This research study was aimed at optimizing the total annual cost (TAC) of heat exchanger network (HEN) related problems using modified pinch technique on a software that blends pinch technique with mathematical programming. In this research study, modified pinch technique contained in the Aspen Energy Analyzer software package was utilized and applied in the designing, targeting and optimization of the networks for the minimum TAC for the two cases extracted from literature and solved. The results obtained for total annual cost on the two cases (cases 1 and 2) were $220.541/yr and $567,383/yr respectively which were the least TAC in comparison with the solution of other researchers that used methods involving mathematical programming. The results obtained in this study and the general comparison show that modified pinch technique as embedded in Aspen software can be used to simulate and optimize HENs yielding a TAC comparable or even lower than others obtained by previous researchers that used pure mathematical modeling.

Occupational stress is increasingly a global concern. Job stress severely impacts employee satisfaction, performance, and the reputation of service organizations. Employees' well-being in the workplace is becoming a global issue. Employees feel stress when their skills and ability do not cope with the increased demand in the workplace. The major stressors are workload, working hours, lack of participation in decision-making, poor communication, working in an unsafe work environment, and rewards. The senior-level management staff satisfaction relates to salary, bonus, training and development, and recognition. The findings described that employee occupational stress impact on employee job satisfaction.

The main purpose of this innovative study is to build a smart IoT device to aid the visually handicapped in their mobility and navigational needs. This paper will lay the groundwork for creating a wearable smart gadget to record the user's movements. The new technology being suggested uses range-based sensors and is designed to function equally well inside and out. It consists of two modules: one is supposed to be worn on the user's ears, while the other may be connected to the user's leg. The two modules can simultaneously monitor the user's immediate environment due to their wireless connectivity. Voice commands saved on a memory card housed in the ankle module provide contextual information about the user's immediate surroundings and are delivered to them through headphones. Additionally, the IoT device has suitable communication mechanisms to prevent any potential disruption between itself and other nearby gadgets, allowing for its operation in a crowded environment.

In the present research study, the primary focus is on examining and analyzing the user perceptions, satisfaction and expectations related to libraries, infrastructure, and services offered by NAAC-accredited engineering institutions in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh. The researchers have focused on identifying the user satisfaction with library services as perceived by engineering students by examining patterns, commonalities as well as variations in their views, satisfaction levels and expectations. It also examined the perception and expectations that engineering students shared about the amenities and facilities provided by the library in general. On a comprehensive evaluation of the results, it is noted that none of the infrastructure facility statements have met user expectations with respondents showing a significant degree of dissatisfaction in this respect.

This study has been undertaken to investigate the evolution of the technology from static websites to the transformation in peer to peer decentralized technology. The processes involved in processing data that is data exploration and mining. The paper deals with different types of techniques and processes used in the data exploration and data mining. Since the size of data has been growing in terabytes after the technology boom in the early 1990s, as a result of which internet became mainstream for data evolution. The size of data has been growing drastically since then and has become a very important and significant part for technology development. Therefore, data mining and data processing has become the cerebral part of all the tech driven businesses in the 21st century and is estimated to grow at a very steep rate.

The present study was conducted in Brinjal (Solanum melongela L.) vegetable crop field. A total of 1229 species belonging to five orders including Hemptera, Orthoptera, Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, and Thysanoptera throughout the kahriff season recorded. The population of aphids was maximum throughout khariff season followed by, white fly, thrips, fruit and shoot borers, grasshopper, and hadda beetle respectively. A total of 6 species of insect pests, namely Aphid Aphis gossypii (Glover) Grasshopper Melanoplus differentialis (Thomas), Hadda beetle Henosepilachna vigintioctopuntata (Fabricius), Shoot and fruit borer Euzophera perticella (Ragonot), Whitefly Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) Brinjal crop has mainly damaged the varieties of insect pest such as fruit borer, stem borer, defoliater, sap sucker, and stem girdlers, etc for control of the insect pest. the light trap was used. This method is beneficial and has no adverse effect on the environment and is cost-effective, being part of IPM.

In India, there are many running small businesses existing in different-different industries. Small businesses are those, functioning on a small level with limited resources and an affordable amount of capital. In many industries, small-scale businesses are growing very fast. But these small-scale businesses have to face many managerial challenges in the market. In this paper, we tried to put the limelight on, how the Japanese management style can help to overcome these challenges in a descriptive manner of analysis.
