Video streaming is categorized into two types in the form of on-demand video transcoding and live-streaming, typically the streaming videos are transcoded based on the clients viewing device characteristics. However, the transcoding operation is expensive in case of computation and storage. expensive so, the streaming video service providers at present store numerous versions of same transcoded videos to serve various kinds of client devices for the viewers satisfaction. The foremost challenges in using cloud resources for transcoding videos is to deploy the cloud services without any changes in the quality of service for the streaming videos. To avoid these challenges, in order to present an architecture for video on-demand transcoding for streaming videos. Therefore, by using an amazon web service (AWS) solution architecture for video on-demand transcoding to overcome the challenge particularly Amazon EC2 service for computing and Amazon S3 service for storage. Correspondingly, AWS provides video on demand architecture for amazon workflow and service delivery. This best solution for minimizing the start-up delay, Latency, Transmission delay and throughput as a QOS metrics to evaluate the performance it proposed architecture as Amazon web service solution architecture that finds the way to overcome these challenges. Simulation results using CloudSim tool is used to shows that, AWS video streaming architecture has improved QoS than the Cloud-based Video Streaming Service Architecture could significantly reduce the QoS violations in video streaming.

The present investigation was carried out on the Teesta river at three stations to study the seasonal change of phyStation-1co-chemical factors . The parameters studied were air and water temperature, turbidity, pH, total dissolved solid, total suspended solid, total solid, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, biological oxygen demand, free carbon dioxide, chloride, salinity, total alkalinity, hardness, nitrate, phosphate and Station-1licate. The seasonal variation of the different parameters i.e Pre monsoon, Monsoon, and Post Monsoon has been discussed.

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) has emerged as one of the 21st century 's key public health issues, challenging the successful prevention and treatment of an ever-increasing number of infections caused by bacteria, parasites, viruses and fungi that are no longer susceptible to the common medicines used to treat them. Concerning antibiotic resistance in bacteria, the issue of AMR is extremely urgent. Bacteria causing common or serious infections have es-tablished resistance to each new antibiotic coming on the market over many decades, to varying degrees. The need for action to avert a developing global health care crisis is im-perative in the face of this reality.

MUDRA was launched as a refinancing institution to provide funding support to the lending institutions engaged in financing micro units in the country. Micro enterprises are an important sector of the Indian economy which is providing jobs to millions of people and promoting income as well. It is estimated that more than 60 million micro enterprises support over 100 million people for their employment and livelihood. Micro enterprise constitutes an important pillar of Indian economy as they account for more than 90 percent of non agriculture employment. The sector continues to grow despite of issues like non availability of credit, limited market linkages, technology obsolescence, etc. Access to institutional finance could potentially turn these micro entrepreneurs into strong instruments of GDP growth and employment. To build on this opportunity Government of India initiated the Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Limited (MUDRA) in 2015-2016 with the mandate of Funding the Unfunded micro entrepreneurs. On this background the paper attempts to study the performance of PMMY Scheme and evaluate the performance in India and in the state of Tamilnadu.

Objective: To provide a quantitative summary of role of optimism on cancer survival, and to presentthe year wise reporting aspects of the previous studies. Method: Electronic searches and manual searches of reference lists were done from review articles and retrieved papers. A coding manual was prepared which include the following variables: publication year, authors name, title of the studies, statistical analysis used, result and whether the study accepted/ rejected the role of optimism in cancer survival. Results: Twenty five articles from published journal between 1966 and 2016(20 years) were included in the present meta-analysis. Of these, only 11 studies are aimed to find out the direct relation between optimism and cancer survival and 6 of them proved significant relation except five that oppose the direct relation between optimism and cancer survival.14 studies are aimed to find out the relation between cancer survival and the related concepts of optimism like pessimism, minimization/ denial, physical as well asmental health, emotional wellbeing coping style and benefit finding and found positive relation between the variable that may indirectly influence the survival. Three studies identified the psychosocial factors that influence cancer survival and didnt point out optimism as a psycho-social factors. Very few studies were found (only 10 in number) before 2006 and 5 of them didnt prove optimism as a factor in cancer survival. The recent findings from the remaining 15 studies proved significant relation between optimism and cancer survival. Conclusion: 20 out of 25 studies revealed a significant relation between optimism and cancer survival. But a definiteconclusion about whether optimism predicts cancersurvival seems premature, because of the lack of articles related to the topic. Future studies within the psycho-oncology should address the role of psycho-social factors in cancer survival and if it is proved should develop a psycho-social intervention module which can reach the needed people for betterment of the life.

The Insolvency Resolution of India has gone through a structural change due to the economic impact when The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 was enacted. The Code provides a procedure for the insolvency resolution within a stipulated time frame. It made it possible for the creditors and debtors to claim the debt and the concerned Authority would decide over the matter within the specified time period. The main object of this code is to save and to ease out the termination of firms from the financial and economic condition. The Economic and Financial subjects are the backbone of the code and the Adjudicating Authority, Appellate Authority and Judiciary have articulated applicable execution of the code and settled the hazy areas to give total lucidity, conviction, and consistency for the stakeholders. Through this paper, I aim to discuss the interpretation of financial creditors and operational creditors in relation to the relevant provisions and some judicial pronouncements which have helped in the legal development under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
