INTRODUCTION: The International Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis gives the following definition for DIC: "An acquired syndrome characterized by the intravascular activation of coagulation with loss of localization arising from different causes. It can originate from and cause damage to the microvasculature, which if sufficiently severe can produce organ dysfunction". Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) is a relatively commonly suspected complication in myriad clinical situations in hospital settings (ICU)1. METHOD: The present study "Differential diagnosis of Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation by hematological and coagulation tests" was conducted in our institution. Total 100 cases of patients admitted in ICU wards of Medicine, Pediatrics and Obstetrics and Gynecology were studied. RESULT: Hematological and coagulation profile in 100 cases of patients with thrombocytopenia, <150/cmm or >25% decrease from baseline were studied. Out of 100 cases 85 cases show coagulation disorder with DIC, 5 cases show normal coagulation profile with Hemolytic uremic syndrome - Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (HUS-TTP), and remaining 10 cases were of only thrombocytopenia. CONCLUSION: D Dimer is >0.5 ug/dl in 100% of cases, so it can be used as more specific test when both platelet count and PT are deranged to confirm diagnosis of DIC. The combination of platelet count and PT help discriminate between TTP-HUS and DIC.

: Converting a low dynamic range (LDR) image to a high dynamic range (HDR) image produces an image that closely resembles the real world without the use of expensive equipment. Recent advances in deep learning have enabled the creation of realistic and intelligent HDR photos. In this work, we present a Deep learning method for segmenting bright and dark areas of input LDR images and reconstructing HDR images with similar real-world dynamic ranges. To create HDR images, the proposed multi-level deep learning network brightens bright areas and darkens dark areas, combining features with a wider range of brightness. Information about missing overexposed and underexposed areas is efficiently implemented by splitting the LDR image into bright and dark parts, resulting in a natural HDR image with colors and appearances similar to the extracted real features. The Firefly Optimization technique is considered to minimize the features that are extracted to obtain HDR images.

The main objectives of working capital management include maintaining the working capital operating cycle and ensuring its ordered operation, minimizing the cost of capital spent on the working capital, and maximizing the return on current asset investments. Working capital is a prevalent metric for the efficiency, liquidity and overall health of a company. It is a reflection of the results of various company activities, including revenue collection, debt management, inventory management and payments to suppliers. This is because it includes inventory, accounts payable and receivable, cash, portions of debt due within the period of a year and other short-term accounts.

There are a few insect and fungal species that have been identified as agricultural pests and pathogens so far. Insect pests are a major cause of yield loss in India. Some examples include Helicoverpa armigera on pulses, cotton, vegetables, and sunflower; Spodoptera on vegetables; Pyrilla on wheat, rice, millet, and sugarcane; the recently introduced pest Ceratovacuna lanigera (woolly aphids) on sugarcane; and mealy bug on cotton (Phenacoccus gossypiphilous) and grapes (Maconellicoccus hirsutus). Therefore, the primary objective of this preliminary investigation is pest detection. Insights gained from this study will aid in the cultivation of high-quality crops for domestic consumption. The agricultural economy context is very important. Farmers might profit from pest protection for this type of crop. By keeping an eye on their crops and inspecting for pests, farmers may better target their pest control efforts. In this way, one can reduce their reliance on agrochemicals. In addition, early detection of pests allows for less intensive use of appropriate treatments, reducing the overall impact on the crop. With the use of Neural Networks, we have collected photos of plants that have been damaged by pests and have preprocessed and detected using clustering and vector machine algorithms.

In this paper we present water level indicator with wireless remote connectivity . Suring the rainy season it is necessary to check the water level every time at the dam site to avoid any calamities. We designed a model which can measure the water level and transmit it. Using float and pulley arrangement and rotary encoder we measured the water level and using MICRF module we have transmitted the recorded data. Rotary encoder is attached to the shaft with the help of hub. The Change in water level will rotate the pulley and incremental encoder. A typical encoder uses optical sensors to provide a series of pulses that can be translated into motion, position, or direction.

The buzz around Fintech has gained substantial attention from traditional banks, regulators, and policymakers. Banks and regulators are hard-pressed to transform their traditional operating models to create a current fintech ecosystem conducive enough for the users. In this paper, we reviewed the literature on the progression of fintech with respect to the regulations and policies surrounding it as well as the importance of Fintech in achieving Financial Inclusion. We reviewed the fintech ecosystem and segregated it into three segments, from 2010-2015, 2016-2020, and 2021 to present. We have discussed the existing literature from the mentioned timeline and concluded that despite being surrounded by numerous challenges, the acceptance of Fintech has boomed over the period of time and created some new avenues for future research.
