Water pollution has become a common problem. The conventional methods of monitoring water quality involve the manual collection of water sample from different locations and these water samples were tested in the laboratory. This process is wastage of man power, time consuming and not economical. By focusing on these problems, a low cost monitoring system is using that can monitor water quality in real time using IoT. The measuring system of water quality that we have implemented checks the quality of water in real time through various sensors (one for each parameter: pH, conductivity, temperature, turbidity) to measure the quality of water. A unique identification has been given to each device and must be able to capture real-time data autonomously. The basic building blocks of IoT consist of sensors, processors, gateways, and applications. This system can keep a strict check on the pollution of the water resources and be able to provide safe drinking water.

Dynamic Data Allocation and Redistribution model for Heterogeneous Hadoop Clusters for different level of constraints to represent its interaction on the data in adoption to the virtualisation. The importance of the proposed methodology is to minimize the completion length (i.e., makespan) of a set of MapReduce jobs. The current Hadoop only permits static slot configuration, i.e., fixed numbers of map slots and reduce slots all through the lifetime of a cluster. Dynamic configuration may lead to high system resource utilisations as well as less completion length. It is considered as effective schemes which use slot ratio between map and reduce tasks as a tunable knob for reducing the makespan of a given set leveraging the workload information of recently completed jobs, schemes dynamically allocates resources (or slots) to map and reduce tasks. The corresponding constraints have been placed to that particular node for effective data allocation to the specified streaming data. Further it eliminates the data duplication occurring in the data clusters. In addition incremental clustering eliminates the inconsistent instance considered as an outlier would be processed effectively.

Assam is the state of North-eastern India which is rich with her abundant natural resources. Earlier name of Assam was Pragjyotishpur. Assam is the land of mother goddess Kamakhya. Women were worshiped in ancient Assam as a mother. From the ancient time position of women is very high in the Hindu family. In the Hindu conception women are known as grihalaxmi, sahadharmini or ardhangini. The geographical area of Assam is 78438 Sq.km. literacy rate of male is 77.85 and female rate is 66.27% in Assam. Crime against women mainly includes trafficking, dowry death, cruelty by husband, kidnapping of women/girls, sexual harassment and witch hunting etc. All types of crime in happen in Assam in bigger scale. Assam police takes various measures to control or combat this kind of crime against women.

The influence of Kalarippayattu in the development of various art forms in Kerala is great. It is the mother of all martial art forms of Kerala. It is the only form of the most ancient traditional systems of physical culture, self defence and martial techniques still in existence. This art form has secured much significance not only in Kerala but throughout the world. In the present world where tourism is a flourishing industry, Kalarippayattu has made its own contributions. It has attracted large number of people from different parts of India and abroad. It has proved to be a boon to Kerala. This article highlights the uniqueness of Kalarippayattu as a martial art form.

Plastics are a synthetic non-degradable polymer material used for all applications almost everywhere to meet the growing demands. The conventional plastics take long periods to degrade, upto 100 years and it leads to environmental issues. Bioplastics are degradable polymer material which will degrade at a shorter time period and hence is a most promising alternative for conventional plastics. The current study describes the synthesis of bioplastic from Tridax procumbens leaves a source of natural polymer along with addition of PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol), Glycerol and citric acid plasticizers. The prepared bioplastic S-1 (25ml of T.procumbens extract, 2g of PVA, 1ml of glycerol and 1g of citric acid), S-2 (25ml of T.procumbens extract treated with HCl, 2g of PVA, 1ml of glycerol and 1g of citric acid) both shows a good characteristic with smooth surface, transparent and flexible nature. Importantly the formulated bioplastic are free from bacterial and fungal contamination during storage. The formulated bioplastic degrade in the environment without causing harmful effect to the environment as it is made by biodegradable polymer and this will be a prominent alternative source to overcome the environmental plastic pollution in the current scenario.

Solid lipid nanoparticles are at the forefront of the rapidly developing field of nanotechnology with several potential applications in drug delivery, clinical medicine, and research, as well as in other varied sciences. This review presents a broad treatment of solid lipid nanoparticles discussing their aims, production procedures, advantages, limitations and their possible remedies. The ability to incorporate drugs into Nanoparticle system offers a new prototype in drug delivery that could use for drug targeting. The preparation techniques for production of SLN are Novel and more efficient. Appropriate analytical techniques for the characterization of SLN. Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) have emerged as a next-generation drug delivery system with potential applications in pharmaceutical field, cosmetics, research, clinical medicine and other allied sciences. Recently, increasing attention has been focused on these SLN as colloidal drug carriers for incorporating hydrophilic or lipophilic drugs.

The study evaluated the process of implementation of the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Master Plan in Rivers State, Nigeria from its inception in 2009 to 2019. The study set out to socio-economic impacts of implementation of the Master Plan. In the study, subjects (respondents, 332) were studied in situ without experimental manipulation and at one period in time, i.e. the study adopted a passive-observational research design. The study utilized both primary and secondary data sources. The latter included face-to-face administration of a largely pre-coded household questionnaire to a probability sample of 332 respondents drawn from the three study communities. The study utilizes the Hazard and Effects Management Process. Both forms of assessment revealed that that the implementation of the Master Plan affected among others, traditional occupation s(livelihood), reduction in levels of income and financial flows, increase in level of poverty and rise in inflation in the study area. The study concludes that the negative effects notwithstanding, have led to sprouting of small business, temporary jobs. Recommendations proffered includes (1) that the Government or its Agency (GPHCDA) should ensure that it pays all outstanding compensation to affected community landowners to aid their occupational readjustment,(2) Government should also improve on the available sources of livelihood through the establishment of agro-based and other industries in the area to provide more job opportunities, thereby helping to alleviate poverty,(3) Government should create jobs and improve on the sources of income of the people; and (4)Reduce the level of poverty through the provision of employment opportunities and other empowerment schemes.
