This paper is an attempt to understand how social media has become a place for civic discourse and opinion formation. The virtual public sphere is an extension of Habermass original public sphere. The rise and fall of a goverment is based on public opinion. This is an analysis of understanding how the public sphere of mass society depend on media to constitute their discursive spaces.

Resveratrol (RV), a non-flavonoid polyphenol found in grapes, berries, peanuts and grape products such as red wine, has antioxidant, anti-cancerous, anti-inflammatory, and anti-neurodegenerative properties. These effects are due to its ability to remove reactive oxygen species, inhibition of cyclooxygenases, and activation of anti-inflammatory pathways through interactions with proteins such as SIRT1, COX, ER, and NF-?B. In the present report an insilico approach is adopted to study the interactions between RV and its analog 3E with the above proteins through a flexible molecular docking tool using molecular virtual docker to hypothesize an efficient possible pathway. The results have revealed analog 3E as an efficient molecule with better docking scores to interact with proteins than RV.

Human behavior is mainly influenced by emotion. People are significantly impacted by the music and movies they listen and see. Video has emerged as a popular and dominant medium during this pandemic. In order to develop recommendation systems on the basis of user emotions and deliver dynamic content recommendations to users, this paper attempted to present a system design model. We will suggest the list of movies to the user by applying deep neural network technology to capture real-time emotion and combine it with conventional content-based recommendations. The term "recommender system" refers to a system that may be used to suggest products to a user based on information or criteria such as prior user comments or other user patterns. This study will offer movies or music to the user based on his or her facial expression rather than prior input from the user or any other trend. Therefore, it is important to develop a recommendation system that uses less user data while still functioning well since a user's needs could not be tied to his or her history but rather to the present, which is denoted by the user's expressions.

One of the most deadly, prevalent, and aggressive disease, brain tumors have an extremely low life expectancy at the highest grade. Early detection and prompt treatment are therefore crucial in order to avoid the spread of such diseases. In this method, anomalies in the brain are examined using MRI. It takes a lot of time to manually investigate the categorization of brain tumors, and human error is always a possibility. Because of this, doing an accurate analysis quickly is crucial. This method presents a highly accurate Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm-based automated brain tumor classification algorithm. The segmentation of the brain portion begins with a thresholding technique, which is then followed by a morphological operation. Brain MRI data is classified into benign and malignant conditions using CNN algorithms.

In this paper, we explain the process of storing, preparing, and analyzing Twitter streaming data, then we examine the methods and tools available in python to visualize the analyzed data. We believe that using social networks and microblogs to efficiently analyze massive real-time data about the product, services, or global events is crucial for better decisions. The popularity of Twitter as an information source has led to the development of applications and research in a wide range of fields. Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief is one domain where information from Twitter is used to provide situational awareness of a crisis situation. Managerial decisions, stock prediction, and improving traffic prediction are some examples of the use cases getting favorites among researchers.

Hypothyroidism as such is not mentioned in Ayurveda directly. Detailed study reveals vitiation of Vata and Kapha resulting Jatharagnimandyata and Dhatwagnimandyata at Rasavaha, Raktavaha, Medovaha, Shukravaha and Manovaha Srotas. Dosha-dushya samoorchhana in various Dhatus results in systemic manifestation of Hypothyroidism. Thyroid gland is situated at urdhwa jatru that is Kapha sthana hence Kapha Dosha Pradhan vyadhi. Vamana Karma with Madanpippali yoga as vamaka yoga selected for the study. As per Acharya Vagbhata, Hypothyroidism is Kapha associated Pitta dushti with vitiation of Vata due to margavarana. Virechana with Trivrut Leha has been selected to eliminate doshas and release Margavarodh. The study was carried out on total 40 registered patients of Hypothyroidism fulfilling the diagnostic and inclusion criteria belonging to either sex irrespective of socio-economic status and religion. The therapy provided Highly significant results on most of all parameters of assessment. Hence our treatment modality can be recommended to all the patients of Hypothyroidism.

Assam is the land of rivers and streams. Considering the very high ecological diversity of the water assets and the blessings of the river and stream network, most of the cities and towns development in this state occurred close to the rivers and streams. Species diversity is acknowledged as foremost trait of ecosystem functioning. Seasonal variation of fish assemblage structure with physico-chemical parameters in Langting stream, Dima Hasao district, Assam were studied based on survey and analysis, conducted during March 2021 to February 2022. During the four seasons each with three different stations were selected for data collection. Shannon diversity index, the Simpson index and Margalef diversity index have been used to access the diversity. To explore the fish assemblage structure, fish samples were collected in seasonal basis from three sites of the stream by using cast net and gill net. A total of 1335 individuals belonging to 5 orders, 20 genera, 12 families and 27 species were collected from the selected sites. 11 species out of total 27 species found in Langting river, belong to order Siluriformes followed by Cypriniformes (10), Perciformes (3), Synbranchiformes (2) and Beloniformes (1). The most abundant species was Nandus nandus. For the season-wise and station-wise diversity of fish, the topmost Shannon?s diversity index (3.25) during post-monsoon at station 1, Simpson index (0.98) in all seasons and stations, Margalef diversity index (7.03) during pre- monsoon at station:1were recorded. The CCA analysis showed that the fishes like Labeo cabsu (C6), Punitus sophore (C7), Punitus tict (C8), Bagarius bagarius (C14) and Anabus testudineus (C24) were found to be strongly correlated with Free Carbon dioxide, furthermore, species like Rita rita (C11), Ompak pabda (C15), Wallago attu (C17) and Europiichthys vacha (C18), showed negative correlation towards water temperature (WT), dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, Alkalinity and Turbidity. Present study could be accountable for further exploration of fish diversity, water parameters or other relevant topics in future. Imposing fisheries regulations to reduce human activities are inevitable to sustain multitudinous fisheries.
