As a result of the changes in the environment, high rainfall i.e. cloudbursts, artificial rainfalls through cloud seeding methods in rainless areas, tsunamis, melting of glaciers, sudden floods and super cyclones are occurring. In the past, the 2015 Paris climate agreement required every country to bring global warming to net zero carbon emissions.
