A businessman has to meet various kinds of customers with different attitudes and habits. Customer satisfaction is the prime investment for every businessman. Customers are having bundle of wants; the wants satisfying power of the business is not only the purchasing power of the customer but also services provided by the owner of the business. Further, it is additional burden to every businessman to follow guidelines given by the Government during this pandemic situation. Hence, this study aims to observe the mentality of customers and activities of the other customers and merchants at business centres during this pandemic situation. The study based on the primary data collected from 129 respondents through online survey using Google Forms. The study observed that out of 129 respondents; 59 (45.74 per cent) respondents are awful in following pandemic guideline when going outdoor i.e., maintain social distancing and hygienic practice at business centres and there is no respondents is poor in following pandemic guidelines. Fourteen (10.85 per cent) respondents opined that the other customers are not at all satisfied in following pandemic guidelines in the business centres and 12 (9.30 per cent) respondents opined that the other customers are never mind even after the merchant advised to follow pandemic guidelines. Forty-five (34.88 per cent) respondents opined that the merchants are above standard in advising pandemic guidelines to their customers and only eight (6.20 per cent) respondents justify that the merchants are poor in professional ethics during pandemic situation. The study suggested there should be more strategic awareness programs to improve social distancing and hygienic practices among the people.

ABSTRACT: This paper studies and analysis the poem waiting for the Barbarians from different perspectives. The major concern and the perspective of the poem is the dialectics of self and the other. It reverses the binary opposites where the otheris generally seen as underdeveloped , savage and uncivilised altogether. This poem is being analysed from perspective of the natives who consider the other as barbaric. The natives waiting for the barbarians to come and change rules and laws for them, they are sitting ready to follow rules without questioning. Poet here, firmly stress on the idea that natives were ruled not because of they were feeble or they lacked power but because they allowed the other to rule them. The natives eagerly waited for the arrival of barbarians and so that they can empower them . The poem reflects that nobody can rule a person or a country till that person is embedded with power by the self. The other perspective revealed by the poem is that although the natives are aware of richness, uniqueness of their culture still they want the other to come to their land and rule over them. Those who are different from us are always perceived differently, having something that they lack.

The word cancer manly related with uncontrolled cell division and with altered cellular characters. It is well known to us that cancer is the most common and deadliest among all diseases. The syndromes and failure of several organs due to cancer metastasis cause death of most of the peoples in all over the world. Recent data suggest that in case of cancer metastasis immune cells paly one of the major role rather than other factors. Among all immune cells the dendritic cells, Neutrophils and Inflammatory compounds are the forefront of this issue. Recent data suggest that the soluble cytokines that produced by the host or cancer cell, and by immune cells promote tumor growth along with invasion. As there so many types of interleukins (IL), those are responsible for the cancer progression this area is very important for cancer treatment by using various drugs. So here in this mini review we gather knowledge by considering only Interleukins and its roles in cancer metastasis. This paper deals with about the interleukins, there expression and role in cancer. This study will open a new way in cancer treatment.

Pyrazolines are prominent nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds and hence, various procedures have been accomplished for their synthesis. Fischer and Knoevenagel i.e. the reaction of ?, ?-unsaturated ketones treat with phenylhydrazine in acetic acid under refluxing condition. it is one of the most popular methods instead of other various methods for the synthesis of pyrazolines. Though, They had synthesized the pyrazolines under various solvent media and acidic or basic conditions based on the reactivity of molecules and the need of the chemist. The synthesis of novel pyrazoline derivatives and the investigation of their chemical and biological behavior has gained more importance in recent decades. Earlier, modifications of the pyrazoline ring have proven highly effective along the improved potency and lesser toxicity. The analyzed review provides an accelerated view of work done so far on pyrazoline and its biological activities covering anticancer, antimycobacterial, antimicrobial, anticonvulsant, anti-inflammatory, and antitubercular activities.

Earth is the only planet in the universe that sustains life. Each child born constitutes a human life. Human life is a secured and tangible asset to a nation. It is noteworthy and pride to utilise this sacred human capital to attain maximum productivity and efficiency in shaping the growth and development of the economy. Mother India is fortunate enough and blessed with a huge population of 121 crores (based on Census 2011). It may reach 134 crores in 2021. Each and every person born has a special talent hidden in their mind and in personal appearance. It is the responsibility of each person to express their ideas and skills in the production of goods and services that contribute their share of production in GDP of our nation. In this concept, large sections of people who are neglected and deprived such as Physically Challenged, Transgender, Widows, Orphans, Mentally Retarded Children, etc. are taken due care through government sponsored institutions and by incentives and subsidies. It uplifts the status of these people in their growth and development. In the same way government takes a special care and allocates a certain amount of expenditure towards the upliftment of the disadvantaged groups of people especially Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes. SC population is around 17 % and ST is 9 % of the total Indian population as per 2011 Census. Hence the present study focuses and analyse the impact of various developmental schemes and programmes oriented towards SC and ST in the Union Territory of Puducherry. It also studies about the awareness and socio-economic conditions of the standard of living of SC and ST in the region of Karaikal that belongs to the Union Territory of Puducherry.

The highest objective of this work is to estimate the Material Removal Rate (MRR), Surface Roughness (Ra) of Ti6Al4V in Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining process by Response surface Methodology. Wire electrical discharge machining process is a vastly complex, time changing & stochastic process. The process output is pretentious by large no of input variables. Therefore a suitable selection of input variables for the wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) process relies profoundly on the operatives technology & knowledge because of their abundant & diverse range. WEDM is extensively used in machining of conductive materials when precision is of prime importance. Full factorial design is considered with three process parameters: TON, TOFF and IP each to be varied in three different levels. Data related to material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness (Ra) have been measured for each experimental run; with RSM analysis Response is predicted and percentage of error has been calculated. The variation of output responses with process parameters were mathematically modeled by using non linear regression analysis. The replicas were tested for their adequacy. Result of confirmation experiments showed that the established mathematical models can predict the output responses with reasonable accuracy.

Equality of man and woman has been, of late become a hot debate in society. Man and woman who are complementary to each other and bound with each other in perfect harmony are now posing as rivals one ready to overdo and overshadow the other. Feelings like competition, rivalry ,envy, jealousy and bitterness are on an all time rise these days. Both are bent upon proving their metal and claiming superiority over the other. Both are not leaving any stone unturned to prove the other as less capable. Illiteracy, ignorance and ego are at the crux of the things which lead to disintegration , disharmony and malice between the two. The idea is that man and woman should take each others differences as qualities rather than as defects. Celebrating differences should be the watch word to create a sense of perfect union and harmony and therefore will help create a better world for everyone. Its ridiculous and disheartening to see the women holding the feminist flags in their hands on one side , whereas a major part of them are happy to be playthings and objects in the hands of their male counterparts. They are being instrumental in human trafficking and other such social malpractices for a handful of money. It is not good to eradicate ones self for money and other material benefits. These women may go to any lengths in order to serve their petty purpose. It isnt too late to wake up to this reality of coexistence and coincidence which make this beautiful planet worth living. Thus man and woman should learn to live in accordance with each other thereby teaching their progeny how to live in perfect harmony with each other as Mother Nature does.
