens new paths of examining limits in order to improve capacity of the wireless sensor network based on coverage area in the transmitter and receiver considering the complexity and performance

Kangaroo mother care has a unique biological and emotional influence on the health of both mothers and infants. It is further more an important determinant of infant health in the prevention of malnutrition and infection. The inappropriate feeding practice may be contributing to the increase in the prevalence of stunting during the first 18 months of life. Aims and objectives: The study aim to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching programme (STP) regarding kangaroo mother care among postnatal mothers, to assess the practice regarding kangaroo mother care among postnatal mother Methodology: Pre -experimental one group pre-test and post-test research design used to collect data from postnatal mothers. Total 60 postnatal mothers were enrolled into the study by using purposive sampling technique. Check list used to assess the practice among postnatal mothers regarding KMC. Result: The mean percent knowledge was 70.80 and difference observed 35.00 after structured teaching program. It was found there was no significance association between practice regarding kangaroo mother care with their selected socio demographic variables. Conclusion: It was concluded that structured teaching programme regarding kangaroo mother care increasing the practices of postnatal mothers.

Having regard to the magnitude and diversity of India, it is an eloquent testimony of the parliamentary system of Indian democracy that the basic framework as bequeathed to us in 1950 has been preserved, Shortcomings in the system are amenable to realistic solution within the precincts of the present constitution if the major political parties bring their commitment to national unity and progress to bear on devising solutions. There is no need for a radical change in the Constitution or to switch over from the parliamentary system to the Presidential system of government. With such diversity and immensity of the population, it would almost be impossible to operate a Presidential system in India. Elections are the life-breath of India's democratic polity. The health and vitality of parliamentary democracy are sustained by ensuring free, fair and peaceful elections where the verdict of the people finds full expression. Elections to the parliament conducted over the past 68 years or so have, except for minor aberrations, been successful and widely acclaimed in the country. India is ranked as one of the 39 countries with a stable democratic set up in the World.

COVID-19 has been identified as the greatest threat of all times to the humankind. It has affected health, economy, trade, political relations, social customs and cultural practices all around the world. However, the worst impact of the pandemic was felt on the institution of education and, especially, among the children of the indigenous communities. Due to the epidemic, tribal children were forced to drop out and some of them never returned even after the reopening of schools. New methods of e-learning were designed to help the children continue with their academic activities and other curricular interests. But, the school closures and its shift to digital platforms exposed the digital deprivation and the resultant divide that existed among the tribal students. The present paper proposes to study the impact of the pandemic on the educational system of the country and among the children of the tribal communities. The paper is based on a primary study made among the tribal students of Mayurbhanj, Odisha and attempts to find out the reasons responsible for the digital divide and suggest measures to overcome the digital deficiencies.

Work - Life Balance of service sector workers is an issue that has attracted the interest of experimenters, educationists and the leaders. Managing both professional and particular life effectively and efficiently has come a major challenge for the service sector workers. Service associations need to make sweats to develop effective work - life balance programs and encourage their workers to make use of the available programs. This helps to increase organizational commitment, ameliorate productivity, effectiveness, retain stylish gift and motivate the workers to give their stylish. In the present script, work life balance for women workers is largely desirable and if there's no job satisfaction and thickness in life, it can produce a dilemma for working women. Work life balance requires attaining equilibrium between professional work and particular work, so that it reduces disunion between functionary and domestic life. The ultimate performance of any association depends on the performance of its workers, which in turn depends on multitudinous factors. These factors can be related to job satisfaction or family or both.

The electrical and electronic equipments, when subjected to any of the power quality issues, are highly prone to misbehave which leads to the failure of those equipments. This paper analyses the power quality issues and means to improve the power quality in three-phase PV (Photo Voltaic) sourced micro grid using unified power quality conditioner (UPQC). The proposed UPQC comprises of active filter on the shunt side and dynamic voltage restorer on the series side. A integrated control of instantaneous reactive power and synchronous reference frame theories are employed to formulate control reference signals for the UPQC. The simulation results proved that the proposed UPQC compensated power quality issues such as voltage sag, harmonics, voltage imbalance in the micro grid system. The comparison is made of various individual compensation devices such as shunt active filters , dvr and upqc. The proposed system is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink software.

This paper deals with the innovative narrative techniques employed by Faulkner in his writings. His experimentation with Stream of Consciousness technique, Multiplicity of narration, Unreliable narration, Interior monologues, View point, Symbolism, Allegory, Imagery, Irony, Flashback, Foreshadowing, Disordered time sequences, Counter point or Juxtaposition, in a unique manner makes him the leader to the new generation of fiction writers. All the above techniques can be witnessed in his works. The special emphasis has been given to these techniques in his Yoknapatawpha novels.
