In Today's Competitive Job Market, Employer Branding Has Become A Critical Strategy For Attracting And Retaining Top Talent. With The Rise Of Social Media, Organizations Are Increasingly Leveraging Visual Storytelling To Enhance Their Employer Brand Perception And Engage Potential Candidates. This Systematic Literature Review Explores The Role Of Visual Storytelling In Employer Branding Within The Context Of Social Media-Driven Talent Acquisition. By Synthesizing Insights From Existing Research, This Study Identifies Key Benefits, Challenges, And Emerging Trends In This Domain. Findings Indicate That Visual Storytelling Fosters Authenticity, Emotional Engagement, And Employer Brand Differentiation, Making Organizations More Appealing To Job Seekers. Social Media Platforms Such As Linkedin, Instagram, And Tiktok Serve As Powerful Tools For Recruitment, Enabling Companies To Showcase Their Culture, Values, And Employee Experiences Through Images, Videos, And Testimonials. However, Challenges Such As High Content Production Costs, Misaligned Brand Expectations, And Digital Reputation Management Pose Risks To Organizations Adopting Visual Storytelling Strategies. Emerging Trends Such As AI-Driven Recruitment, Transmedia Storytelling, And Influencer Marketing Are Transforming Employer Branding, Offering More Personalized And Immersive Hiring Experiences. The Study Also Highlights The Lack Of Standardized Frameworks For Measuring The Effectiveness Of Visual Storytelling In Recruitment. This Review Contributes To The Growing Field Of Digital Employer Branding By Providing Insights For HR Professionals, Marketers, And Researchers. Future Research Should Explore Industry-Specific Applications, Cultural Influences, And Long-Term Effects Of Visual Storytelling In Talent Acquisition.
