 Abstract

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Prolonged standing Occupations require extended periods of standing work, leading to muscle fatigue in the lower extremities, causing maladaptive ankle joint positioning. A challenging function of the postural control system in humans is to maintain safety within bipedal stance movement patterns for our upright body position. And because locomotion is an integral part of many daily activities, mobility in the ankle joint complex is a constant requirement of these tasks. Limited ROM of the ankle joints prevents activities of daily living (ADLs) such as walking, standing up, and climbing stairs. In addition, the technique of dynamic reverse proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation forms the movement pattern of activities of daily life. OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of dynamic reverse proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technique and intermittent stretching on dorsiflexion range of motion, planterflexion range of motion, and foot and ankle range of motion in participants with prolonged standing occupation. METHODOLOGY: A total of 60 participants occupied in Prolong standing Occupation, male and female in the age group of 30-50 years were included. Written informed consent was obtained from participants who met the selection criteria. 60 subjects were divided into two groups as Group A: Intervention (PNF) group, Group B: Control group (Intermittent Stretching). Participants were divided into two groups with odd and even randomization methods. Outcome measures were dorsiflexion and planterflexion range of motion and FAAM score. RESULTS: Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 21.0 software. Data analysis indicated that both the dynamic reverse PNF group and the intermittent stretching group showed significant changes in improvement in range of motion (p<0.05) and left and right leg FAAM scores (p<0.05). But in the intergroup comparative analysis, neither group was found to be superior to the other in increasing dorsiflexion range of motion (p>0.05), plantar flexion range of motion (p>0.05), and the degree of foot and ankle measurement. (p>0.05. CONCLUSION: Based on this study, dynamic reversals were effective in improving both planterflexion and dorsiflexion range of motion along with an increase in FAAM scores but was not superior to that of the control group.

 Abstract

Educational aspiration of students is the desire to clarify the educational inequalities related to their career choices and achievement in later life. Generally, Educational aspirations is to refer their aims and individual plan on educational setting. Children who have prejudiced related to the race, ethnicity, economic status brings a child to conflict with law. The main purpose of the study is to study on the child who is having conflict with law and their educational aspiration. Descriptive survey method was used for this study. The sample of the study is 30 Children who are in Conflict with law from Thoothukudi district, Tamilnadu. The simple random sampling was employed to select the sample. A self-made tool on Educational Aspiration of Children in conflict with law was constructed by the investigator and the guide for collecting the data. Percentage analysis, Arithmetic mean, Standard deviation and t-test are the statistical techniques utilized to analyse the data. The finding shows that the students belonging to the urban areas have better aspirations than their counterparts.

 Abstract

This survey's objective is to learn how Instagram affects student instructors so that we can inform them of Instagram's educational uses outside of publishing and sharing. While also encouraging others to sign up for Instagram and take use of its benefits without hesitation. Only 100 student teachers participated in the survey. This study examines social media in general and Instagram specifically to determine how useful they are in daily life. Additionally, it aids in dispelling their negative perception of social media.

 Abstract

Microstrip antennas are becoming very widespread within the wireless and mobile communication because of their various advantages over the conventional antennas. Microstrip antennas have many advantages over the conventional antennas because of light weight and low volume, low profile planar configuration which can be easily made conformal to host surface, low fabrication cost, capable of dual and triple frequency operations, mechanically robust when mounted on rigid surfaces. Rectangular microstrip antenna exhibits several limitations such as low bandwidth, low efficiency, low gain and directivity owing to the excitation of surface waves. There are numerous and well-known methods to increase the bandwidth of antennas, including increase of the substrate thickness, the use of a low dielectric substrate, slotted patch antenna, the use of various impedance matching and feeding techniques.

 Abstract

The majority of human injuries and fatalities are caused by traffic accidents and other kinds of accidents. According to World Health Organization data from 2015, traffic accidents killed approximately 1.25 million people worldwide, or one person is killed every 25 seconds. While the cost of road accidents in Europe is projected to be around 160 billion euros, according to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, drowsy driving is responsible for approximately 100,000 accidents in the United States alone (NHTSA). A non-invasive approach to detecting driver drowsiness is discussed in this paper. To identify the driver's drowsiness, the face features are retrieved, and then the extracted facial features are put to a deep learning model. The Real-life Drowsiness Dataset (UTA-RLDD) from the University of Texas at Arlington is used in this work. The suggested method successfully determines the driver's level of awareness.

 Abstract

Forensic accounting is considered as a new area of specialization and in recent years various sectors like corporate, banks, insurance companies and even police agencies require the service of forensic accounting experts. Forensic accounting in India has come to limelight due to rapid increase in frauds and white-collar crimes and the belief that our law enforcement agencies do not have sufficient expertise or the time needed to uncover frauds. The main object of this paper is to provide an insight into the latest developments of forensic accounting in India as an effective weapon for white-collar fraud detection and fraud prevention.

 Abstract

Tinospora cordifolia (Willd) Miers ex Hook.F. and Thom belonging to the family Menispermaceae,is a large, deciduous, climbing shrub found throughout India, especially in the tropical parts ascending to an altitude of 300 m. and also in certain parts of China. It is known as heart leave Moonseed plant in English,Guduchi in Sanskrit and Giloy in Hindi. A great number of plants are being used in medicine for therapeutic or prophylactic purposes. Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) is a popular medicinal plant spread over the tropics. It effectiveness in therapy is well known globally. Lesser known are it dietary benefits. Guduchi is being used in Diet by many tribal people of India and it also forms a part of traditional Indian cuisine. Ayurveda also states it dietary utility. The various benefits acquired by the use of Guduchi as a dietary component have been reviewed and discussed in this article
