The study introduces the MS-SSA-LSTM model, which amalgamates multi-source data, sentiment analysis, swarm intelligence algorithms, and deep learning methodologies to improve stock price forecasting. This model integrates sentiment analysis derived from East Money forum postings, establishing a distinctive sentiment lexicon and computing a sentiment index. This provides significant insights into the impact of market sentiment on stock prices. The Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA) is employed to refine LSTM hyperparameters, enhancing prediction accuracy. oExperimental findings demonstrate the MS-SSA-LSTM model's exceptional performance. It is an essential instrument for precise stock price forecasting. Designed for India's unpredictable financial market, the model specialises in short-term stock price forecasts, providing insights for agile decision-making by investors. A hybrid LSTM+GRU model was developed for stock sentiment classification. A comprehensive ensemble approach was implemented, utilising a Voting Classifier (AdaBoost + RandomForest) for sentiment analysis and a Voting Regressor (LinearRegression + RandomForestRegressor + KNeighborsRegressor) for stock price forecasting. These ensembles were smoothly merged with existing models (MLP, CNN, LSTM, MS-LSTM, MS-SSA-LSTM), thereby improving overall predictive performance. A user-friendly Flask framework with SQLite support was designed to enhance user engagement and testing, simplifying the signup, signin, and model assessment processes.

 Abstract

This study attempts to compare the level of job satisfaction of senior secondary school teachers of government and private schools with respect to social maturity. The hypothesis of the study is that there is no significant difference in the level of job satisfaction of senior secondary school teachers of government and private schools with respect to personal adequacy, inter-personal adequacy, social adequacy and social maturity. The researcher has used survey method in this study. To select the representative sample for the present study the research has employed two-stage random sampling technique. 400 senior secondary school teachers of district Dehradun and district Haridwar were selected randomly. Job satisfaction is the dependent variable and social maturity is the independent variable involved in the present study. Job Satisfaction Scale developed by Dr. Amar Singh and Dr. T.R. Sharma and Social Maturity Scale developed by Dr. NaliniRaohave been used to collect the data.Two-way analysis of variance has been used for the statistical analysis. Findings revealed that there was a significant difference in the level of job satisfaction of senior secondary school teachers of government and private schools. Senior secondary school teachers of government schools had higher job satisfaction. There was found a significant difference in the level of job satisfaction of senior secondary school teachers of government and private schools with respect to personal adequacy, inter-personal adequacy, social adequacy and social maturity. Senior secondary school teachers of government and private schools who had higher personal adequacy, inter-personal adequacy, social adequacy and social maturity had higher job satisfaction.

 Abstract

Vatakantaka, a condition described in Ayurveda under Vata Vyadhi, shares clinical features with calcaneal spur, a bony projection on the calcaneal tuberosity leading to significant pain and discomfort. While modern treatments like NSAIDs, steroids, and surgery are available, they often carry side effects. This study evaluates the efficacy of Guggulu Tikta Ghrita Matrabasti and Lakshadi Guggulu, Ayurvedic treatments targeting Vatakantaka. The study was conducted as a randomized clinical trial with 30 participants aged 30-60 years presenting symptoms of Vatakantaka. Matrabasti with Guggulu Tikta Ghrita (60 ml) was administered daily for 15 days, followed by oral Lakshadi Guggulu (3 g/day in three divided doses) for another 15 days. Parameters assessed included pricking pain (Kantakavata Vedana), pain after resting, and pain severity via the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Statistical analysis revealed significant improvements in all parameters. The mean score for Kantakavata Vedana decreased from 1.7 at baseline to 0.17 after follow-up. Pain after resting reduced from 1.97 to 0.13, while VAS scores improved from 3.47 to 0.5. Overall, 30% of patients showed marked improvement, 50% moderate improvement, 26.67% mild improvement, and only 3.33% reported no response. The therapeutic efficacy of the treatments lies in their Vata-pacifying, Asthi-gata Vata-rejuvenating properties. Guggulu Tikta Ghrita and Lakshadi Guggulu, enriched with Tikta Rasa, Ushna Virya, and Ghrita's nourishing qualities, promote bone and nerve tissue health, reducing inflammation and improving overall bodily function. In conclusion, Guggulu Tikta Ghrita Matrabasti and Lakshadi Guggulu demonstrate significant efficacy in managing Vatakantaka, providing a promising alternative for calcaneal spur management. These Ayurvedic formulations offer a holistic approach with minimal side effects, aligning with traditional principles of treating Asthi Dhatu disorders.

Moonlighting has become a common phenomenon in today's diverse economic environment, where individuals seek multiple streams of income or professional growth. However, maintaining a healthy work-life balance while managing multiple jobs is a challenge that can lead to burnout and deteriorating personal relationships. This paper investigates how emotional intelligence serves as a buffer to these challenges, allowing individuals to effectively have a work life balance This paper unifies existing literature on emotional intelligence, work-life balance, and moonlighting to propose a model that links EI with the ability to navigate the complex dynamics of managing multiple work roles and personal responsibilities. the study delves into the role of emotional intelligence in fostering work-life balance--a critical factor in ensuring sustainable moonlighting. Work-life balance involves the ability to allocate time and energy effectively across various domains of life, including work, family, and personal pursuits. The proposed research aims to establish a conceptual framework linking emotional intelligence with work-life balance in the context of moonlighting. Through a synthesis of existing literature on emotional intelligence, work-life balance, and moonlighting, the study seeks to develop a theoretical model that identifies key pathways through which EI influences the ability to maintain balance between work and life while managing multiple roles. The research will explore how emotional intelligence supports self-regulation and stress management, particularly in high-pressure environments. It will also investigate how EI fosters greater self-awareness, helping individuals prioritize tasks, set boundaries, and manage their time more effectively. A brain tumor is a growth of cells, in the brain that replicate rapidly and uncontrollably. Detecting and addressing brain tumors present challenges. There is hope in utilizing deep learning as a potential solution. Deep learning techniques, particularly transfer learning have proven to be tools for improving the accuracy and efficiency of brain tumor detection models. By utilizing a trained neural network on a vast dataset like ImageNet and fine tuning it is using a smaller set of brain images the model gains valuable insights from the broader dataset. This enables the model to adapt its learned features to the characteristics found in brain tumor images. The benefits of incorporating transfer learning into this context include training convergence improved ability to generalize to data and robust performance even with limited labeled data--a critical advantage considering how challenging it can be to obtain substantial annotated datasets in medical imaging. When evaluating transfer learning-based algorithms performance for brain tumor detection essential metrics such as accuracy, precision and recall should be considered alongside factors, like training time, computational resources. The model's ability to generalize across types of brain tumors and imaging conditions. Overall integrating transfer learning into deep learning approaches enhances their practicality and effectiveness when applied in world applications.
