Vata is one of the three primary doshas in Ayurveda, alongside Pitta and Kapha. It is defined as the driving force behind all motion, communication, and coordination which is integral to numerous bodily processes. Its influence governs the various aspects of life, enabling movement, energy transfer, and the flow of communication within the body and mind. Physiologically, Vata is responsible for essential activities such as respiration, circulation, digestion, excretion, and the functioning of the nervous system. These processes ensure the maintenance of homeostasis and the body's adaptability to internal and external changes. Vata's influence is intricately linked to its interplay with Pitta and Kapha, ensuring systemic harmony. While Kapha provides stability and structure, Pitta drives the metabolic transformation, whereas Vata enables the movement and communication necessary for their functions. This holistic perspective highlights Vata's significance not only in promoting homeostasis but also in addressing imbalances that can lead to the onset and progression of disease. Understanding and managing Vata through proper diet, lifestyle, and therapeutic interventions remain essential components of Ayurveda's approach to health and healing. This paper aims to analyse and evaluate the numerous roles of the Vata dosha in light of present physiological understanding.

This study compares traditional and AI-powered information seeking behaviors among students at Mahatma Gandhi Central University of Bihar (MGCUB) and Central University of South Bihar (CUSB). Through a mixed-methods approach combining surveys, interviews, and log analysis, we examined how 500 undergraduate and postgraduate students utilize both conventional library resources and emerging AI tools like ChatGPT for academic research. Key findings indicate that while students still heavily rely on traditional methods, AI assistants are rapidly gaining traction, particularly for initial exploratory searches and ideation. However, concerns persist around AI hallucinations and plagiarism risks. The study provides insights to inform library services and information literacy programs in the age of generative AI. We conclude with recommendations for integrating AI tools responsibly into academic workflows while preserving critical information evaluation skills.

Assessment of Simulation-Based Intervention on Nursing Students' Knowledge of Essential Newborn Care This study evaluates the effectiveness of a simulation-based intervention on improving nursing students' knowledge regarding essential newborn care (ENC) at a selected college in Bhopal. Involving 58 students, pre-tests indicated inadequate basic knowledge with an average score of 38.2%. Post-intervention scores rose significantly to 83.4%, with notable improvements in key areas, reflecting a 45.2% knowledge gain (P <= 0.001). The study revealed that younger students exhibited more substantial improvements, while marital status had no significant impact on knowledge enhancement. Findings advocate for the integration of interactive, simulation-based methods within nursing curricula to address knowledge gaps, particularly in breastfeeding initiation, and enhance practical outcomes in neonatal care.

Films are a mirror of society. Society has expected women to conform to traditional norms, and so has the film portrayed women in the same way. In the 21st century, women have focused on subverting traditional gender roles and patriarchy. They are on a path of self-discovery and have struggled to become their true selves. Films of recent times have begun portraying complex, multifaceted female characters who defy conventional expectations. This study explores the film Laapataa Ladies for feminist themes and examines the story of female characters who subvert patriarchy and the traditional gender norms of society. This research uses feminist film theories emphasizing on Laura Mulvey's concept to analyse this female-centric film, focusing on how the film challenges conventional gender norms and provides fresh insights into women's experiences.

After the covid - 2019, Everyone is busy with online activities. In India, the teenager percentage is 10-19 so many activities are related to mobile. Challenging mobile use plays an important role in public health and is linked with deprived mental health outcomes. A sample size of 398 was used to observe and check mobile addiction in a few phenomena. Machine learning helps to predict teenagers' addiction to mobile. We will try too many algorithms to check for predictions based on real data for some realistic scenarios. And we will get the best results in terms of slabs.
