 Abstract

One of the most significant social and historical philosophers and religious figures in Indian history was Adi Sankaracharya. Around Kerala, he was born in the eighth century A.D. He was a part of Lord Shiva. This paper attempts to examine the historical and social life of Sankaracharya and the evolution of social and historical exchanges brought about by his system, which disproved some long-held notions. He was founded by Dwarika, Jyoti, Govardhan, Sringeri and the Kanchi Peeth with differing social and political philosophies.

 Abstract

Background: Low Back Pain (LBP) is a common musculoskeletal problem during pregnancy. About one third of the population suffering from LBP report severe pain which is often associated with limitations on a women's ability to work effectively, leading to poor quality of life. Hence, the individual productivity in their routine activities is reduced. This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of Myofascial release technique (MFR) with Gluteus Medius Muscle Strengthening in Postural Low Back Pain (PLBP) during pregnancy. A total of 30 subjects were randomly selected using random sampling technique. Whole procedure was explained to the subjects and the informed consent were taken prior to testing. All the subjects who fulfill the inclusion and exclusion criteria were undergo basic assessment and assigned randomly into two groups named as group A and group B, the baseline measurement was evaluated. This study was done to examine effect of MFR technique with gluteus medius muscle strengthening in postural low back pain during pregnancy. Result shows that there was statistically significance improvement in between the groups A and B. Exercise protocol of group A showed more significant reduction in VAS scale as compared to group B. Exercise protocol of group A showed more significant increase strength in Gluteus Medius muscle as compare to group B. This study shows that MFR with Gluteus Medius Muscle Strengthening was more effective in treatment of postural low back pain during pregnancy compare to normal antenatal exercise protocol by group B within 2 weeks.  Abstract

A review was conducted to assess the burden of mental disorders and examine different problems and challenges at the community level. This review focused on electronic databases for studies on the prevalence and associated factors of various mental disorders at the community level. The World Health Organization estimates that mental and behavioral disorders account for approximately 12% of the global burden of disease. Various studies have shown a high prevalence of mental disorders among women, the elderly, disaster survivors, industrial workers, children, adolescents, and those with chronic illnesses. We need better living conditions, political commitment, primary health care and women's empowerment.

 Abstract

This study has been undertaken to investigate the mechanical properties AA60633-TiC Metal matrix composite, a Aluminium alloy 6063 with varying percentage of 2%, 4%, 6% titanium carbide is MMC is prepared by liquid metallurgical process. The mechanical strength and hardness studies are done heat treatment and without heat treatment process, the results shows that improved results in heat treated material samples compared to without heat treatment samples.

 Abstract

Solubility, the phenomenon of dissolution of solute in a solvent in a specified condition to give a homogenous system, is the important parameters to achieve desired concentration of drug in systemic circulation for desired pharmacological response. the primary aim of this review was to improve the solubility of BCS Class-II drugs because of their low solubility and dissolution rate. Therefore, the enhancement of solubility of practically insoluble drug was the most challenging aspect of drug development pharmaceutically active molecules with low solubility convey a higher risk of failure for drug innovation and development. pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and some other parameters, such as drug absorption, drug distribution, protein binding,etc. are majorly affected by their solubility. among all pharmaceutical dosage forms, oral dosage forms cover more than 50%, and the drug molecule should be water-soluble. for maintaining good therapeutic activity by the drug molecule on the target site, solubility and bioavailability are the major factors. hence with the advancement of chemical science, the need of development of pharmaceutical technologies to improve patient compliance for medication. This article aims is to describe the different solubility enhancement techniques to improve the solubility of the drug by different approaches such as traditional and Novel methods like pH adjustment, Micronization,homogenization, Salt formation, Lyophilization, hot melt Extrusion, Solvent evaporation, melt son crystallization, prodrug approach, etc. for the acquirement of the effective absorption and improved bioavailability.

Machine learning (ML) and other forms of artificial intelligence (AI) are finding more and more uses in production environments. The study provides an in-depth analysis of the current state of machine learning (ML) applications in manufacturing settings. Technology advancements in smart mining have made real-time data production, gathering, and exchange possible. For this reason, the mining sector is actively engaged in ML-based research that makes use of this data. In addition, this research provided a comprehensive review of the uses of data sciences and ML in several areas of petroleum engineering and geosciences, including petroleum exploration, reservoir characterization, oil well drilling, production, and well stimulation, with special attention paid to the rapidly expanding field of unconventional reservoirs. A look into the future of data science and ML in the oil and gas business is provided, along with an examination of the features of ML that are needed to improve prediction. Different ML methods with application to the oil and gas sector are compared in detail in this paper. This article also discussed how the advent of AI and ML has sparked a paradigm change in healthcare, opening up new avenues of analysis and prediction within the realm of medical data. The application of AI and ML to combat COVID-19 has recently been demonstrated in a number of studies.
