Regional rural Banks plays a vital role in the agriculture and rural development of India. The RRBS have more reached to the rural area of India, through their huge network. The success of rural credit in India is largely depends on their financial strength. RRBs are key financing institution at the rural level which shoulders responsibility of meeting credit needs of different types of agriculture credit in rural areas The process of economic development, the banks are to play an innovation role by introducing newness in delivery and recovery system. It is impossible for the farmers and other target groups in rural areas to save first a certain amount of deposits and then undertake investment in land or allied activities or service sector. It would be more realistic first to help them with a loan to invest in their familiar sector, so as to enable them to raise their productivity and income. The banks should then recover loans from the increase income.. At present, most of the regional rural banks are facing the problems of overdue, recovery, nonperforming assets and other problems. Therefore, it is necessary to study financial performance of RRBs in India. This paper made an attempt analyse RRBS and rural banking in india.

Deep learning is one of the Artificial Intelligence methods that work like a human brain to store record and process the data. Machine learning(ML) algorithms have capacity to learn things that are required for particular application. Hence. They have the ability to learn. Investigate and assess the potential of a novel mechanism to boost the effectiveness of intermittent wind energy. It includes the preprocessing of the dataset to eliminate the null values, increase the Wind Power Forecasting (WPF) effectiveness by using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm. Graph utilize the ANN algorithm that shows the accuracy, Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) percentages. The proposed system improves the efficiency of short-term WPF. According to experimental results the proposed ANN algorithm has less MAE and RMSE percentage that is 70.01% and 77% less than existing system of short-term WPF. Also, ANN is 70% faster than Support Vector Machine (SVM) and accuracy of ANN is improved by 14% than existing system (SVM), from the experimental evaluations the proposed algorithm performs better in terms of improved accuracy of 14% compared to the existing system, MAE of 70.01% and RMSE of 77%.

This study was aimed at the synthesis of fused Phenothiazine derivatives containing heterocyclic moiety. The synthesized compounds were tested for their preliminary tests, physical constants, TLC, IR, 1H-NMR Spectra and CHN analysis confirmed the structures of the final compounds. Antidepressant activity of all the synthesized compounds was evaluated by despair swim test by using Sprague Dawley Rats. Standard drug Imipramine was used as the control. In the despair swim test, all the synthesized derivatives showed antidepressant activity. Among them three Compounds (A7, A8, and A10) showed significant antidepressant activity comparing with control drug imipramine. These results are useful for the further investigation in the future.

Background: Globally, work place safety does not occur without a challenge especially in resource constrained set up. In Ethiopia, patient safety culture is a relatively new focus, and little is known regarding the current status of patient safety in public hospitals. This is further worsened by poor hazard control system, lack of task management system and role ambiguity. Aim: This study mainly tried to measure work place of health and safety about administrative staffs and admitted patients in St. Paul`s hospital Millennium Medical College, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The compliance to occupational health and safety measures among workers and patients from study site. Methodology: This Study took for considering exploratory and conclusive based descriptive cross-sectional design involving quantitative data collection approaches. It was carried out among administrative staffs and admitted patients at St. Paul`s Hospital Millennium Medical College, Addis Ababa, between 1st May 2019 and 7th July 2019. From a study population of 318 administrative staffs and 180 admitted patients, about 70 participants were selected by simple random sampling lottery methods, structured non-discussed questionnaire. It is close ended directive questions. Data analysis involved descriptive and inferential statistics. Differences in the parameter of estimate were considered significantly different at P<0.05. Results: Study findings showed that four factors were significantly associated with health and safety regulations to measure safety with P<0.05, these includes; factors associated with health and safety status of administrative staffs, factors associated with health and safety regulator of administrative staffs, factors associated with hospital accident incidence of administrative staffs, and factors associated with hospital environmental factors of patients. Conclusion: Finally, Most of the workers were satisfied with the health and safety measures adopted in the hospital. This implies that the role of management in implementing health and safety in the organization is very effective. But there was reveals evidence of poor awareness of the administrative staff workers and admitted patients about health and safety in the workplace is inadequate. Also repeated accidents like fallen from height, Hepatitis, TB/MDR (multi drug resistance), and hospital acquired infection are occurred in the work place. Therefore suitable ideas were suggested to the health facility administrators to avoid those accidents and to improve the health and safety measures. If the hospital implements effective disciplinary procedures; it will help the hospital to go with their policies and also to maintain health and safety in the organization.
