Abstract A Critical Discussion of the Theory of Causation in Ved?nta Philosophy Sujit Maity Assistant Professor Department of philosophy Bajkul MilaniMahavidyalaya Phone No: 8145395092 Email. ID: maitysujit1@gmail.com Ved?nta is originally the name given to the Upanisads because they are the last division (anta) of the Veda because they impart the ultimate form (anta) of Vedic knowledge. The Upanisadic teachings are the original Ved?nta teachings. Advaita Vedanta recognizes two forms of causation, the material cause and the instrumental cause. According to the school Brahman is both the material and instrumental cause of creation. In other words, Brahman not only provides the will and direction, but also the material and energy required to manifest things, beings, and worlds. Brahman is both Purusha (Self) and Prakriti (Nature). This is in contrast to some schools of Hindu philosophy, which argue that Brahman is the instrumental cause while Prakriti or nature is the material cause. Adi ?ankaracharya proposed that each cause was hidden in its every effect, which was not true. In other words, the seed is hidden in the tree that produces it. While a cause is not different from the effect it produces, the same cannot be argued in the case of an effect in relation to its cause. A cause is always part of the effect, hidden within it and so is not different from it. Brahman is the cause of all creation. So the world is real only because Brahman, who is its cause, is hidden from it and inseparable from it. From this perspective the world becomes an illusion because it disappears when the Self or Brahman is withdrawn from it. The world exists when you, the cause, are present in your mind. When you, the cause, withdraw from it, the world disappears. ?ankar propounded the theory of causation (vivartav?da). According to it an effect is an outward projection of a cause and hence not real. This is in contrast to the parin?mav?da concept, according to which an effect is an evolution or transformation of a cause and hence as real as the cause itself.

Mrs. K. K. Sumathi1, Dr. S. Malathi 2 1Research Scholar, 2Associate Professor and Research Supervisor, Dept. of Education, NKT National College of Education for Women, Triplicane, Chennai The present study aimed to study the effectiveness of mental health awareness training on suicidal ideations at higher secondary school students. Students having suicidal ideation were identified by administering Suicidal Ideation Scale prepared by research. For the present study two equivalent groups of students were made. The sample of the study consisted of 52 students studying in Thamarai Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Thamaraipalayam, Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India. There are two groups of equal students; one is the control group which consists of 26 students and the second one is the experimental group which consists of 26 students from the same class. At first, researcher conducted pre-test before the training, after the pre -test the experimental group was given the mental health awareness training program of 45 minutes for 15 days, no special treatment given to the controlled group. After training post - test was administered. Data obtained from the students in the post-test were described and analyzed the results were interpreted. The students of the experimental group fared better in the mean scores than the control group. Interpretation showed that the mental health awareness training was reduced the level of suicidal ideations of higher secondary school students. The results revealed that 15 days training program of mental health awareness practices elicited decrease in mean score of MHAT in the experimental group from average to post test and but the students in the control group retained the same mean scores. The present study reveal that the effect of mental health awareness training influences the suicidal ideations at higher secondary school student is remarkable.

At this contemporary time of globalization, India is rising rapidly in almost all areas, but at the same time, one of the most significant issues that needs more care is food safety, because food adulteration has become a major problem in our society. This paper presents a detailed study of common food adulterants in food as well as different methods to detect the adulterants. It also provides information on food adulterants, including types of adulterants, reasons for adulteration, and the impact of adulterants.

Cryptocurrency is a new sort of asset that has emerged as a result of the advancement of financial technology. Around the world, there are hundreds of cryptocurrencies that are used. This project proposes three types of recurrent neural network (RNN) algorithms used to predict the prices of three types of cryptocurrencies, namely Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and Ethereum (ETH) . The models show excellent predictions depending on the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). Results obtained from these models show that the gated recurrent unit (GRU) performed better in prediction for all types of cryptocurrency than the long short-term memory (LSTM) and bidirectional LSTM (bi-LSTM) models. Therefore, it can be considered that the best algorithm GRU presents the most accurate prediction for LTC with MAPE percentages of 0.2454%, 0.8267%, and 0.2116% for BTC, ETH, and LTC, respectively. Overall, the prediction models in this paper represent accurate results close to the actual prices of cryptocurrencies.

Wireless communication systems play a very crucial role in modern society for entertainment, business, commercial, health and safety applications. These systems keep evolving from one generation to next generation and currently we are seeing deployment of fifth generation (5G) wireless systems around the world. Academics and industries are already discussing beyond 5G wireless systems which will be sixth generation (6G) of the evolution. One of the main and key components of 6G systems will be the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for such wireless networks. Every component and building block of a wireless system that we currently are familiar with from our knowledge of wireless technologies up to 5G, such as physical, network and application layers, will involve one or another AI/ML techniques. Here we try to use several ML algorithms to identify the suitable aspects related to the deployment of 5g and above networks by taking several features and ml algorithms into account. By comparing several algorithms we finally conclude which algorithm is best among several algorithms.

This study attempts to identify the level of job satisfaction among higher secondary teachers of Chennai District in Tamil Nadu and to test whether job satisfaction level differs among higher secondary teachers in terms of their gender, types of management and marital status. Data are collected from 217 respondents. It is found that higher secondary teachers are statistically significant evidence is observed indicating differences in job satisfaction level between male and female Government school teachers and Self-finance school teachers. Further it shows that the significant difference was not found between married and unmarried higher secondary school teachers in their level of job satisfaction.

The study aimed to compare body composition and fitness between women yoga practitioners and walking practitioners. By simple random sampling method, fifty (50) each woman regular yogic practitioners and regular walking practitioners were selected of the age from 20-25 years. For the study, BMI, four sides skin fold thickness (fat %), flexibility (bridge up test) and cardio-vascular efficiency (400m 12min run and walk) were variable for test. To analyse the collected data, mean, SD and t-test were used to signify at 0.05 level of significant. Outcomes recommend yoga group to have lower onsets of BMI and body fat and also high flexibility and cardio-vascular efficiency within the standards for their corresponding age.

This study is carried out to understand the importance for an organization to create a good employer brand that attracts potential employees to the organization. Employer brand is what the potential candidates think of an organization as an employer with respect to the work culture, work environment, modern workplace, growth opportunities, etc., provided by that organization. With a good employer brand an organization can have focused and satisfied employees. If the employees love their workplace and their job, they would not leave the organization there by reducing the attrition rate. In this paper both primary and secondary information is used. Primary data is collected through survey method and secondary data is collected from different articles, books and websites.
