Nowadays, fire accident is a very serious problem that can happen anytime and anywhere due to many people lose their lives. However, such fire alarm systems are sometimes false warning and the presence of fire classified as a false warning may act to the original actual indicate. Fire warning and alarm systems based on a combination of smoke sensors, flame sensors and alarm devices have been introduced to design a life safety system. An Adaptive neuro-fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is used to calculate the maximum likelihood of the true presence of fire and generate fire alert. The model includes sensors to collect important data from sensor nodes where fuzzy logic converts the raw data of a linguistic variable trained in ANFIS to obtain the probability of a fire occurrence. The proposed idea also generates alerts from a message sent directly to the user's Smartphone. The MATLAB-based simulation is used for experiments and the results show satisfactory output.

: In this paper hardware of design model for battery balancing system using solar power for electric vehicles is proposed. The hardware system is composed of solar panel, microcontroller arduino mega 2560, INA219 current sensor, relay, battery, glcd, dc series motor, ULN 2003 driver, etc.The hardware is designed to balance battery by using three modes namely solar, storage and charge balancing mode. These three modes are selected by connecting relay operated by arduino through ULN 2003 relay driver. The INA 219 sensor measures voltage and current values. The hardware results are shown on the graphics lcd for the three modes.

Buccal delivery is defined as drug administration by mucosal cells that fill the cheeks (buccal mucosa). A future challenge for pharmacologists is to improve the effective non-parental delivery of solid proteins and peptides to the system's distribution. Based on our current understanding of the chemical and physical properties of the absorption and body composition of many biotechnologically produced drugs, they cannot be successfully transmitted through a standard oral route. Because after oral administration many drugs are given pre-systemic exposure to the liver, which often leads to a significant lack of significant interaction between membrane of the absorptiom and bioavailability availability

Medicinal plants and their endophytes are potent resources for discovery of novel bioactive metabolites. The endophytic fungi from plants were an important source for the production of various secondary metabolites, bioactive compounds which are useful in pharmacology, agriculture and in industries. Endophytic fungi are a group of fungi that colonize living and internal tissues of plants without causing any immediate, over negative effects The capability of medicinal plant endophytic fungi for the production of bioactive secondary metabolites was evaluated under in vitro conditions. In the present investigation, the diversity of endophytic fungi was studied associated with medicinally important plant Aloe vera. A total of 50 fungal species from Aloe vera were isolated and categorized under eight species based on the morphology of the fungal culture and characteristics of the spores. Secondary metabolites produced from isolated endophytic fungi was subjected to investigation and challenged for their antibacterial activity. Among the eight endophytic culture isolated , all the cultures were subjected to medium optimization to produce host marker compounds . The crude extract produced was profiled using thin layer chromatography and found that Aloe vera host compounds were also found secreted by the isolated endophytic fungus . Thus it gives an interesting note that medicinally important Aloevera compounds shall also obtained from the endophytic cultures isolated from aloevera , with out exploiting the Aloe vera for its compounds

Helmet detection method is a combination of classification and cluster. Helmet detection is an important, yet challenging vision task. It is a critical part in many applications such as traffic surveillance. Our proposed method work is as follows, Pre-processing, Feature Extraction and classification. We demonstrate our proposed work by using surveillance traffic videos. Finally, our method will classify whether the person is wearing helmet or not. As far as the robustness and effectiveness are concerned, our method is better than the existing algorithms. The project presents license plate recognition system using connected component analysis and template matching model for accurate identification. Automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) is the extraction of vehicle license plate information from an image. This system model uses already captured images for this recognition process. First the recognition system starts with character identification based on number plate extraction, Splitting characters and template matching. ALPR as a real life application has to quickly and successfully process license plates under different environmental conditions

Cancer is characterized by proliferation of cells that have managed to evade central endogenous control mechanisms. Cancers are grouped according to their organ or tissue of origin, but increasingly also based on molecular characteristics of the respective cancer cells. Due to the rapid technological advances of the last years, it is now possible to analyze the molecular makeup of different cancer types in detail within short time periods. The accumulating knowledge about development and progression of cancer can be used to develop more precise diagnostics and more effective and/or less toxic cancer therapies. In the long run, the goal is to offer to every cancer patient a therapeutic regimen that is tailored to his individual disease and situation in an optimal way.
