Background: In sewing machine operators, due to prolonged sitting, the hamstring muscles are in shortened position (posterior pelvic tilt & knee 90degree flexion) which causes the tightness of the hamstring muscles and also leads to further discomfort and hampers the performance to meet their job demands. Thus, the sewing machine operators were exposed to ART & MET which have an immediate effect on reducing the hamstring muscle tightness. Methods: Ethical clearance was taken from different clothing factories and consent was taken from 60 subjects (sewing machine operators) having hamstring tightness. They were divided into two equal groups. Pre and post measurements of active knee extension test (AKE) and sit and reach test (SART) was taken. Group A underwent Active Release Technique and Group B underwent Muscle Energy Technique (MET). Result: There was significant reduction in hamstring tightness(p=0.0001) in both techniques. Statistical comparison of both techniques showed that Active Release Technique (ART) was more effective than Muscle Energy Technique (MET). Conclusion: This study concludes that Active Release Technique (ART) is more effective than Muscle Energy Technique (MET) in reducing hamstring tightness immediately.

It's important to save archaeological monuments as they play a pivotal part in helping us understand mortal history and their accomplishments for times with no or little spoken sources. The first step for this purpose is an effective system for collecting and establishing information about objects of interest for archaeologists. One of the best way to automate this process is using deep neural networks. Archaeology is the scientific study of mortal history. Computers have been used in the field of archaeology for multitudinous times and it has now come an essential wide tool for archaeologists. As the use or operation of computers becomes increasingly necessary to the work of the archaeologist, which they bear a clear understanding of the impact of information technology upon their discipline. In this work, we propose a hierarchical Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model to classify archaeological objects, artifacts. This paper explains the influence and the development of computers on all aspects of archaeological disquisition and interpretation, from check, excavation and museums to galleries, education and communicating the history. To compare and validate our system, we run trials on the same data set using deep knowledge model. The instigation of the computers can begin with the appraisal at all stages of archaeological disquisition and data analysis. The main themes to materialize are the eventuality of computers as active agents for study rather than as just unresisting tools, and the symbiotic relationship between the development of digital technologies and archaeological proposition.

Every product need to have promotion through different channels. But are these promotional offers effective enough for the companies? The Home appliances sector has been growing over the years in India with multiple players from the international arena also being part of the competition. This research paper is investigating the impact of demographic variables on the promotional schemes done by companies. The research is focused on home appliance consumers. The target group were consumers of Home appliances in Ernakulam. Chi square test was done to test the hypothesis. The various demographic parameters-age, annual income and gender have been tested to arrive at the result. The results show that though gender had no impact, annual income and age have a strong association with promotional offers given by the companies.

The present study was undertaken to study the Academic resilience and Problem solving ability among higher secondary students. A total sample of 300 higher secondary school students were selected through stratified random sampling technique based on Gender, Medium of instruction, and Stream of study from 10 higher secondary schools for the present study. For the collection of data the investigator used Academic Resilience Scale. ARS-30 was constructed and validated by Cassidy (2016) and Problem Solving Inventory (PSI) was constructed and validated by Ntina Kourmousil (2016). The results of the study showed that there exists positive high correlation between academic resilience and problem solving ability among higher secondary school students and significant difference was found in academic resilience and problem solving ability among higher secondary school students with respect to gender. Further, the significant difference was not found between Tamil medium and English medium students, Arts and Science students in their academic resilience and problem solving ability.

Abstract: MNREGA is one of the flagship programme initiated by the government of India to enhance the livelihood of the rural poor by providing extensive employment opportunities. The Indian state of assam is comprises of 3.63 crores of population out of which approximately more than 86 percent of the population lives in rural areas and majority of them are living in BPL category.Unemplyment rate is also at peak hence there is a question mark about the safety and security of these people .This scheme will definitely give a new direction to live a secure social living. The overall labour budget has get reduced this year but yet with innovative and extensive use of this funds will ensure the rural life of the people. This a programme which will bring a holistic change in the economy by providing supportive initiative towards the self-reliant as a whole, women empowerment, poverty elevation etc.

In the Polygram substitution technique, one block of alphabets is replaced by another block. The model is proposed for computationally secure online secret sharing, which allows dynamic modification of the secret and addition of participants without the need to secretly distribute the new shares to the current participants. The security of the method is based on the intractability of factoring. This can be achieved by a simple graphical masking method that includes two phases: Encryption of the individual secrets and sharing of the data. The generation of the shares is done by a simple masking technique using Polygram substitution, and the reconstruction can be done by a simple unmasking of the qualified shares. The generated shares are encrypted and each encrypted share contains partial secret information, which leads to additional protection of secret data on the Internet. Moreover, we achieve efficient recovery of the original secret data.
