The period of adolescence denotes to the period of development pertaining to both physiological and psychological. This period is the go between of childhood and adult. The period of puberty is the related to the period of adolescence. The puberty is followed by the varying levels of hormone levels which in turn affects the physical life. The puberty onset is connected with the modifications in thoughts and outlook followed by the psychological and social life. The cognition process is also affected in the period of puberty. The hormonal changes affect the memory and processing functions of the brain. The girls, some of them who fared well in certain subjects in their elementary school levels, will soon withdraw from that excellence due to the fear of being exposed and also for not being popular. Besides there are social, economic and religious aspects which make them withdraw from studies. The primary language is acquired easily but the second language acquisition is a slow process. This is so because all of a sudden a child will be transformed into an adult. There can be seen many drop outs from schools because of early puberty. The physical changes as a result of puberty give a lot of pressure on the child and there can be seen social and emotional changes. The puberty affects the body and brain which in turn affects the body mind complex of the child.

An ecologically benign green strategy is presented for the synthesis of Ag-Co hybrid nanoparticles taking a medicinal plant, Aerva lanata for the phyto reduction of the precursor salt solutions. The formed nanoparticles are characterized by instrumental techniques such as UV-Visible, FTIR, EDX, FESEM and HRTEM. These particles are found to possess significant antibacterial efficacy against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, which is investigated by Well Diffusion method.

Ganglions are a small cystic tumors containing viscid fluid and are non- malignant growths that usually forms near the joints and tendons of the hand and wrist. Usually, they develop on the back of the wrist or hands. In addition, they can also develop on the feet and ankles. The ganglion cysts are harmless and non-cancerous growths. Although the majority of ganglion cysts are asymptomatic, patients may present with pain, tenderness, weakness, and annoyance with cosmetic appearance. Homeopathic mode of treatment can provide help in treating ganglion cysts successfully. Homeopathic remedies for ganglion cysts can dissolve the cysts effectively using micro-doses of similar drugs without any operative knife or any side effects. The present case report intends to record a similar case of bilateral ganglion cyst on wrist, which is exclusively cured by the holistic mode of treatment of highly potentized Homoeopathic drugs on the basis of totality of symptoms, individualization of a case and based on pathological symptom similarity. Perhaps, the present case report is based on a recovery of a single case; a much more extensive study is required on a higher population to strengthen the result of this study.

Available transfer capability (ATC) is a metric in power systems that determines the maximum amount of incremental power that can be transferred between two parts (usually seller and buyer) of the underlying power system without crossing any system thresholds. It is evaluated using 3 major metrics; i.e.; total transfer capability (TTC), transmission reliability margin (TRM) and existing transmission commitments. In order to determine these parameters, various methods are proposed by researchers, some of these methods are applicable to large-scale grids, while others work effectively for small-to-medium grid deployments. In order to deploy a customized grid with effective ATC calculations, it is recommended that power system designers must select an optimum combination of these methods. For instance, the Single Linear Step (SL) approach uses present state system information along with sensitivities embodied in the power transfer distribution factors (PTDF) and line outage distribution factors (LODF) in order to determine ATC values. The SL method is applicable only for small-scale power distribution systems but can be extended via Iterated Linear Step (IL) method to incorporate controller changes for large-scale systems. As system complexity increases, it becomes difficult to select the best method out of the given methods for ATC calculations. In order to reduce this complexity, the underlying text reviews different ATC calculation methods and compares their statistical performance. Using this study, power system designers can identify the most suited methods for their system deployment, and thus save time and cost for testing out a different method.

The status of women measured through different variables. Females in Indian society have faced the many challenges. Women sex ratio is declined as comparisons to male from several previous decades. The literacy rate of female also not equal to male, death rate of girl child is also high, dropout ratio from school girls is also high as well as unemployment rate for women as compared to men is also higher. In present era the status of women is also remained questionable, however more than seven decades has been completed for independence and formation of Indian constitution. Present article will be review the status of the women in early Indian society and also examine the factors responsible for disappointment of women participation. In ancient history to modern time a several up and down takes place in women positions. Now at till present time many factors are responsible for disappointment of women participation like as illiteracy, economic dependency, caste restrictions, religious prohibition, lack of leadership qualities, male dominance society, rape, dowry practices, trafficking of the girl child, prostitution, domestic violence and sexual harassment. The paper will be identifying the various initiatives setup by government for women empowerment.

: When people want to buy a flat, the flat may not be always available for the buyers to visit the flat in person. So, it is necessary for them to see the floor plan of the desired flat. However it is not realistic by just seeing the 2D floor plan; and it is difficult for people to imagine the actual environment. Therefore 3D model of the flat can be used. It is found that 3D modeling of a flat is not commonly used by normal users nowadays. The main reason is the common existing 3D visualization tools are difficult for non technical users to create a 3D model of a flat with interior design. Most of the tools do not have a graphics recognition feature to automate the 3D model generation. The aim of this project is to implement a system that can create a 2D floor plan and automatically generate a 3D model according to the 2D floor plan created. This software mainly targets on the users who do not have technical knowledge of making 3D computer graphics. So a user-friendly interface is designed for them to create a 3D model easily. In order to automate the generation of 3D model, the Java 3D libraries are used. The objects in the 2D floor plan, including walls, doors, sofa and tables can be created the system. The software interface is created using the JavaFx libraries. This software has separate TNDatabase where the details of every entity are stored.
