This paper presents a review of a voice-operated robotic vehicle designed to function through spoken commands using an Android-based application and a microcontroller. The system employs Bluetooth communication to establish a connection between the mobile application and the robot, enabling users to control its movements either through voice input or on-screen controls. The robotic movement is governed by a microcontroller interfaced with two DC servo motors. Instructions from the application are transmitted via Bluetooth, converted into digital signals, and processed by the controller to execute actions. The system operates effectively within an approximate range of 100 meters. The main objective of this project is to develop a robotic vehicle capable of performing specific tasks based on user voice commands.
