The Indian Himalayan locale involves an extraordinary place in the mountain biological systems of the world. These geodynamic ally youthful mountains are not just vital from the stance of atmosphere and as a supplier of life, offering water to a vast piece of the Indian subcontinent; however, they likewise harbor a rich assortment of flora and fauna. In spite of the plenitude of characteristic assets, the vast majorities of its kin are underestimated and still live on subsistence level. The informal misuse of characteristic assets is prompting expanding natural corruption and irritating the effect of regular risks. There is a need to advance new worldview to re-establish harmony between monetary intrigue and environmental goals with due respects to socio-social standards. The remarkable superb Himalaya has given colossal environment merchandise and ventures in the past and, with legitimate arranging and administration will have the capacity to give the same later on moreover. When manifestations of natural weakening end up noticeably evident, regularly the main alternative left is to respond to the circumstance and attempt to cure the issues by expensive restorative measures. It is greatly improved be that as it may, to have the capacity to envision the issue and take up preventive measures to start with. Appropriate training at different levels, long-go database and a comprehensive approach would bring us closer to feasible advancement guaranteeing better personal satisfaction, enhanced financial status, and limited unfriendly impact in a coma situation. The Himalayan locale ought not be troubled with in reverse dragging legacy of the past, nor be obliged by the missteps that greater states have submitted. I long for an insurgency clearing the Himalayan locale and another time of bounty and advance accompanying the introducing of the following thousand years. Our present encapsulates our future too. It is just the future that we need to consider. In this background I try to highlight the challenges of Climate Change for Himalayan environmental Sustainability. In first section, this talks about different aspects of Himalayan. And second section discusses the impact of Climate Change on Indian Himalayan environmental Sustainability.

Present paper envisions a model of two phased coronary blood flow in arterioles relevant to silent ischemia. Through arterioles the coronary circulation be made of the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart muscle to remove it. The blood enters coronary arterioles from coronary artery. We have implemented the Herschel Bulkley Non-Newtonian model in bio-fluid mechanical setup. We have accumulated pathological data in case of silent ischemia for the graphical study of blood pressure drop v/s hematocrit. Including everything the presentation is in tensorial form and solution techniques adopted is analytical as well as numerical.

Due to the high need for unstructured data storage nowadays, cloud storage technology is crucial for storing and accessing data on remote servers for better growth. Due to a lack of security, there are several privacy leakage issues in use today's cloud storage services. There is a potential that unauthorised users might misuse the data by deleting or altering the data that already exists in the data repository because, in general, all cloud servers attempt to store and access the data under a centralised storage location. This inspired me to suggest this essay, which incorporates fog computing to completely secure the data. Here, we created a multi-level privacy protection system where each and every portion of a cloud server that is divided into pieces is viewed as a fog node The data will be split up into several chunks at first, and each block is individually and securely deposited into a fog node. Here, the data that is saved on the cloud server was encrypted and decrypted using the block chain technology. We ultimately arrived to the conclusion that our suggested SBBS is effective at protecting cloud data from unauthorised user access by running several experiments on our proposed model, and if this is launched in cloud servers, there will be significant security for the distant data.

The aim of this study was to assess the level of skill regarding prevention of central line associated blood stream infection among staff nurses in selected hospital Kashmir. Central venous catheters are among the most frequently used medical devices in critically ill patients. Unfortunately, complications are not uncommon despite the many improvements in caregiver behavior observed over recent decades. Central line-associated bloodstream infection is probably the most feared complication. It is defined as a primary laboratory-confirmed bloodstream infection in a patient with a central line at the time of, or within 24-h prior to, the onset of symptoms, in cases where the cultured organism is not related to an infection from another site. The central line should be in place for >?2 calendar days on the date of the event, with the day of device placement being day 1. Tens of thousands of patients continue to experience CLABSIs each year in the US, resulting in thousands of deaths each year and billions of dollars in added costs to the US healthcare system. Healthcare providers must follow a strict protocol when inserting the line to make sure the line remains sterile and a CLABSI does not occur. In addition to inserting the central line properly, health care providers must use stringent infection control practices and each time they should check the line or change the dressing. So medical personals can play vital role in safe guarding the patients from developing the infection while doing any procedure or treatment. There are different types of hospital acquired infections but central line associated blood stream infection is most common. Globally 250000 blood stream infections occur annually and most are related to the presence of intravascular devices. In united sates the central line associated blood stream infection rate in intensive care unit is estimated 0.8 per 1000 central line days. On this basis a pre-experimental study was conducted to assess the level of skill regarding prevention of central line associated blood stream infection among staff nurses in selected hospital Kashmir. Thirty study subjects were selected by non-probability purposive sampling technique. Self-structured questionnaire was used to assess the level of skill. Data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings revealed that mean pretest 12.56 among staff nurses was poor with SD 2.41 and t-test 3.98.The study recommended that planned teaching program, awareness programmes, demonstrations and trainings should be imparted to increase the level of skill among health professionals.

Ayurveda is the traditional Indian system of medicine that is meant for curing diseases and also in preventing the occurrence of diseases. It focuses on healthy lifestyle practices and regular consumption of herbs especially mediational plants for curing various diseases. In the traditional system of medicine, different parts of the Tulasi plant (Ocimum sanctum Linn.) possess various therapeutic effects. Eugenol (1-hydroxy-2methoxy-4-allylbenzene), the active constituents present in O. sanctum L. is largely responsible for the therapeutic potentials. Caenorhabditis elegans is a free-living, transparent nematode, about 1mm in length, that lives in the temperate soil environment. This has been widely used as a model organism for various studies. The effect of crude extract of Ocimum sanctum on C. elegans has been studied here. Firstly, it includes extraction process from Tulsi leaves, then the maintenance of C. elegans which involves Preparation of NGM agar plates, M9 buffer solution, MEM for E. coli; seeding and chunking of plates; age synchronization.
