India's G-20 (the group of 20 nations) presidency offers the opportunity for us to set the agenda for the next phase of development. Women-20 (W20) is an official engagement group under the G-20 which focuses on actualizing vision of "Women-Led Development" in order to create a world of equality and equity. The new India envisions women as equal partners in the sustainable development of the country which is possible only when there is gender inclusiveness in all spheres of public and political life. The Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) targets women's effective participation and opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making, promotes gender inclusive public administration and institutions. In the light of above discussion this research paper is an attempt to find out how gender inclusive Indian Public Administration is? Further the paper suggest ways, W20 can adopt to prioritize the collection of gender-disaggregated data for developing targeted interventions and monitoring progress towards gender equality. Also how W20 will play a crucial role in advancing the SDG target of an inclusive administration that is sensitive towards women-led growth of the country.

The cloud resources are accessible to cloud users over the internet to accomplish the desired requirements in the fields of finance, education, internet business, and nearly all organizations. Enhancing the effectiveness and performance of a cloud environment requires job scheduling to optimize resource allocation and utilization.. The job scheduling issue mainly focuses on the best or optimal solution for mapping of jobs to the virtual machines to minimize the total processing time of jobs. This paper presents a novel approach for enhancing job scheduling in cloud computing through the Atomic Orbital Search (AOS) algorithm. The Atomic Orbital Search (AOS) is a metaheuristic algorithm which draws inspiration from the principles of atomic orbitals in quantum mechanics, improves scheduling possibilities of jobs to the virtual machines efficiently enabling faster and more optimal scheduling leading to improved resource allocation, reduced time complexity and enhanced overall system performance.

ABSTRACT INTRODUCTION:Mucins are high molecular weight glycoproteins that are synthesized, stored and secreted by the epithelial mucosal cells of GIT. The gastric mucosa can be divided into three histological areas like superficial, neck and deep zones. The superficial zone composed of single layer of mucin secreting columnar cells. The neck zone, largely of immature stem cells mixed with some mucous neck cells. The deep zone is composed of glands, the bases of which lie close to or in muscularis mucosae. Mucins are classified into neutral and acidic mucins; the latter include sulpho and sialomucins. In the GIT, both neutral and acidic mucin are present at specific locations and their production is increased or reversed in various diseases and malignancies of GIT. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF STUDY:The main aims of this study was, 1. To study the pattern of Mucin staining in gastric biopsies and resected specimens. 2. To find out the difference in Mucin distribution in Benign and Malignant lesions of stomach. MATERIALS AND METHODS:The specific procedures which were used to identify mucin distribution and pattern in Normal and Malignant Stomach include following steps.. ? FIXATION, ? GROSSING, ? TISSUE PROCESSING, ? EMBEDDING, ? SECTION CUTTING and ? STAINING. RESULTS:A total of 45 cases were enrolled during the entire study period. The specimen received included gastric biopsies (30 cases) and gastrectomies ( 15). The diagnosis made in our study was chronic gastritis ((51.11%), Adenocarcinomas(40%) and hyperplastic polyps (8.89%). All the 45 cases were PAS positive. Out of 45 cases, 24 cases showed weak or variable staining for combined Alcian Blue-PAS (+/-). 19 cases showed moderate staining for combined Alcian Blue-PAS (++), and 2 cases revealed Strong staining reaction for combined Alcian Blue -PAS stain. Out of 45 cases, 35 case were weakly or variably stained for Alcian Blue reaction(+/-).8 were moderate stained for Alcian Blue(++), and only 2 showed strong staining reaction for Alcian Blue(+++).The total no. of Adenocarcinoma cases were 18(40%), all of these cases were positive (+++) for PAS stain. The 23(51.11%) cases of gastritis were also positive for PAS stain (+++) as were the cases of hyperplastic polyp 4(8.89%). CONCLUSION: In the current study we concluded that mucin stains play an important role in the diagonosis of various benign and malignant lesions of the stomach. The pattern of mucin stains done with PAS, PAS with Diastase, Alcian Blue and Combined PAS- Alcian Blue were helpful in diagonosis and categorisation of various lesions. These stains added beneficially to the histopathological findings on routine H and E stains, besides being easy to perform and cost- effective. KEY WORDS: mucins, staining, gastritis, adenocarcinoma.

The widespread concept of nickel hydride in the Ni-H system is discussed based on the first-principle atomic calculations and experimental X-ray diffraction data. The total cohesion energy in Ni-H solid solution has been determined using the density functional theory and program package Wien2k. Its dependence on hydrogen concentration is shown to be linear, which suggests the absence of any energy barrier for precipitation reaction. Moreover, the second derivative of the calculated solution enthalpy is negative within the hydrogen-to-nickel ratios, H/Ni, of 0.03 to 0.75, which is a sign of spinodal decomposition. These hydrogen concentrations are consistent with the measurements of X-ray diffraction, of which results are usually interpreted in terms of Ni hydride. The density of electron states has been calculated, and its non-monotonous concentration dependence correlates with that of solution enthalpy, as also expected for spinodal decomposition. The obtained results are interpreted as miscibility gap in the Ni-H system with spinodal decomposition having the electron origin. Finally, the "hydrides" in d-metals are discussed in terms of two Gibb's types of precipitation reactions.

In recent years, there has been a notable surge in interest surrounding forensic face sketch construction and recognition, primarily due to their crucial role in criminal investigations. Within the realm of forensic science, it is evident that hand drawn face sketches are still very limited and time consuming when it comes to using them with the latest technologies used for recognition and identification of criminals. The construction of accurate facial sketches from description of eyewitness is a critical step in the investigation process. This research explores using computer vision and deep learning to accurately match hand-drawn face sketches to digital images. Deep learning can help overcome the large differences between sketches and photos. The proposed method involves training a model on a large dataset of face images and corresponding sketches, enabling it to generate sketches from facial images and match sketches with corresponding images accurately. The goal is to develop a system that identify individuals from sketches as accurately as possible to assist law enforcement. The outcomes of this study help in advancing the field of facial recognition and reliable sketch matching would provide law enforcement and forensics with a valuable new tool for identification when robust photo evidence is not available.
