Background and Objectives: Low back pain is a discomfort that occurs in 60-80% of general population mainly associated with deconditioning of spine and trunk due to lack of core strength and stability. Repeated exposures to the small loads or sustained loads during the activities of daily life mainly cause poor posture which is a cumulative process results in chronic pain. In India LBP prevalence ranges from 6.2 ? 92% with age and female preponderance. Among females, homemakers get engaged in large number of hours of household activities involves improper postures. The aim of this study is to find the effectiveness of feldenkrais exercises and core stability exercises in combination with conventional physiotherapy. The objectives of this study are to assess the effectiveness of Feldenkrais exercises in reducing non-specific mechanical low back pain. To assess the effectiveness of core stability exercises in reducing non-specific mechanical low back pain. To compare the effectiveness of Feldenkrais exercises and core stability exercises in reducing non-specific mechanical low back pain. Methodology: A total of 110 subjects between the age group of 30 to 50 years were randomised into two groups. Subjects were screened initially and those fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the study. Group-A(n=55) were given with feldenkrais exercises and conventional physiotherapy while Group-B(n=55) were given with core stability exercises and conventional physiotherapy for 3 days in a week for 4 weeks. Pre and Post assessment of pain and disability were measured initially and after 4 weeks using Modified Oswestry Disability Questionnaire (MODQ). Design: Randomised controlled trial Results: Data has been derived using SPSS 20.0 software. Mann Whitney U Test was done to find the effectiveness of both groups and there was no statistically significant difference (p=0.6777) and both the groups were equally effective. Conclusion: The study concluded that both Feldenkrais exercises and core stability exercises were equally effective in reducing pain and disability in non-specific mechanical low back pain.

This paper is aimed to study the health benefits of flowers and their value-added products. Flowers play an essential role in human nutrition and diet. Several studies have shown that flowers are not only edible but also an excellent source of nutrients and medicinal properties. However, it should be noted that not all flowers are edible, and their selection should be done after proper research. This review of the research literature shows the properties and health benefits of flower-based decoctions. According to research, flowers are an excellent source of phytochemicals and have anti-inflammatory, cholesterol-lowering, anti-cancerous, anti-obesity, anti-fungal, anti-diabetes, and anti-bacterial, anti-ulcer, and antitussive properties. Studies have shown that flowers are being used to make decoctions in different parts of the world to cure and treat diseases. This review also discusses several studies carried out on animals to evaluate the effects of different flowers in treating induced conditions such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, liver problem, and inflammation. The results obtained proved that flowers are a promising source in the prevention, curing, and treatment of diseases that are prevalent in most parts of the world. Despite flowers having many health benefits, they should be taken in moderation as they also contain anti-nutritional factors which may interfere with the absorption of nutrients.

Vast assortment of information is store on the computer storage that we tend to referred to as as a Cloud. To shield this information from the unauthorized user cloud supplier ought to implement all doable ways that to create the cloud attack proof. during this paper we've planned a method referred to as (DROPS) Methodology, Division and Replication of Optimum Performance and Security which will create our system safer from assailant to attack the system. In our System once the information is being uploaded on the cloud the file will get divided into small fragments at multiple location exploitation T-coloring graph technique which is able to store the little data at bound distance and at the random location so attack won't be able guess the situation which will proscribe him to hack the information. within the system we can additionally perform cryptography every Fragments so if assailant hacks anybody fragments he can ready to solely hack touch of information which is able to useless for him as each fragments will have separate cryptography key to forestall assailant to hack it. when confirmatory the authentic user the quick decoding method referred to as Iris algorithmic program are use that has high speed to gather all the fragments of provided information from the sender and true information are receive to receiver. Metals can be found in all type of food articles. The occurrence of heavy metals like arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury are of special concern as these metals have no beneficial properties towards human beings. Also at a minimum, these heavy metals, with accumulative tendencies, are toxic and therefore impose a significant impact on food quality and food safety. The heavy metal toxicity in food is affected by many factors, from natural conditions, during production, to storage, packing, preparation and cooking techniques after harvest. Metal content is higher in certain crops grown in polluted soils or environments. Post-harvest handling measures like washing usually eliminate metal pollutants, whereas cooking can decrease or increase the metal content. The effects of novel food processing techniques (microwave heating, high pressure processing, pulsed electric field, etc.) on toxic metal content will be discussed in this review paper.

Abstract: In the fore forward generation, the utility of electricity was increasing rapidly due to the usage of many equipment's to full fill the needs of human beings in their daily life. By remembering the usage of power, I made an advancement in the generation process where power was developed by means of thermal power plant which generate energy in the form of electricity, where the world was running through this medium to work. In this paper I made an attachment of pre heating system to the water intake system to pre heat the water (to raise the temperature of water intake) by means of steam come out from the turbine this helps to utilize maximum amount of heat generated in the system. Due to this external equipment's working will be going to decrease like work for condenser as well as cooling to

Decision making in business has evolved as a highly complex process. Robust analytical techniques backed up by ultramodern computational abilities are now being relied upon for unbiased decisions. The aim of this paper is to find out the priority of the digital marketing mediums that are extensively used in E-learning space. Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP, is used in this study and its algorithm prescribes the relative rank of the digital marketing channel alternatives. Primary data forms the basis of this study. Advertisement per click is found to be the most preferred medium followed by social media, banner advertising and email marketing in decreasing order of preference. The paper concludes that the top two ranked mediums contribute to more than 70% of the industry preference.

Agriculture is the back bone of Indian economy. To insulate farmers against risks in agriculture, government has launched several schemes. But their coverage seems to be limited among the farmers primarily due to lack of full information. This study is done using descriptive research design method and data are collected by primary and secondary sources. The questionnaire method is used as the methodology to collect primary data for the study and sample size of 140 employees has been taken in this study. The results are analyzed and interpreted through simple percentage analysis and Chi-Square test. The data analysis and interpretation done is being presented through graphs.
