The present research work is based on the formulation of poly herbal granules by incorporating the leaves extract of Curcuma longa, Tinospora cordifolia and Withania somnifera. The turmeric widely uses this plant for treatment of various diseases and disorder. The dried leaves powder of the plant was extracted and subjected to preliminary chemical tests. Then it was formulated and then evaluated for various parameters like angle of repose, bulk density, tab. Density, disintegration time and stability studies. The preliminary chemical studies show that the extract contains carbohydrate, alkaloids, flavonoid, glycoside and protein. The formulated poly herbal granules exhibited excellent flow properties which showed good angle of repose, bulk density and tapped density.

The police organisation is an essential requirement of any civilised democracy. Police is considered as the watchdog of the society and also a limb of the criminal justice organisation entrusted with the task of maintaining peace and harmony. However, it must be noted that the Indian Police lacks the necessary infrastructure for crime detection. Police in India is always subjected to public scrutiny. It is this continuous struggle for building a better image that has led the police to change their traditional and stigmatised outlook and has become innovative in both investigation and the process of policing as a whole. The world witnessed a rapid change in twentieth century with the introduction of digitalisation of the country. The introduction of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have greatly changed the public viewpoint and the symbiotic relationship between the police and the world at large has catered to various reforms in policing with the help of ICTs. Information Technology has improved the effectiveness and efficiency of the police at large and the capacity to process data. The intelligence and investigative capabilities have been increased to such an extent that criminal records are easily accessible, databases have been created to track criminals and the traditional methods of crime charts have been replaced by modern methods of crime detection. ICT has become the need of the hour in the globalised world today. Indeed, it is one of the most effective tools to detect the global pandemic of cyber-crimes and the police today being equipped with various ICTs are making it a point to look into the various possible solutions and tackle such menaces. Indian Police has restored to proactive policing and therefore the means to incorporate these tools in crime detection has indeed become a pertinent cause to detect crimes. The paper seeks to give an insight into the task of policing as a whole along with the development of a police force for the betterment of the nation.

Background : Retained Product of Conception (RPOC) with placenta accreta is one of morbidity causes due to delay in diagnosis. Objective : To diagnose RPOC with placenta accreta. Material and Method : Medical records of six RPOC patients with placenta accreta from January 2017 to February 2021 in dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya were included in this retrospective observational study. Results : Six cases RPOC with placenta accreta showed that the most common complaint was vaginal bleeding with risk factor of previous cesarean delivery. The ultrasound findings in all cases were hyperechoic masses with intraplacental hypervascularity, subplacental hypervascularity and inseparable cotyledon. Conclusion: Post-partum haemorrhage (PPH) with history of previous cesarean section and ultrasonographic examination findings intrauterine mass, intraplacental hypervascularity, subplacental hypervascularity, inseparable cotyledons can be diagnosed as RPOC with placenta accreta.

Abstract: Objective: To determine the characteristic of third- and fourth-degree perineal rupture cases after vaginal delivery at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya. Methods: This is a descriptive study using all data of the third- and fourth-degree perineal rupture from 2017 to 2019 in Emergency Department and Outpatient Department of Urogynecology with total 30 patients. The data are secondary data obtained from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) database of urogynecology department. The inclusion criteria are a singleton vaginal delivery at term gestational age. All deliveries outside the inclusion criteria and cases of perineal rupture caused by traffic accidents or incomplete EMR data were excluded. Variables were obtained based on the declared data needed in this study. Appropriate statistical analysis was conducted. Results: The highest incidence of severe perineal rupture at the age of 20 - 34 years as many as 23 patients (77%), primigravida consisted of 18 patients (60%), birth weight >3000-3500g 17 patients (56.7%), obesity class I as many as 10 patients (33.3%), patients with a history of labor with episiotomy were 25 patients (83%), births assisted by midwives were 18 patients (60%) and delivered outside DR. Soetomo General Hospital were 25 patients (83.3%). The results of therapy showed a cure rate in 26 patients (87%). Conclusion: Our results are consistent with several references, which are young mothers, primigravida, and fetal weight as a risk factor for severe perineal rupture. Further investigation is needed regarding BMI and episiotomy as risk factors of severe perineal rupture.

Gilgit Baltistan (G-B) was a part of the Jammu and Kashmir province, which with the merger of India, legally became an integral part of the Indian Republic. But since 1947, G-B has been illegally under the control of Pakistan. The sectarian conflict and human rights violation in the G-B region by Pakistan has continuously been going on for the last six decades. Though Pakistan has been consuming the natural resources of the region to serve its economic interests, it has excluded the people of the region from any constitutional, political and economic rights. The government of Pakistan and its army has promoted sectarianism in Gilgit Baltistan, and at the same time, the Government has tried to depress the voice of the people of the region and has not allowed it to be exposed on the world stage, which has been going on continuously till date. By looking at all the above points, the research paper attempts to explain Pakistan's human rights violations and sectarian conflict in the G-B region

This article provides an overview of results based on sleepy driver behaviour using machine learning techniques. Faces contain information that can be used to interpret levels of sadness. There are many facial features that can be extracted from a face to infer sleepiness. These include blinking, head movement, and yawning. However, developing a sleepiness detection system that provides reliable and accurate results is challenging as it requires algorithms. In the past, methods of detecting drowsy drivers have been tested. Methods, including reference vector machines, complex neural networks and hidden Markov models in the context of drowsiness detection. In addition, meta-analysis was performed on 25 documents using machine learning methods to detect drowsiness. This method is a most widely used method for detecting drowsiness, but the aggregate neural network performs better when compared to the other two methods. Finally, this document lists publicly available datasets that can be used as a standard for drowsiness detection.
