Friction welding is widely used solid state welding method for joining of similar and dissimilar metals that uses rapid rotation of one component at high rpm and other component is brought in to contact at high forging pressure to get upset. Two pieces rotate in contact and heat necessary for welding is generated on friction plane. For this purpose a friction welding setup was designed. Vertical Milling Machine was used for friction welding. The materials used were Aluminium 6026 and Stainless Steel - 304. A Dial indicator was used to control the burn off length. Temperature torch was used to measure the temperature to simulate the results. Three parameters were varied Weld time, RPM & Burn off length at two different levels. Fixed parameters were length and diameter of the specimen. Total number of experiments conducted was eight. After friction welding macroscopic behavior (Tensile Strength, Temperature produced during friction welding & Composition change) & Microscopic behavior (Microstructure, Micro hardness, SEM) of the welded region was analyzed. The Microscopic and Macroscopic behavior with the friction welding parameters was studied in this work.

Abstract When the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic occurred, the teaching and learning process in schools was transferred to homes through an online system to prevent the spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The learning process is carried out online using a computer or Android smartphone and the internet. To ensure that the learning process runs effectively, the Ambon city government is obliged to carry out supervision to ensure the fulfillment of education for the population of primary education age in its area. The problem raised in this research is the extent of the implementation of supervision carried out by the Ambon City Government in the teaching and learning process during the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The research method used in this research is empirical legal research. The results showed that the Ambon City Government had not supervised the implementation of the online teaching and learning process carried out by teachers or schools as a technical unit for fulfilling basic education for the community in the area. Whereas supervision is part of the implementation of regional authority in fulfilling the basic education needs of citizens of basic education age as a consequence of handing over basic education affairs to districts / cities in the framework of capacity building and character building and civilization of a nation. nation with dignity. This supervision is carried out both in normal and non-normal conditions such as during the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

In this paper, the cutting of SS410 Steel material using Wire electro discharge machining (WEDM) with a copper wire by using Taguchi methodology has been reported. The Taguchi method is used to formulate the experimental layout, to analyze the effect of each parameter on the machining characteristics, and to predict the optimal choice for each WEDM parameter such as Pulse on time, Pulse off time, Current. It is found that these parameters have a significant influence on machining characteristic Surface Roughness (Ra). The analysis using Taguchi method reveals that, in general the pulse on time and current significantly affects the SR

The present study is based upon nano-filtration as a novel separation technique using TFC NF-30 membrane for the separation of manganese ions from synthetic waste water containing MnSO4.H2O salt. The effects of various operating parameters such as feed concentration (20-60 ppm), applied pressure (5-8 kg/cm2) and pH (4-6) on rejection of heavy metals are studied. The present works conclude that rejection coefficient for manganese ions increase with the increasing pressure. As the feed concentration of manganese ions increases at the constant flow rate the rejection coefficient decreases. The effect of the pH are studied and found that the rejection of the manganese ions increases with the increasing pH. The maximum rejection of the metal is found to be 99.03% for an initial feed concentration at 20 ppm. The experimental data are analyzed using membrane transport models; combined-film theory-solution-diffusion (CFSD). Estimation of the membrane transport parameters namely the solute transfer parameter by CFSD model.

There is a lot of blood in the human body. Everyone knows how important this blood is. Although there are many fields in this world, the medical field is considered to be the most important field. Because it is this blood that is one of the most essential in this medical field. Blood in the human body is classified as A, B, AB, and O blood. Anyone of the above four types of blood can be present in a human. Similarly, every human being has every type of blood. Thus the type of blood varies so it is necessary to find out what type of blood the blood belongs to. So until now, blood types have been diagnosed with ABO and Rh methods to find out what type of blood it is. And these ABO and Rh methods are still being used to diagnose blood type in hospitals and blood banks with the help of a human. The blood type thus diagnosed is sometimes more prone to errors in blood results due to the carelessness of that person. So many studies are going on to make sure that no mistakes happen in such discoveries and to correct such mistakes. In that regard, we are going to look in detail at the research and development of a new automatic blood type diagnostic machine. The uniqueness of this automatic blood type machine is that if a test tube containing a human blood sample is fitted into the machine with the help of an embedded system, the blood type of the blood sample is displayed. The result then displayed is stored with the full details of the person belonging to the blood type. This instrument is very useful for the medical field.

Abstract India and United Arab Emirates having a wide range of bilateral trade relationship since time immemorial in various sectors like cultural, religious, political, economic and commercial. This relationship is accelerated when the United Arab Emirates, the federation of UAE came into existence after the unity of seven emirates on 2nd December,1971 under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Eventhough, India is having good trade and economic relations with different emirates of United Arab Emirates in the ancient period, presently India is having a good strategic trade relationship with UAE in trade and commerce and UAE became a strategic partner of India in the international regime. All the recent trends in strategic exchanges showing that India is considering UAE as a very important strategic and vital partner in the Arab world resulting in the flow of the Foreign Direct investment in various sectors. UAE is an important trade partner having an increased investment of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) around 81.2% of the total FDI of Arab countries in India. Now UAE is one of the largest market for Indian products (possessing 1st or 2nd position in export) for the last two decades.

Now in this modern age, we see that the uses of smartphone and the Internet is rapidly incrising, to fulfill the demand of internet. We required mobile tower & now a days the demand from rural area is more than the urban area, but because of lack of electricity we did not fulfill their demand & because of this the tower operators uses diesel generator through this they fulfill the overall demand. But in this case the cost of using DG set is high & also it makes too much pollution to counter this we are introducing this project. The name of this project is Windmill Operated Mobile Tower. The aim of this project is operating the mobile tower with the help of windmill. The mobile tower operated on the windmill energy. Traditionally we see that for a working of a mobile tower company used the MSEDCL supply and a Diesel Generator, but in this process the running cost of a Diesel Generator is very high. The cost is approx.8 lac/year & also the DG makes much more pollution when it generates electricity. The DG use diesel as a fuel because of that it makes much more pollution which is harmful for our environment. Through this paper we aim to debate the potential for alternative routes of giving primary source of electricity for operation of mobile tower and providing clean & pollution free electricity for the mobile tower. In this project we are placing the Windmill at place of Diesel Generator. Then we can generate the electricity with the help of windmill, and we can make the mobile tower pollution free. The running cost of a wind mill is negligible in the windmill. There is only some periodical maintenance we have to do. In this way can make a new kind of tower which running cost is very less and mainly it does not make pollution.

Increasing urbanization and industrialization is raising burden on existing natural resources used in construction industry which is leading to severe environmental issues. Using industrial waste materials in construction can be one alternative to curb this problem. Geopolymer concrete (GPC), known as the next generation of concrete, is more durable and environment friendly as compared to conventional concrete. The current investigation presents the effect of waste foundry sand (WFS), a by-product of foundry industries.0This0review discusses0the synthesis0of alkali-activated0binders0from0blast furnace0slag, quarry dust and0fly ash, the natural sand was replaced by WFS in the range of 0% to 100%. Tests on hardened concretes, to study, compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength, were conducted to assess the strength. Addition of WFS lowered the workability of GPC. Tests were carried out on 0%, 50% and 100% WFS replacement for finding the optimal percentage again tests were carried out on 10,20,30&40 percent, 20% WFS gained highest strength and compressive split tensile and flexural strengths and that can be used for application purpose.
