Background and Purpose: Plantar heel discomfort is common in both men and women as a result of everyday activities. The goal of the study is to investigate if Dry needling treatment and Cupping therapy may assist patients lessen discomfort in their plantar heel. Material and Method: A sample size of 40 men and women were taking who were divided into two group of 20 each. The first group was simple random sampling method of Dry Needling therapy. The second group was simple random sampling method of Cupping therapy. The reading was taken through VAS and FFI scale before and after the activity of treatment. Results: This result started that men and women who got treatment under dry needling and cupping therapy experience they will get changes in his/her pain. Dry Needling was effective treatment for plantar heel pain patients Conclusion: Group A were more benefitted from Group B as they experience changes in pain.

The current aimed to formulate an anti-acne face gel and evaluate the various property. The herbal face gel was formulated by adding the Carbopol 940, Methyl paraben, Propyl paraben, Triethanolamine, Propylene glycol and Sodium lauryl sulphate in different proportions to a 10 gm. Several tests such as visual inspection, color, appearance, consistency, pH, viscosity, spread ability and for Accelerated Stability Studies etc, were performed. The formulated herbal gel was clear and appealing. It showed good cleansing and detergency and good foam stability. The results indicated the formulated gel is having excellent conditioning performance. However, further research and development is required to improve its quality and safety

Education plays an important role as a representative or tool of social change and social development is widely recognized in the present time. Social transformation may take place, when human being needs change. When the current social system or network of social organizations fails to meet the existing human demands and when new materials offer ways of fulfilling human needs, education is seen as a primary vector in the community. Education is also important for women's empowerment and health in India. At present time there are lots of government and private organizations, and NGOs, especially working in the favor of women to change their lifestyle, and health and also enhance the literacy rate of females in our country. In this research paper, we discussed the role of education in social reforms, women's empowerment, health, and other suitable factors regarding women. At present time there will be a strong need to change the mentality of society, especially in backward areas where the literacy rate is very less due to this female faces many problems like gender discrimination, early marriages, and other health-related issues.

Certain matter always almost zero electrical resistivity or infinite conductivity when cool to sufficiently law temperature. This phenomena is this appearance of electrical resistance below a certain temperature is know as superconductivity and the material in this state is called a superconductor. Superconductivity is an important physical property of materials that occur at the nanoscale. The applications of achievable superconductivity are significant, potentially and a miracle change may be observed in their electronic structure. The temperature at which this transition from normal to superconducting state occurrence in absence of magnetic field is known as transition temperature or critical temperature. In this present work we try to find the potential change and increase the superconductivity temperature of many materials and alloys.

E-commerce is anything that involves online shopping. Electronic commerce (EC) is the buying and selling of goods and services on the Internet, especially the World Wide Web. By integrating various online data management tools with the Internet, several innovative companies have created systems for accepting customer orders, facilitating payments, customer service, collecting marketing information and collecting online feedback. An attempt has been made to look critically at the comparison of the customer satisfaction of the two major online stores and Flipkart and Amazon. Both the big players have made their mark in India. A comparative study of customer satisfaction between Amazon and Flipkart provides insight into the factors that influence customer satisfaction for success in the e-commerce market. This article is an attempt to analyze the satisfaction level of Amazon and Flipkart. Primary data was collected. A structured questionnaire is used to collect 179 samples. Data were analyzed using simple statistical methods such as percentages. The main results of the survey are that most customers are satisfied with Amazon

Background - Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) is a unique rhythmic breathing process advocated by Art of Living, Bangalore, India SKY is not practiced as a single technique but is integrated with asanas, pranayamas , meditations and attitude training. It has four distinct components. 1)Ujjayi" or "Victorious Breath" 2) Bhastrika or "Bellows Breath" 3) Om chanting 4) Sudarshan Kriya (Soham kriya) According to recent study done in 2021, prevalence of stress in undergraduate physiotherapy students is 94.4% Stress is associated with SNS (Sympathetic Nervous System)overactivity and PNS(Parasympathetic Nervous System) underactivity. Objective - Aims to find the effectiveness of Sudarshan Kriya Yoga(SKY) on stress in undergraduate physiotherapy students using Perceived Stress Scale (PSS10) after 4 weeks. Method - : Study begun with the presentation of synopsis to the ethical committee in PES MCOP. An approval was granted from the ethical committee .73 subjects were selected on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Pre PSS10 scores were taken .SKY technique was performed for 4 weeks .Post PSS10 scores were taken. Data entered and analysed. Results - There was significant effect of SKY technique on stress in undergraduate students (p<0.0001) Conclusion - This study concluded that there was significant effect of SKY technique on stress in undergraduate physiotherapy students after 4 weeks.

The development of high-speed tableting equipment and the usage of direct compression techniques for tableting have increased the demands placed on excipients functionally day by day. a stable excipient with multifunctional activity can be developed with the help of co-processing. To create new, stable co-processed excipients, the combinations of one or two synthetic or natural polymers have been thoroughly investigated. Co-processing of plant-based components has benefited numerous pharmaceutical industries worldwide in recent years. The broad overview of co-processing, the methods used, and the benefits of utilising natural components in co-processing are highlighted in the current review paper. Additionally, current advancements in excipient technology are briefly highlighted, with a focus on natural combinations that could be employed as co-processed excipients.

Due to globalization, we have seen a worldwide trend towards frequent migration of people. In 21st century the desire to uproot and find a new place to live is both forced and choice. In other words, people may cross borders for political, economic, or even a combination of the two reasons. The advantages of emigrating to another country economically are amplified by unfavourable political situations. Challenges of acculturation and acclimatization connect with the search of better opportunities. M.G. Vassanji's, an eminent diasporic Canadian writer in his novel. No New Land discusses the struggle of Indian immigrants who left their country twice to fit in host nations like Africa and Canada.

ABSTRACT: Background: Acute ischemic stroke describes a Stroke is often referred to as a brain attack or "cerebrovascular Accident (CVA). A clot blocks a blood vessel that delivers oxygen and nutrients to the brain or bursts (or ruptures), resulting in a stroke. When this happens, brain cells in that location cannot get the blood (or oxygen) they need and perish. Alteplase and Tenecteplase are thrombolytic drugs used for ischemic stroke. Alteplase converts fibrinogen to the proteolytic enzyme plasmin, which lysis fibrin as well as fibrinogen Tenecteplase converts plasminogen to plasmin is increased relative to its conversion in the absence of fibrin. Methods: The study was carried out on 20 patients with AIS. The study was conducted by categorizing them into two groups, 10 patients were treated with Alteplase, and 10 patients were treated with Tenecteplase. The efficacy of Alteplase and Tenecteplase is assessed by using NIHSS and MRS. Health-related QOL of Alteplase and Tenecteplase was assessed using an SS-QOL questionnaire in patients with AIS. Anxiety and depression are assessed by HADS. The cost of both drugs is compared. Result: By using NIHSS and MRS it is assessed that Tenecteplase is more effective than Alteplase. The QOL in Tenecteplase patient show significant change as compared to Alteplase.
