Environmental conservation is a pressing global priority, and education plays a pivotal role in fostering sustainable practices and instilling ecological responsibility in future generations. This article explores the intersection of environmental conservation and education, emphasizing how nurturing "green minds" can lead to a more sustainable future. It highlights the importance of integrating environmental awareness into curriculum at all educational levels, from primary schools to universities. Through environmental education, students develop an understanding of key concepts such as climate change, biodiversity, pollution, and sustainable living. By promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills, educators empower students to address environmental challenges and become active participants in conservation efforts. The article discusses the significance of hands-on learning experiences, such as eco-clubs, tree-planting drives, recycling initiatives, and nature excursions, which encourage students to connect theory with action. Furthermore, the role of educators as facilitators of change is examined, along with the importance of creating partnerships between schools, local communities, and environmental organizations. Such collaborations can amplify the impact of conservation education and inspire collective action. The article also emphasizes the need for policy reforms that prioritize environmental education, ensuring that it is embedded as a core subject rather than an optional topic. By fostering an environmentally conscious mindset from a young age, education systems can produce generations of individuals who prioritize sustainability in their personal and professional lives. In conclusion, the article underscores that the journey toward environmental conservation begins in classrooms. By cultivating green minds, education serves as the foundation for a future where humanity lives in harmony with nature, safeguarding the planet for generations to come.

The aim of present study was to involves the Development and Characterization of hair growth stimulating activity of herbal oil using plant materials. The prepared herbal hair oil evaluated different parameters within the acceptable limits. Such as physical appearance, pH, viscosity, acid value, saponification value, sedimentation, skin irritation, volunteer studies. Various herbal extracts, including Black Seed Oil (30%) (100 ml), Coconut Oil (200 ml), Castor Oil (150 ml) Peppermint Oil (20 ml) Vitamin E Oil (20 ml) was prepared and incorporated into Amla (Indian Gooseberry) (50 ml), Bhringraj (50 ml), Chhota Gokhru (30 ml) Brahmi (30 ml) Fenugreek (30 ml), Ashwagandha (20 ml), Green Tea (30 ml). Phytochemical screening, organoleptic evaluation, chemical analysis (acid value, saponification value), viscosity, sensitivity studies, and in-vivo hair growth activity were conducted. Organoleptic evaluation revealed characteristic odors and colors across formulations. Chemical analysis showed acceptable values for acid value (2.23 mg KOH/g), saponification value (165.9 mg KOH/g), viscosity (39.17 cp.) and. Prepared hair oil is applied on human volunteer to study hair growth activity (volunteer study) demonstrated to significant enhance hair compared to controls. The development of herbal hair oils exhibited promising physicochemical properties, efficacy, safety, for human being and hair growth promotion in human models. These findings suggest their potential as natural remedies for hair care. Herbal hair oils formulated in this study show significant potential for promoting and increasing hair growth and addressing hair-related concerns. The significant efficacy across multiple parameters among the formulations. Further research and volunteer study are warranted to validate their efficacy and safety for human use.

Enterprise application design deployment and scaling continue to advance due to microservices integration with cloud computing adoption. The analysis covers how microservices architecture with cloud computing relations create agile, scalable, and resilient enterprise infrastructure for modern business operations. Microservices that adopt a modular decentralized application development method thrive alongside cloud computing's flexible platform because it provides automatic scaling capabilities for resources. This analysis presents the fundamental advantages of integrating microservices architecture with cloud computing, including stronger fault protection, diminished development timelines, and improved ability to create new solutions. Direct adoption of these technologies creates management difficulties dedicated to distributed infrastructures, ensuring data reliability, and handling additional operational charges. We will demonstrate proven methods for addressing these challenges using automation, containerization, and robust system monitoring practices. This work explores future paths in microservices and cloud methodologies and investigates the influence of upcoming technologies, including artificial intelligence and edge computing. Through its detailed examination of technological relationships, the paper demonstrates how these systems jointly create efficiency improvements, adaptability, and competitive superiority. The union of microservices with cloud computing development has transformed application design approaches through fast market adaptation and technological innovation reaction speeds.

Today, we live and work in a dynamic environment that continually asks every one of us to know more, do more, and be more; at the end of the day, something gets left behind. In the process of getting extra mileage in the professional life, a lot of compromise and sometimes mental peace is also getting distorted. All these factors give importance to the "WORK LIFE BALANCE" concept in Indian Healthcare Sector, especially to DOCTORS. The doctors, busy professionals 24/7, must strive hard to deal with work and life pressure. Individuals who maintain a better work-life balance will achieve success in both their Personal and Professional lives. The present study is an endeavor to examine and analyze the work-life balance of doctors in select Private Hospitals in the Rayalaseema region, Andhra Pradesh. The survey was conducted for respondents in the Rayalaseema region, and 240 doctors participated. A well-structured questionnaire was distributed to collect primary data from the doctors. The gathered data was analyzed and interpreted with the help of SPSS 22 by applying appropriate tools. The research findings unveil a moderate work-life balance among doctors in the region, with a considerable percentage of respondents indicating they are truly satisfied on both ends of life, i.e., professional and personal.

The Drowsiness Detection System is designed to enhance safety by leveraging image processing and machine learning techniques by capturing images from a camera, the system initiates a process that involves facial detection and the creation of a Region of Interest to focus on the subject's face precisely. Within this region, the system identifies the eyes, extracting crucial information for analysis. Subsequently, a classifier is employed to categorize the state of the eyes, discerning between open and closed conditions. The classifier identifies signs of the driver falling asleep, an alarm is triggered to beep, effectively alerting the individual, and enabling the system to calculate a score indicative of the individual's alertness. This integrated approach seamlessly combines computer vision and classification methodologies, offering a robust and accurate solution for detecting drowsiness. With potential applications in diverse scenarios, such as driver monitoring systems and workplace safety, this system contributes to proactive measures in mitigating the risks associated with impaired alertness.
