Solubility enhancement is a difficult task in to the formulation scientist because 80 percent of the drug having the poor boiavaiblity. For the formulation of the dosage form it is necessary to enhance the solubility of the drug. There is various techniques to enhance the solubility of the hydrophobic drugs such as kneading method, hot melt extrusion and solid dispersion. In this research work by using the solid dispersion method to enhance the solubility of rosuvastatin and convert in to the fixed dose of tablet formulation and its evaluation parameters formulation batches are to be design F1,F2,F3,F4,F5. Calibration curve are to be prepared or rosuvastatin pure form and scan at the lambda max 244 ?max. And obtain the r2 value 0.999 Formulation F5 shows better results and full fill all the parameter compare with the marketed formulation.

Background: Sexual function, pelvic organ support, and bladder and bowel control are all essential functions of the pelvic floor muscles. Correctly contracting the pelvic floor may be challenging. No other muscles, such as the adductors or glutes, are recruited during a typical pelvic floor contraction.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) has the potential to significantly improve productivity, coordination, visualization, documentation, and waste reduction in the field of structural engineering. However, achieving these benefits requires smooth data transfer from the BIM platform to structural analysis or Finite Element Modelling (FEM) software, which can be hindered by challenges in interoperability. This thesis aims to examine the possibilities of converting from the Tekla Structures BIM platform to commonly used FEM programs, including Staad.Pro, Etabs, SAP2000, SOFiSTiK, Dlubal (RFEM), SCIA (SCIA Engineer), and Robot (Autodesk), for improved structural analysis and design. The study includes two case studies, one in concrete structures and the other in steel structures, where load-bearing data is added to the central Tekla models to enable interoperability. We first review the use of BIM in structural engineering, including the impacts on structural design and workflow, key benefits, and challenges during use. We then define and theoretically research the three main levels of interoperability between BIM and FEM software: direct native file exchange, direct link or bi-directional data exchange, and IFC (Industry Foundation Class). Our case studies demonstrate the benefits of using BIM and FEM interoperability for improved structural analysis and design, including the early detection and correction of design errors, and improved collaboration between architects, engineers, and contractors. Overall, this thesis contributes to the field of structural engineering by providing practical guidance on the use of BIM and FEM interoperability for improved structural analysis and design.

The present study has been undertaken to assess knowledge score regarding lifestyle modifications of patients with myocardial infraction among staff nurses by planned teaching programme in Index hospital, Indore, M.P. The research design adopted for the study was pre- experimental in nature. 52 staff nurses were selected by non-probability convenient sampling technique. The tool for the study was self-structured knowledge questionnaire which consists of two parts-PART- I consisted questions related to Socio-demographic data; PART-II consisted of self -structured knowledge questionnaire to assess the knowledge score regarding lifestyle modifications of patients with myocardial infraction among staff nurses. The data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The most significant finding was that 15.4% of staff nurses were having good knowledge regarding lifestyle modifications of patients with myocardial infraction whereas 84.6% had excellent knowledge after post-test.

Awareness of E-resources among the Library and Information Science Students in SKB University: A Study Mousumi Mahato Librarian Nistarini College, Purulia Abstract Electronic resources are becoming more and more important, necessary and extremely beneficial for the academic community Electronic Resources (E-Resources) is come out rapidly due to the tremendous advancement of technologies especially during the last decade of 20th century and traditional print resources are gradually being replaced by E-resources. The use of the E-resources in the library has changed its services. To fulfill the challenges of electronic environment, librarians must obtain latest skills and provide latest services. The librarian of an academic institution will have to develop a balance and effective collection of information resources in the library. This study highlights that the status, user awareness and the effective use of E-resources by the Library and Information Science Students in SKB University. This paper highlights the type of E-resources available and user's awareness about E- resources, and also highlights the challenges face while using the E-resources.

Abstract: Diabetes is a severe public health concern, and its prevalence is rising around the world. Now days, Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a common metabolic disorder in India. Prevalence of this disorder is directly or indirectly related to life style of the individual. In terms of health indicators, Odisha, India, it has consistently trailed behind the rest of the country. Thus, it demands additional attention at the Centre and the State levels. Despite the fact that multiple surveys have been carried out in various settings, there is a lack of consolidated evidence of comparable data from the state of Odisha, both with regard to the burden of DM and many other health conditions. This review article is summarized the prevalence of diabetes mellitus complication and offers a few suggestions. Conditions and consequences of Diabetic Mellitus are likely to give a clear picture of door -to-door survey is made along with census enumeration as a result appropriate medical facility can be extended.
