The edible items consumed by humans come from variety of sources hence there is a need to classify these food items in different classes to ease their scientific description, easy prescription and better planning of balanced diet for population. Food groups refer to a method of classification for the various foods that animals consume in their everyday lives, based on the nutritional properties of these types of foods and their location in a hierarchy of nutrition. There are various systems of dividing foods into groups to develop models of optimum nutrition for humans. The classification found in Ayurvedic texts is in much more detail comprising of many new food items which although edible are no longer classified as different class of foods. All the needed nutrients for our body are supplied by different foods class described in ancient texts, which is one of the main aim of classification of food items.

A mental health disorder characterized by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life. Possible causes include a combination of biological, psychological and social sources of distress. Increasingly, research suggests that these factors may cause changes in brain function, including altered activity of certain neural circuits in the brain. This is the most common in the India because more than 10 million cases per year are observed here.

Objective: Multi-drug resistance tuberculosis remains a crisis and threats to world health. Line Probe Assay is a molecular techniques for rapid diagnosis of second line drugs MDR-TB. But there is less sufficient information on the clinical viability of this test and a lack of evidence in the diagnosis of MDR-TB use of this Line Probe Assay technique in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to determine performance of line probe assay GenoType MTBDRsl VER 2.0 assay on rifampicin-resistance Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates compared with phenotypic Lowenstein Jensen drug susceptibility test method (DST) as a gold standard. Methods : This research was used cross sectional study with analytic observational approach from January- June 2020. After being examine with Xpert MTB/RIF, a total of 26 rifampicin resistance Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates were collected and tested with GenoType MTBDRsl VER 2.0 assay and phenotypic Drug Susceptibility Test (DST). Statistic analysis were performed to determine sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy of second line tuberculosis drugs. Results: Our study found three fluoroquinolone resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates (11.5%) and one amikacin resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolate (3,8%). The performance of GenoType MTBDRsl VER 2.0 assay is shown 100 % (95% CI 84,6-100 % ) sensitivity, 100% (95% CI 39,8-100 %) specificity, 100% (95% CI %) PPV, 100% (95% CI %) NPV and 100% (95% CI 86,8-100 %) accuracy. Conclusion: GenoType MTBDRsl VER 2.0 assay showed a high performance compared with phenotypic method to determine resistance of fluoroquinolone and Second Line Injectable Drugs.

Open and distance learning is one of the most rapidly growing fields of education, and its potential impact on all education systems has been greatly appreciated through the development of Internet-based information technologies, particular the World Wide Web and Digital Libraries in India. Digital libraries play a crucial role in the development of distance education system and distance learning in India. Nowadays, they are one of the fundamental information sources for the students who enrolled in this learning system. Digital libraries contain huge amount of instructional data (text, audio and video) offered by the distance learning program. Organization of the digital libraries is therefore very important for easy and fast access to the desired information. Improper categorization of data may mislead the students searching the library. The digital libraries have got a significant role to play to assist effective e-learning process. Effective learning is having advantages in delivering the right content to the right person at the right time. Development of distance education system is only possible by the digital libraries in India. This paper discusses the development of distance education, need and importance of e- learning and the role of digital libraries in distance education and E-learning process also.

Abstract: Chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM), is defined as chronic inflammation of the middle ear and mastoid cavity, which is characterized by recurrent ear discharge or otorrhoea through perforation of the tympanic membrane. The purpose of this study was to prove that there was a difference in ABG values between intact and destroyed ossicular chains in CSOM patients without cholesteatoma. The type of research used is analytic observational with a cross sectional research design. Data obtained from secondary data in the form of medical records at URJ ENT-KL Otology division of RSUD Dr. Soetomo. The ABG value was obtained through a pure tone audiometry examination carried out at the URJ ENT-KL neuro-otology division by competent personnel. Pathology of the tympanic cavity was found in the form of granulation tissue in 60 patients (73.2%) without granulation in 22 patients (26.8%). Based on the type of perforation, central perforation was found in 26 patients (31.7%), sub-total perforation in 34 patients (41.5%) and total perforation in 22 patients (26.8%). Intact ossicular chains were found in 62 patients (75.6%) while destruction in 20 patients (24.4%). Based on the results of the independent t test, the value of p = 0.002 was obtained. There is a significant difference in the value of the air bone gap between intact ossicular chains and destruction in CSOM patients without cholesteatoma at a frequency of 500, 1000 and 4000 Hz but there is no difference at a frequency of 1000 Hz.

Natural Language Processing is a field of Artificial Intelligence where-in the emphasis is given on words. NLP has also played a prominent role in healthcare industries by helping with records, recommending medicines by seeing the ailment, therapeutic chatbots etc. Aiming to help the mentally ill by making use of NLP based architectures combined with attention mechanism. We propose a chatbot build upon a hybrid model. Our proposed hybrid model mainly focuses on the key words from user input which the model can extract the most information from, then predicting an answer based on the key words. Several experiments are carried out and detailed results are recorded. Our paper focuses on helping the less able people in terms of money, time etc.to get mental help free of charge.
