This paper investigates the mechanical properties of fly ash brick debris waste composites in the concrete design mix proportion in terms of compressive strength behaviour the fly ash brick debris in this study is from the recycle brick waste of construction site live projects. four samples replacement level are being produced which contain the replacement of sand by substituting the first samples with 5 % of brick debris , second sample with 10 % of brick debris and third sample with 15 % , four sample with 20 % of brick debris. All the samples have been tested for compressive strength by using the compression testing machine. Many researchers are finding different materials to replace fine aggregate. Fine aggregates are weathered and worn out particles of rocks and are of various grades or sizes depending upon the amount of wearing. Now a Days fine aggregate is not readily available, it is transported from a long distance in rainy season non availability or shortage of fine aggregate will affect the construction industry, hence there is a need to find the new alternative material to replace the fine aggregate.

Abstract Dielectric Behavior of N-methyl Acetamide [C3H7NO] - Ethanol [C2H5OH] binary mixture at different temperatures 15, 25, 35 and 450c have been determined over frequency range of 10 MHz to 20 GHz. Using the Time Domain Reflectometry Technique in reflection mode for 11 different concentrations of given binary system has been used to measure reflection coefficient. Further Fourier transform and least square fit method have been used to obtain dielectric parameters such as dielectric constant (?0) and relaxation time (?). The dielectric constant decreased with an increase in temperature where as it increased with increase in concentration of NMA in Ethanol. Relaxation time decreased with an increase in temperature and increases with the concentration of NMA in Ethanol. By using dielectric parameters excess permittivity (?E) has negative values for all concentrations and temperature indicates that total effective dipoles are decreases in the mixture. excess inverse relaxation time (1/?)E has positive values in ethanol reach region which indicates that formation of cooperative field to rotate dipole faster, while negative in NMA reach region which indicates the formation of linear structure (non cooperative field) results the slower rotation of dipoles. Kirkwood factor (geff) gf, Bj coefficient gives systematic behavior of solute solvent for different concentrations and temperature at high frequency.

Body dysmorphic disorder is characterised by a pathological concern with a perceived or insignificant physical flaw to the point where it significantly affects one's mood or conduct in a variety of ways. BDD typically begins in the teenage years, when worry over one's looks is prevalent. The study aimed at improving the knowledge of adolescent on body dysmorphic disorder. The research design adopted for the present study is pre experimental one group pre & post-test design. The sample consisted of 120 adolescent who met the inclusion criteria and chosen by purposive sampling technique. Formal written permission was obtained. Data was gathered using the structured knowledge questionnaire, and on the same day Self-instructional module was given, After seven days, post test was conducted using the same questionnaire to assess the knowledge of adolescent on body dysmorphic disorder. The estimated "t" value, which was 13.44 at the 0.05 level of significance, showed that SIM was beneficial in boosting adolescent knowledge. Chi square was computed to test the association between pre-test knowledge score and the selected demogrphic variables. The self-instructional module was found to be an effective way for providing information and for improving the knowledge of adolescent on body dysmorphic disorder.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: Low back pain (LBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal issues experienced by the adults in their life time. People with age 35-55 are more prone to Low Back Pain. This persistent pain condition may include the central sensitization (CS) phenomenon, which implies a wide range of symptoms and that may be taken into account in LBP treatment. CS symptoms can be measured by the Central Sensitization Inventory (CSI). OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study was to explore association of CS with disability. METHODOLOGY: In present cross-sectional study total of 100 Gujarati participants aged 33-55, suffering from LBP were included. CS symptoms were measured with the Gujarati Version of the CSI and disability was measured by ODI Gujarati version Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS 20 version. Spearmans rank correlation coefficient test, Mann Whitney U test was applied for co-relation and between group comparisons respectively. Significance level was set at p<0.05. RESULT: The mean CSI total score for the whole sample was 35.495.26 points. CSI total score had subclinical values in the whole sample; The CSI mean total score was 34.495.26 points for females and 35.165.22 points for males. Patients showed significant differences in CSI total score by gender (P = 0.000). There were statistically significant moderate positive correlation between CSI score and ODI score CONCLUSION: Present study concludes that there moderate positive correlation between CSI score with disability. Although participants showed mean subclinical values in CSI total score, participants with scores ?40 were found across chronic low back. In particular, females with LBP participants were most affected by high CSI scores. In light of these results, it is recommended that clinicians supplement their assessment with the CSI in low back patients for improved decision-making during treatment.

For pharmacovigilance, automation has the promise of being a game-changer by lowering the cost of case reporting and enhancing data quality to genuinely offer value, including signal detection in drug safety. Analytical and benefit-risk analysis in pharmacovigilance. The evolution of pharmaceutical PV strategy is significantly influenced by technological advancements. For example, more businesses are recognising the need of big data analytics, cloud-based solutions, mobile apps, robotic automation, and artificial intelligence in the pharmaceutical industry's clinical safety and regulatory processes. In order to effectively manage the safety of pharmaceutical goods, it is increasingly essential to implement cutting-edge technological automation tools and procedures to PV methods. Artificial intelligence and machine learning can increase productivity in the identification, detection, management, and reporting of ADRs in pharmacovigilance. The primary goal of artificial intelligence is to solve problems that cannot be solved automatically, such as obtaining the right training data for machine learning models and the requirement for unified regulatory guidelines. Fast-moving AI that never gets tired or ill can analyse and comprehend data at breakneck speeds. The ICSR in PV, which includes native automation and stand-alone technologies like AI and ML that decrease the manual labour, processes thousands of adverse impacts each month.

The practice of yoga has become increasingly popular in recent years, with more people adopting it as a form of exercise and stress management. Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that involves physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques that promote physical and mental well-being. This research paper explores the effects of yoga on mental health and reviews studies that examine the impact of yoga on various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and stress. The findings suggest that practicing yoga regularly can lead to significant improvements in mental health, including reductions in symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as improvements in overall well-being and quality of life.

The aim of this work was to develop a new type of ready to eat snack, for which several tests were performed with different kinds of ingredients and with the different proportion of the ingredients. Here, the snack was made by wheat flour, foxtail millet flour, barnyard millet flour which are healthy and nutritious and helps to maintain several functions in our body .These assays were all performed using a basic ingredients composed of butter, milk, salt and mainly sugar which is replaced by jaggery for its nutrient content. However, in order to increase the nutritional composition of the developed snack, there is increase in its value as recognized by a certain population, a new ingredient was added to the snack, which was palmyra tuber flour and pineapple extract for flavour enhancement .The objective of the study was to prepare ready to eat snack for all age aged people which is highly nutritious, easy to digest, low cost and stable product .The selected product has undergone with sensory evaluation ,nutrient analysis, physico-chemical analysis, and statistical analysis evaluation. This shows the feasibility of the consumer because consumers look for the variety, best quality and handy snacks which are nutrient dense and healthy .
