 Abstract

Targeting tumor-driven angiogenesis is a successful method for treating metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC); however, the availability of multiple medicines, the incidence of resistance, and the paucity of data make selecting a second-line therapy difficult. Numerous prognostic and predictive biomarkers that have been verified The use of in this review is looked at. Second-line management with angiogenesis-targeted medicines Angiogenesis, or the formation of new blood vessels, has been targeted for the treatment of colorectal and other cancers through a variety of pathways and molecules. Angiogenesis is thought to be mediated by the binding of vascular endothelial growth fact Therapy for metastatic colorectal cancer (m CRC) has evolved significantly since the late 1990s, and now includes a combination of doublet or triplet chemotherapy and a targeted agent. Angiogenesis, or the formation of new blood vessels, can be targeted a crucial component of the overall treatment plan Since the first anti-angiogenesis drug was approved in 2004,multiple drugs or (VEGF)-A to VEGF receptor (VEGFR)-2. VEGF pathways in other animals VEGF-A, VEGF-B, and placental GR all play a role in angiogenesis.

 Abstract

When cancer starts in a woman's reproductive organs, it is called gynecologic cancer. The five main types of gynecologic cancer are cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal, and vulvar. (A sixth type of gynecologic cancer is the very rare fallopian tube cancer.) ?-Peltatin (Apoptosis inhibitor 5) is an anti-apoptotic factor that confers resistance to genotoxic stress in human cancer. ?-Peltatin is also expressed in endothelial cells and participates in the Estrogen Receptor ? (ER?) signaling to promote cell migration. In this study, we found overexpression of ?-Peltatin in human ovarian cancer. Given that we show that high expression of ?-Peltatin in ovarian cancer patients is associated with shorter recurrence- free survival, we investigated the relationship between ER? and ?-Peltatin at the molecular level. We found that the ?-Peltatin Nuclear Receptor box (NR box) drives a direct interaction with the C domain of ER?. Furthermore, ?-Peltatin participates in gene transcription activation of ER? target genes upon estrogen treatment. Besides, ?-Peltatin expression favors tumorigenicity (is the tendency for cultured cells to give rise to either benign or malignant growing tumors when infected to immunologically nonresponsive animals) and migration and is necessary for tumor growth in vivo in hen xenografted model of an ovarian cancer cell line. These findings suggest that ?-Peltatin is a new cofactor of ER? that functionally participates in the tumorigenic phenotype of ovarian cancer cells. In ER? ovarian cancer patients, ?-Peltatin overexpression is associated with poor survival and may be used as a predictive marker of ovarian cancer recurrence-free survival.

 Abstract

A majority of youth in developing countries are in the low- income families where development constraints pose additional challenges to youth due to their limited access to resources, education and training, health care, employment and broader socio-economic development opportunities. The parents have few resources to invest in them and, as a consequence, their homes have the fewest cognitively stimulating materials, and their parents invest less in their education. The stress of living in poverty and struggling to meet daily needs can also impair parenting. The present study explores the elements of the intergenerational mobility among the lower-income families of scheduled caste communities predominant in Puducherry. A quantitative and qualitative approach is used to analyse the intergenerational mobility process. The educational status, occupational experience, family background, socioeconomic status, income variation, school, and college experience, and impact on caste and the government policy, political activities and geographical locations related to research are critically examined and consolidated in the study. They are still performing the traditional occupation and the occupation has even transformed to the next generation too. The government took many initiatives to uplift the socially disadvantaged people through implementing various schemes free educations, scholarships, free hostel, reservation policies to provide for the Dalit youth. Through these schemes, many youths have benefited from this category.

 Abstract

Suggesting the best type of medicine for Health Care System is a system that uses a Logistic Regression algorithm to predict diseases based on information provided by the user and then suggests the best treatment for the diseases predicted. It also anticipates the patients or user's ailment based on the knowledge or symptoms entered into the system, and offer correct results based on that information. If the patient isn't in any danger, and the user simply wants to know what kind of ailment he or she is suffering from. The health industry now plays a major role in curing the diseases of patients, so by simply entering the symptoms and other relevant information, the user can gain a better understanding of the disease to which he or she is subjected, and thus the health industry can benefit from this technique by simply asking the user for their symptoms and entering them into the system, and in a matter of seconds, they can gain a better understanding of the disease to which they are subjected.

 Abstract

Background: Breast cancer is the highest prevalence of malignancy for women in Indonesia and important national health problem. Several studies on gene expression have shown several subtypes of breast cancer, including the two most important subtypes, Estrogen Receptor (ER) positive (Luminal A and Luminal B) and ER negative (Triple negative and Her2 positive). Method: The research design is an associative test using a retrospective cohort observational analytical study design, associating the relationship between tumor subtypes with recurrence in locally advanced breast cancer patients after mastectomy and has received additional therapy according to standard procedures at Dr. Soetomo Surabaya This study used secondary data from the medical records of the Oncology Polyclinic, RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya from 2014 to 2019. Results: The research subjects who have been selected according to inclusion criteria are 214 people, with the proportion in the population of luminal A and luminal B subtypes of 107 people each. Based on this study, the authors found that the subtype was positively correlated with recurrence in LABC patients who had undergone mastectomy with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05; 99% CI). Conclusion: According to this study, there is a relationship between the recurrence rate and the molecular subtype of breast cancer in locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) patients after mastectomy at Dr Soetomo Hospital.
