ABSTRACT: The whole world facing unpredictable problems with different variants of COVID-19; B.1.617.2 is the newest form of SARS- CoV-2.It is evolving through mutations to consistently being a risk to public health. Recently, the Delta variant has been declared as the variant of concern by the World Health Organization (WHO). Delta Plus has been presented to provide a relevant foundation for future research works. Mutations are causing SARS-CoV-2 to alter its genetic structure to improve its potential to elude the immune system, making vaccine build out against the virus more difficult. Multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants have been found up to this point; based on their impact on public health some are considered variants of concern (VOCs) and some are considered variants of interests. VOCs are linked to superior transmissibility, a decline in neutralization by natural or vaccine-induced antibodies, evading capability of detection, and a reduction in the efficacy of vaccines or therapeutics. In this article, a SARS-CoV-2 subtype, known as Delta, has been revised to provide the current state of the art and an appropriate foundation for future research works. The evolution, pathogenesis, current trends of transmission, associated symptoms, suggested prevention and treatments, and vaccine efficacy of the Delta variant are reviewed and discussed.

Barbara Gowdy, the Canadian novelist diffuses the boundary between animals and humans in her novel The White Bone. She narrates the story from the perspective of animals, particularly elephants. She portrays the life of elephants with the same intense human emotions and feelings. These animals act no less than human beings thereby she is successful in making her readers sympathise with the animals. The idea of viewing animals as rhetoric beings is persistent throughout the novel and the paper aims to analyse their behavioral pattern. The theory Zoopoetics study the inherent capacity within any animal that enables him to think and innovate. The paper attempts to study the novel under the light of Zoopoetics to prove that the animals are capable of communication and they are rhetoric beings. The theory as defined by Aaron M Moe can be used to explore and analyse the agency of non- human animals.

In 2050,every electronics devices getting to be controlled and can we operate through the mobile phones. So,for every second data will be stored and retrieved.IoT architecture mostly consist of sensors which are connected to IoT board so,this particular IoT board is called as Node. The numbers of Node will be connected into single network which will be called as IoT Networks.Whole data will be passed through this IoT Networks so,may their will be a chance to the inturder to hack this networks through IP Spoofing Attacks which may cause a big loss. So,by applied a novel solution approach for detecting and preventing IP Spoofing attacks it is possible to avoid this loss. This paper fall into the problem of IP spoofing attacks give out by IoT devices and comes up with an authentication mechanism which uses Hop by Hop tracing to protect against such types of attacks without exhausting the devices in case of data transmission, processing capacity and depository. The trusted host identification is the best solution to avoid various IP spoofing attacks.

Plant sicknesses are a significant danger to ranchers, purchasers, and climate and also for worldwide economy. In the country of India itself, in and around 35% of farmland are lost to microbes. Unpredictable utilization of pesticides is likewise a serious wellbeing worry as many are poisonous and biomagnified. These antagonistic impacts can be kept away from by early sickness identification, crop observation and designated therapies. Most sicknesses are analyzed by horticultural specialists by inspecting outer side effects. Be that as it may, ranchers have restricted admittance to specialists. Our undertaking is the principal coordinated and cooperative stage for mechanized illness analysis, following and determining. Ranchers can immediately and precisely distinguish sicknesses and get arrangements with a versatile application by shooting impacted plant parts. Constant finding is empowered utilizing the most recent Expert Systems calculations for Cloud-based picture handling. The Artificial Intelligence model consistently gains from the client transferred pictures and master ideas to improve its exactness. Ranchers can likewise communicate with nearby specialists by this stage. For precaution estimate, infection thickness maps that depicts the outspread determining that are delivered from a Cloud technology based storehouse of location enabled pictures and miniature climate variables. An internet based application permits specialists to carry out sickness investigation by including geological perceptions. In the experiments carried out, the Convolutional Neural Network based on Artificial Intelligence was prepared by enormous sickness data files, which includes pictures of the plants that are gathered from many ranches. The pictures are analyzed for testing, utilizing the mechanized AI based Convolutional Neural Network model and the outcomes were sent to the experts in the field of plant diseases.

: Although we have seen positive advances in healthcare, we still have problems in the health sector mainly with a shortage of physicians (doctors) many countries fall short of the standard of 1 per 1000 with other countries reaching more than 1 per 10,000, doctor-patient ratio. Due to the shortage of medical personnel, we have developed systems like HIS, E-Health, and telemedicine. This study will mainly focus on Light Fidelity (LiFi) applications in telemedicine (remote health). The idea is to have more reliable, low latency, secure, safe, and green technology systems. Light Fidelity system (Li-Tel) uses the light spectrum to transmit measured data by sensors during the monitoring of a patient, inform the physicians in case of emergency, and track movement. This will be done by the usage of Arduino, LEDs, photodiodes, sensors, and the usage of GSM or cloud. The project focus on the transmission of data generated by the remote operation that includes live communication, live patient readings, and movement of the subject.

As a result of the rise in vegetarianism, health trends and ethical concerns, plant-based fermented beverages are gaining in popularity. Yogurt's lactic starter, Streptococcus thermophilus, is a vital part of the process. Galactose negative (Gal) S. thermophilus strains can only digest the glucose part of lactose and eject the galactose. In yoghurt, free galactose builds up due to a metabolic flaw like this. However, despite the wide variations in yoghurt eating patterns among countries, the overall consumption rate is still quite low. Only 6% of the population in the United States and Brazil drink yoghurt on a daily basis. Because of the high levels of protein and calcium it contains, yoghurt is an important part of a healthy diet. It also contains beneficial bacteria called probiotics, which may have a variety of health advantages.

Integrity of ecosystem in our rural areas mostly depends upon climate change. Increase in concentration of green house gases which consists of Nitrous Oxide, Carbon dioxide, methane influences climate change. Infact, whenever there is disturbances in the rise of the above emissions, it leads to destruction of fossil fuel, deforestation and other serious consequences. Particularly, the sericulture on the tropical environmental regions such as Telangana will be severely affected. Hence, an attempt has been made in this field study to find out the positive and negative impact of climate conditions yield and profit on sericulture. The findings have been analysed by using statistical tools such as Mean and Standard deviations, Multiple Regression and ANOVA techniques.
