Numerous applications of the Internet of Things are employed to make life easier on a daily basis. A sophisticated security environment is required for the Internet of Things. Internet of Things security is crucial in opening up new business prospects and protecting us from danger. In order to improve and safeguard the growing number of connected "things" on our network, it is also a cloud subscription service available on demand[2]. The Internet of Things and cloud computing together not only improve its security but also broaden the range of its applications. But it also reveals important security flaws and some serious issues that need to be fixed. The research group has recently been concentrating on the security concerns and difficulties in the Internet of Things powered by the cloud. At this time, more and more surveys were being conducted on topics like intrusion detection systems, developing technologies, and threat modeling[5]. This article discusses the impact of IoT on data security to highlight the gap. This research paper discusses several security difficulties and challenges in the Internet of Things by combining the idea of a cloud-based Internet of Things architecture with various layers.

Increased prevalence of the Rheumatoid Arthritis, temporary and reduced success rates in invasive contemporary treatment measures has drawn considerable attention towards alternative, effective, non-invasive treatment modalities. Amavata is described in Madhavanidana 25th chapter. Shunthyadi Kwatha is described in Yoga Ratnakara and Rasonadi Kwatha is described in Bhaisajya ratnavali 29th chapter. The main objective of the study was to compare the efficacy of Shunthyadi Kwatha and Rasonadi Kwatha in Amavata. A comparative clinical study with minimum of 40 patients, fulfilling diagnostic criteria belonging to either sex will be randomly selected from the OPD and IPD, divided into Group A administered with Shunthyadi Kwatha and Group B Rasonadi Kwatha for 30 days. The result is analyzed as per grading given to the patient before treatment, During treatment and after follow up. The result is drawn by applying paired and unpaired t test. Both Shunthyadi Kwatha and Rasonadi Kwatha were found to be statistically highly significant on all parameters in treating Amavata. Group B with Rasonadi Kwatha (50.91%) was more effective than Group B with Shunthyadi Kwatha (43.97%) in treating the Amavata.

This research work aims to explore the status of fish diversity in the lower stretch of West Rapti River, Banke. A total of 3 sampling stations were sampled from September 2021 to May 2022 to cover 3 seasons. 42 diverse fish species were identified from the various locations of the lower stretch of West Rapti River, which belongs to 5 orders, 14 families, and 25 genera. The principal order and family as determined by fish capture of the West Rapti River were found to be Cypriniformes (67%) and Cyprinidae (60%) respectively. The principal fish species determined was Cabdio morar followed by Barilius bendelesis, Salmostoma phulo, and Barilius barna. Using the Shannon-Weiner index (H) and Pielou's Evenness index (J), the species diversity was examined. The station wise-value of H' ranged from 2.90 to 3.15 and the values of J ranged from 0.77 to 0.84. Similarly, the seasonal value of H' ranged from 2.8 to 3.36 and the value of J ranged from 0.75 to 0.90. This analysis indicates fairly rich fish diversity in the lower West Rapti River, Banke. This result is expected to contribute skeletal information for the future studies in the West Rapti River and other different freshwater bodies.

Mucoadhesive drug delivery systems extent the residence time of the dosage form at the site of application or absorption. They facilitate an intimate touch of the dosage shape with the underlying absorption floor and accordingly enhance the healing overall performance of the drug. These structures continue to be in near touch with the absorption tissue, the mucous membrane, liberating the drug on the movement the site of action main to a bioavailability growth and each nearby and systemic effects. The principal benefit of this course for drug transport is that, the transport via way of means of this course via way of means of passes the primary pass metabolism of diverse capsules which are susceptible to their hepatic first pass metabolism. This assessment provide the short information approximately the oral mucosal drug transport via way of means of discussing in short the structural function of mucosa, mechanism of mucoadhesion, diverse theories of mucoadhesion, well-known attention in layout of mucoadhesive buccal dosage forms, permeation complements and the diverse assessment strategies at the side of the literature Survey of the mucoadhesive drug transport System.
